About: Ive been a dog lover since I was little and have been pet sitting for family and friends ever since I’ve been able to drive, working with all sizes and breeds! Ive been required to walk, feed, play with and even give medication to some dogs I’ve worked with who have anxiety and depression. I’m currently working pool so I only have to work 3 days a month and even when working I would only be 15 minutes away so I could easily check in. I have a large fenced in yard and 4 loving dogs to keep your furbaby company while here :) and two large crates that can easily be set up if needed. We also have about 10 different trails that span across our 7 acres of land that we enjoy taking our dogs for walks on.

Right now I have a ten year old cat who is in remission from diabetes so I’m trained in injections and medications. About: Most recent rescued our newest addition Nyla (grey pit) to our family from an abusive situation. She has been amazing with our other dog and both cats! September 2022 we rescued 4 new born kitten that was left outside in a box in the cold. I have taken care of animals since I was 7. I recently rescued a feral cat and helped domesticate her into the sweetest house cat that isn’t afraid of other animals or people! I have house sat, walked, bathed, and feed animals for clients, neighbors, friends, and family which all had animals at the time! I work 12 hour shifts at my main job 3 to 5 days a week and if you are open to the times on the days I work I would be more than happy to care for your animals! I am renting so unfortunately I cannot animal sit at my house and I can house sit upon request but not staying the night because I love and would miss my house with my animals and spouse.

“Shadow has stayed with Brooke several times over the Summer. The most recent was this past weekend when I had an unexpected death in my family. Brooke and her husband, Ben, have told us that they enjoy having him, and they were very kind to take him without much notice this time. When I dropped Shadow off, Ben came out on the porch and Shadow ran right to him with his tail wagging! This was a great testimony from Shadow because he sometimes wants nothing to do with other men. When Brooke sends pictures of Shadow stretched out, relaxed and happy on their living room floor, I know that he is feeling extremely comfortable and happy. This always means so much, particularly this weekend when I was dealing with a very stressful family situation. I know that Shadow is always getting the best care and a lot of love from Brooke, Ben and Tobi and Buddy. He is actually going back again in a couple of days for a 5-day stay that has been planned for a while. Once again I will be able to feel relaxed and not worry about him while I'm gone. About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember! I've owned and cared for a variety of pets over the years and have experience with animals of different ages, personalities, and care needs. One of the most rewarding parts of my pet-care journey has been fostering. I'm currently a pet care specialist and foster with Capital Area Humane Society (CAHS) and have also fostered for other shelters in the past. Through fostering, I've cared for pets who were shy, energetic, recovering from medical procedures, learning social skills, or simply looking for a safe place to land before finding their forever homes. I also have two dogs who don't currently live with me, but I absolutely love spending time with them whenever I can. Whether it's long walks, outdoor adventures, or hiking local trails, I'm happiest when I have a furry companion by my side. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and cared for while their owners are away. I work shorter shifts at Capital Area Humane Society, so my schedule allows me the flexibility to provide reliable and attentive care for pets throughout the week. About: I've grown up with spayed/unspayed dogs, tiny and medium sized, and have bathed them throughout the years. I'm less experienced with cats as I wasn't allowed one as a kid, but I would always play with and look after my friends' cats when I got the chance 😸 I'm currently a student at Michigan State University, with a part time job as an ice hockey referee. I am usually home 18 hours out of the day most of the days of the week! I live alone in an apartment on an upper floor. 650 sq. ft of space, so it's spacious. There is also an outdoor yard if needed. Caring for your pets will give me breaks between studying and homework! I will treat your pets as if they were my own, and making your pets happy will make me happy! 😊
