About: I've had dogs my whole life. Currently, we have 4 dogs. I've had great experiences with Rover and would like to provide the same care we have received. I have been around all ages of dogs - my children (10 years old and 11 years old) absolutely love animals. About: I’ve taken care of all of my pets since a very young age. I love every animal I see as if they are my own! Animals bring me so much joy and I wish for them to have the same happiness. I try to pay attention to body language to know what they are telling me especially when we do not know each other yet. I’ve worked as a dog nutritionist at a place called Must Love Dogs (which I certainly do!) I always want to learn more, do more, and constantly be better for the animals in the world even if I’m only able to impact a few. I have experience with dogs who need a lot of support physically (wheelchairs, lift up harnesses, bathroom assistance) as my own German Shepherd needed all of these things later in life. I may have lost count of how many times I was peed on or had to clean the floors, but I wouldn’t change any of it for the world. About: I have routinely watched my coworkers dogs while they are out of town, I have 3 dogs of my own and if I could I would take in every dog that needed a home, love and a warm spot to sleep. While I understand dogs are a product of their environment, I respectfully ask not to board Pit Bull terrier mix or Rottweiler breeds. Thank you. My pets have been treated with flea and tick prevention medication. I work Monday thru Wednesday and usually am home by 2. My boyfriend will stop by at lunch and let my 3 dogs out to potty. I have a large fenced in back yard in a dog friendly beach community. We take our dog on morning and evening walks with the addition of play time in the yard or inside if it's raining. I follow each pet’s normal routine and all instructions provided by their owner, including feeding, walks, medications, and house rules. I keep pets supervised, double-check doors and leashes, and never leave them outside unattended. In my home, I introduce pets to Bella slowly and carefully, and I can give them separate spaces when needed. I keep my apartment calm, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of attention and rest time. I’ll also send regular photo and message updates so you always know how your pet is doing.
About: Based in Belleville, MI - I started pet sitting for friends in 2021 while covid precautions were still in place, and since then I've helped many friends whenever they were heading out of town for a while. I've always had a knack for getting along with cats, dogs, and other animals, even those who are shy or aggressive at first. Your pet's needs are my priority. About: I currently have a small dog with diabetes and need to give her insulin every 12 hours. Both of our babies have a health care plan with our veterinarian and all vaccinations are up to date. They both love taking walks in the park and riding in the car. My other dogs previous to these were 15 years old plus. I love dogs and dogs seem to love me too. I have a fenced in back yard and a large house. Our babies normally have run of the entire house. I would love to work in the Humane Society although, I would want to take them all home with me. It also saddens me to see commercials with the neglected animals and the conditions that they are subjected to. I wish that I could save all of the dogs that are neglected. I have taken care of dogs since I was thirteen years old. I have also taken care of friends dogs when they are gone on vacation. I will be retired and will have time to spend with the dogs that I will be caring for.
About: Growing up I’ve owned a variety of dog breeds & currently own three cats, a tarantula, millipedes, & a few other “creepy crawlies”. I have had friends, family, and even neighbors repeatedly entrust me with their furry family members.
