About: I’ve had cats before I was even born! My parents rescued a cat a year before I was born and he was 20 years old before he passed away. He was treated like any other family member and he sparked my deep love for cats. So much so that I rescued a kitten from Texas when I was 10 years old and I learned even more about the care and dedication it takes to have a cat. Then 10 years later I officially adopted my own cat from TC Paws Rescue! He came to me with stomach issues that required him to be on medicated kibble and I fought to find the root cause of his issue to help his quality of life. I soon found out that he has a food intolerance to all seafood! After cutting out all the fish products from his diet, he hasn’t had any stomach issues since! And to me this is an example of the unconditional love that cats teach you. I could’ve kept my cat on that kibble diet and not question it but cats are family and like family you fight for them no matter what. Regardless of the hassle or battle it may cause because every animal should have the best chance at a wonderful life and we’re their advocates.

Cuddles are a must in my household. I am comfortable with giving medicine or any other treatment your pet may need while in my care. I work full time, but I am able to come home on my lunch break. I do not have a fenced in yard, but they do have a small fenced in area for your dog to run around in. There is lots of room for long or short walks. I currently work full time and my hours vary. Sometimes I am available any time after 3 pm or any time before 12 am. But my schedule is completely free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I care for pets by sticking to their feeding schedule, spread out times of play/interaction, walks, grooming, bathing, and light training. I do think it’s very important to make sure dogs are socialized with people and other dogs if able to. And for cats i know it is especially important to have activities for them or interactive play time to decrease the chance of boredom.

My children love animals and we love playing with new animals whenever we can. We love to go for walks and hang out in our yard with our dog, pigs, and chickens. We have frequently watched a dog, and she fit in very well here-- we leashed her for potty breaks, crated her when we had to leave, and she roamed the house while we were home.

I only work a couple of hours each week so I have plenty of time and energy to play with your pet! We have a dog that also loves having friends come over! About: I grew up around dogs and now have two cats! My love for animals began when I was three years old and my mom brought home our first family dog, Blossom. Over the past twenty years, we have been lucky to know and love seven dogs and know how to provide proper care. I am no stranger to giving pets medicine, senior care, or puppy care. As an adult, I welcomed my first cat, Corn, into my life. From there, I adopted two other sweet cats named Barry and Bert who are a loving and goofy addition to our home. I am a high school history teacher out for the summer! I know how important it is to keep your pets' schedules; they have needs that need to me met, too! I am happy to work with your schedule and I am flexible with dates and times when needed. Should you trust me with your pet, I will provide them with the most comfort possible! It isn't easy when we have to leave our pets, so I am happy to provide any photo updates during our visits and daily feedback on how your pet is doing! Should you choose to board your cat with us, they will have their own separate suite to decompress, relax, and unwind while you are gone!
About: I’ve taken care of many different fury friends since I was a kid. I have currently have a dog of my own, but enjoy quality time with all animals:) I just graduated PA school and have not found a job yet, so I’m looking to make extra money. Her home and yard were perfect for my dog and she answered any questions I had. My dog has a few medications she had to take and this was not an issue at all. She and her family were so welcoming and loving to my dog, who has mobility issues and separation anxiety. She also sent me photos and updates throughout the time she was watching my dog, which was so welcomed. I never once felt like I was concerned or worried about how things were going while in her care. When I picked up my dog, she was very obviously comfortable in her home!
