About: I've had dogs my whole life. Most of the time more than one. I started looking into doing this on my own after I had such a hard time finding a place for my own babies when I went on vacation. There is a huge backyard for them to play. And plenty of space for them to sleep at night. There are plenty of doggy beds, but if you prefer to bring your babies bed/bedroom feel free to do so. I work from a home office. During the day, I take breaks and go outside with them for a bit. Other than that, they will have open access to a back yard to play all day long. Or if you or they prefer, we could keep them inside. I would providing the necessary potty breaks several times per day when I take a break. I'm very protective of all of them. As animals in my care, they are my responsibility to make sure they're kept safe. I take it very seriously.

About: I have a dog of my own who I care for, have grown up around dogs all my life, and have helped dog sit several dogs. I am currently in school during the week Monday-Thursday, however I only have class a few hours a day. I work 3-4 days a week, usually ranging from 4-6 hours at a time. About: Cats have been just as much of a staple in my life as dogs have, and I’ve had and taken care of lots of cats throughout my years. I’ve had 3 of my own for the last 6 years - my youngest I’ve had for 6 but the other two for about 10 and 9 respectively - and I love them with my whole heart. About: Other than my own dogs (2 huskies and a Rottweiler/Shepard mix) I have cared for several dogs and cats for years. I have done drop in walks for two dogs and overnight cat sitting. About: I’ve raised my 2 dogs from puppies. I care for them just like my own children. Since my kid and fur babies are young I’m always active. We enjoy going in walks and playing fetch! I was tired of feeding them kibble so I make them homemade dog food! I work part time, so I’m always with my pups in the morning everyday. They get all my attention. We go for walks at least twice a day, one in the morning and one in the evening and we go potty every 2-3 hours I definitely try to follow routine in my house and in a clients house. So our pups become family with what to do and not do. I temporarily have an unfenced backyard but our pups are not able to run off anywhere. I never leave my dogs outside unattended

I also have a two year old poodle named Tony. he LOVES to play with other dogs. We go to the Fort Gratiot dog park often! About: Hi there! I'm Liz! I am the owner and operator of Critter Care and Rescue! Everyone who knows me, knows that my life revolves around animals! I personally own/foster/rehab dogs, cats, horses, small animals and even wildlife! About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was born. I currently have 2 big dogs and 6 cats at my home. I’ve pet sat for friends and family and sometimes I come over just to see their fur babies. I love going on walks with dogs but also snuggling up on the couch with my babies. About: I have taken care of family members', family friends', neighbors', houses, pets, and children since I have been in high school and I am now a 2023 graduate from Central Michigan University. I know many dogs through friends and family and I have experience walking and caring for a variety of breeds, ages and temperaments. I used to have two dogs of my own in addition to my three cats, one of which was a Shiba Inu - so I’m used to and can handle dogs that can be reactive or territorial. I currently have a business I’m starting up so I’m only working part time, as such my availability is varied but generally open. I prefer to sit at others’ homes but would be available to board throughout the week - I have a couple obligations Monday, Wednesday and Friday so just message me and we’ll see what we can work out. As I have three cats any boarding at my home would require the pet to be vetted and to verify they are cat friendly and non-aggressive. For in-home sitting I can provide a walk, feedings and general play and care including letting the dogs out to potty. At my own place I do not have a fully enclosed yard, but I can still take out dogs on-leash, and would provide all the same in-home care as I would sitting. I do have a gate for the kitchen if they needed to be kept separate from the cats. As I rent the dogs must be potty trained, though I understand pee accidents due to excitement and such can happen. In general I offer a safe and friendly environment for your pets regardless of whether I’m in your home or my own, as every animal deserves to be treated with love and care.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was a young child. I started at 9 with bottle baby goats, added rabbits shortly after and have had many others since from from cats, dogs, birds, and Guinea pigs inside to chickens, goats, cows, and ponies outside along with various others. About: I've had dogs my whole life. Most of the time more than one. I started looking into doing this on my own after I had such a hard time finding a place for my own babies when I went on vacation. There is a huge backyard for them to play. And plenty of space for them to sleep at night. There are plenty of doggy beds, but if you prefer to bring your babies bed/bedroom feel free to do so. I work from a home office. During the day, I take breaks and go outside with them for a bit. Other than that, they will have open access to a back yard to play all day long. Or if you or they prefer, we could keep them inside. I would providing the necessary potty breaks several times per day when I take a break. I'm very protective of all of them. As animals in my care, they are my responsibility to make sure they're kept safe. I take it very seriously.

She greeted us and Maverick at the door and invited us in to chat and go over Mav's care (Her house is so lovely and very clean.)
