“Angela is communicative, kind and friendly. I’ve never used Rover before and I am so happy I did. My dog Sammy is high energy and a bit needy so I was nervous. But it worked out great and I was so glad to see everyday that Sammy was in great hands and having fun. A++++ THANK YOU”

“Bandit has such a great time with Michael! I cannot say enough good things, and we've already booked more visits. Michael is truly a dog person, great with senior doggos and very kind and communicative.”

About: My husband and I always had a pack of rescues. Large, small, sick, old. We had no children so our pets were our children. My husband passed away and I recently just lost my last fur baby. I want to travel a bit so pet sitting is going to be my substitute for a while. I love cats but unfortunately I'm highly allergic. I currently work remotely but will be retiring shortly. My daily routine is wide open. I've always had one or more dogs so my routine has always been focused on their care. My last 3 were older boys with medical conditions so my life was focused on their care. I can accommodate crates or not, whatever your babies need. I do not have a fenced in yard so when they go outside they will always be on a leash.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and am a trusted pet sitter amount family and friends. I have a dog and two cats of my own. I have house sat with 3 cats for friends, and dog sat for a family with 5 dogs at a time for a week. Animals are my loves in this world and will always receive the very best from me. Hi! I’m a dependable animal lover with a full-time career and a flexible schedule that allows me to work from home two days a week. I’m available for pet care in the evenings and on weekends, and I’ll make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m attentive, responsible, and excited to meet your furry family members! I’m very dependable and take caring for animals seriously. As a pet owner myself, I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and attention to detail when it comes to caring for pets. I treat every animal with the same care and diligence that I give my own.

“Randi did a great job watching our three cats - even our shy one came out to play with her! The kitties are all very happy after we've been gone, a testament to Randi's care. Would highly recommend working with her.”

“Emily was so accommodating for our last minute booking of a drop-in visit on a holiday! I know the pups enjoyed her visit and their play time just from looking at their happy faces in the pictures! I would recommend her for anyone looking for a friendly sitter for their pets 😁”

“My baby's second time visiting and spending a few nights with Latara and her family... I'm always grateful for her! I know he's well taken care of and has plenty of company (or alone time with supervision) to make him as comfortable as possible away from home. She was celebrating a special time in her life and still made time for my kitty and I, sending me updates to ease my anxiety. Thank you so much, Latara!”

Seniors, kittens and every cat in between is safe with me. I am knowledgeable about how to take care of medical cases or those who may need extra love and care.

I have a great time with dogs and I take care of my mother’s dog when she’s not home. Pet care is be a great necessity for my daily routine, mostly because it makes me happy to take care of others and because it will give me the opportunity to be active more. Also, it gives me an advantage of taking care of my own dog/pet. Providing Top-notch pet care is a goal that I strive to achieve everyday. Doing my best while also catering to the animal and needs from owner.
About: I have a unique experince with many years caring for my past dog, guinea pig, and current cat and betta. I love every species and am well informed in all areas. I monitored and medicated my guinea pig around the clock when she was sick and my cat came to me as a kitten with a bot fly and brain and eye infection at three months old. I put endless hours of care into him and he is now a healthy three year old. I love animals and will never show up uneducated. I work a 9-5 so I would have to work around that! I would be the ideal help for someone with morning or night shift. I will tailor care to each animals needs. I am currently rehabbing a betta while caring for my 3 year old cat and I understand each animal is different. I will educate myself on the breed and listen to you about how to best care for your pet.

About: I had my baby cloe For 10 yrs and when she left the earth I was devastated She was diagnosed with liver cancer and I did holistic methods on her and she lived much longer than expected She was feisty but amazing and I know how to deal with mean cats as well as tender personalities
About: I have spent my whole life caring for animals. Friends, family and even neighbors have relied on me to help care for their loved ones whether it be baths, nail trims, walks, or overnight care. Of course I love puppies, but seniors are actually where my heart truly lies. Nothing gives me more fulfillment than helping care for seniors, and I have plenty of experience doing so. I have also worked at multiple dog boarding facilities. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty flexible! I can do multiple drop ins a day no problem at all! I always make sure to keep everyone's safety in mind. I do not take any chances, and I pay attention to how your baby is acting. If something seems off I'm concerned.
About: I am an avid dog lover and lover of all animals!! We treat our dogs like people, but more importantly they are our family. I will come to your home and watch your babies in the comfort of their own space. I work remote, so I can work from your home. I love all kinds of dogs as long as they don't bite strangers :) I take photos or videos everyday and send them to you, but sometimes I send them to your personal phone and not the app, so it affects my photo rating on here. About this sitter: I am an avid pet lover who works remotely and would love to take care of your furbaby/babies in the convenience of their own home! I can travel anywhere with enough notice. Just let me know! I am quite flexible and would enjoy giving my time and attention to your loved one! About: I’ve worked in the vet field for 6 years, caring for dogs and cats. And I’ve been fostering for 6 years as well. I’ve had a love for animals since before I can remember. They are my passion. I care for every single one of them as my own I’m a stay at home mom. I don’t have a lot planned right now other than some up north trips and a wedding to plan. Our house can be chaos with all the animals and 2 kids. But everyone is loved and played with. We can go for walks as our neighborhood is not as busy.
About: Hello! My name is Mike and I've been fostering dogs since 2019. I've had approximately 18 come and go, only foster "failing" (foster dogs who I ended up keeping) with two who stayed and had the best golden years. I lost my most recent boy in August, a blind Bichon, just shy of his 12th birthday and after 3 great years. He was type-1 diabetic and blind, and after so much time as a foster getting his insulin regulated, he decided I was his forever family. He had a sister when I got him, a senior Yorkie with diabetes insipidus and a host of health issues. All that is to say I'm a professional at insulin, rigid medication schedules and diet maintenance. Presently I have no dogs of my own. When it comes to your dog, I'll keep your daily routine and walk schedules too, so your pups stay is as minimally disruptive to their normal routine as possible. I've fostered dogs of many breeds from Chihuahuas and a Rat Terrier to a Golden Retriever and Saint Bernard. I've had as many as 4 dogs at once so I'm open to having multiple pups at once. I'll never accept dogs from multiple families unless both families are booking together and the dogs are socialized with each other already. And I'll never cancel a confirmed stay for a more lucrative multi-dog request. I live alone in a detached house in Wallaceburg, and I work from home so your dog won't be left alone aside from short errands. I'm not big on crating dogs, leaving them free to be where they like while I'm gone. I have a den with glass door if you tell me they need smaller quarters, or you can bring your crate for me to use. I have a large fenced yard for playing fetch or dogs who need to run. This is a total dog house. I bought it due to its flat land and not having stairs, and I built a ramp down to the yard. I installed a dog door but it will stay blocked unless having access is suitable for your pups. Dogs are welcome on the couch and the bed, and will have free roam of the house (there's no basement, and garage isn't accessible). House sitting radius: the Rover app limits a 100km radius when setting the territory I can offer the services. I've got my radius set Eastward to circle Toronto, as I grew up there and love an opportunity to take gigs that get me into the city. Unfortunately I can't draw a circle that includes Windsor, but I'm happy to take gigs there too. If you're in London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Brantford, or the GTA, and you have a dog that can be left alone for 2-3hrs max, I may be willing to offer discounts on price so I can catch up with family and friends in those areas while I'm there. If you have any questions or you'd like to arrange a tour or meet and greet, don't hesitate to reach out. I work fulltime hours from home, typical office hours. I'm usually awake by 7am and bed by midnight. I don't have many friends in town so I'm home most of the time. My yard is fully fenced. I have a couple Tile tracking tags that I can attach to their collar if they're an escape artist (or you'd like to track your pups location remotely). Hazardous items like cleaning products are kept in cupboards or in my detached garage. My house is pretty dog proofed and I'm not concerned if your pup has an accident. That's what mops and upholstery cleaners are for. I think I've developed pretty good dog body language, and only correct misbehaviour by command and redirection. I'm a bit of a sucker that let's them get carried away when they're being silly, but particularly with bigger dogs I'll make sure their training is maintained (no jumping up to greet, making sure they don't assert dominance etc.)
About: As a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mom to two quirky Pomskys (a cuddly goofball named Cyrus and an independent little fox named Luna), I know just how much pets are family. Whether your pup needs an energetic walk, a calm companion, or someone to make them feel safe while you’re away, I’m here to help. I’m experienced with all kinds of personalities, from shy seniors to zoomie-fueled puppies, and I’m always happy to follow your care instructions down to the last detail. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, or sitting. Whether your pup needs a midday stroll or some extra love while you’re out, I can be there. Your pet’s routine will always come first. I offer walking and in-home pet sitting, so your dog stays comfortable in their own space. My own pup prefers a quieter environment, so I don’t host pets at my house. I’m always respectful of your routines, and I treat your home and animals with the same care I give my own.
About: Have a history of dog breeding and care, love all pets. We currently have 2 small dogs, our cat passed way last year sadly, but we love both. I work part time, three hours three times a week and so I have a lot of free time to care for the needs of your pet. I have a fully fenced in yard where even the smallest dog cannot get out. In your home I am available to help them feel comfortable and safe when you are away.
About: I’ve done a lot of puppy raising and training. I have had 6 labs that I have raised and trained from 6 weeks old on. I also have experience with senior dogs, giving medication and helping them to get around and be comfortable. I would love to watch your new puppy while you are away for the day or longer. I can help with basic training socialization. I am occasionally subbing for special education at a school at the corner of my street. If I happen to get called into sub I am able to come home at lunch only leaving the dogs for a few hours at a time. I have a 5 year old yellow Labrador that is very friendly and gets along very well with other dogs. I have a spacious, fully fenced yard—and a built-in companion! Dogs I welcome into our home are treated like part of the family, just like our own beloved fur baby. I also have a crate available, which our dog uses freely whenever she wants a cozy spot to relax.
“Amanda has been awesome for my sweet doggy Shiloh! She’s so flexible with scheduling which I absolutely love, updates with pictures daily of your fur baby playing or enjoying a walk! My Shiloh girl is very energetic and comes home at the end of the day EXHAUSTED from playing all day which was never the case before day care. We’re thankful for Amanda!”

About: ONLY SIT UP TO 25 lbs... Hello, I'm Cynthia, a true animal lover; I have owned many dogs & cats, they're my passion and bring me much joy. I will care for your babies like they're my own. I will provide a home away from home. I live in home in Chesterfield (23 Mile & Sugarbush/Seaden) with a beautiful fenced yard; only dogs up to 25 lbs. I often sit 1-4 dogs at a time; so your pet must be able to get along with other dogs. I will take your pets on daily walks and supervise them outside frequently to potty. I don’t use crates unless the owner requests; and the babies sleep with me! For dogs that might be a bit nervous or crabby away from home, I use lavender and chamomile oils to sooth their nerves. I am retired and have lived in the Macomb County area for 18 years. I have excellent personal and business references. My goal is to love and enjoy your animals and provide them with the best possible and safest environment. I love to take photos & will send lots of pics of your babies while you’re gone. Oh, and book early, I fill up quickly, and please note the cancellation policy. I look forward to hearing from you! Cynthia I'm retired and home quite a bit, outside of normal activities, such as shopping, occasional dining out, etc. The dogs are very happy in my home. I have a totally privacy fenced yard, the dogs love to run around, sniff all over the place, and my home has safety gates on front and side doors.
“Tiara did an amazing job! Very nice and my pup seemed to have a great time. Made sure he was bathed and ate. She sent multiple updates throughout the day and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend her. I will be using her again!”

“Lady Kima has spent one day with Tracey and already loves her! On the first meeting, Tracey showed not just how well she understands dogs, but how much she loves them. Spending time with Tracey has helped my Kima gain confidence with other dogs and new people. We will definitely be back!”

About: Hello pet lovers! I have a huge fenced in back yard in a beautiful area. A very loving and playful home. I have been working with dogs since I was just a kid as well as cats and birds. We usually start our day around 7am with some breakfast and dinner around 5pm depending on your dog's feeding schedule. I always have lots of bowls of water all over and outside. “This was our first time having Colin take care of our two husky Shepherd mix pups, and they had a great time. Colin was very accommodating as we contacted him last minute, and he was welcoming and communicated throughout their day by sending photos and updates. He has a lovely property where the dogs can play outside in a protected fenced large open area, and when it was raining, he sent updates of them having snacks in his kitchen. We would definitely reach out to Colin again in the future!”

About: I have cared for animals ever since I was 10 years old. I’ve had small pets of my own, two dogs (a pit bull and a corgi) and my roommate owns two cats, as well. I have no allergies and have a smoke free home! I’m a teacher during the school year, so I’m just looking to keep some animals company this summer while on break! I’m not working in the summer, so I have a lot of time to stop in and care for animals or go for walks. I can do weekdays and weekends pretty much all times of the day. I live in a new build home and subdivision, so when I walk my dog it has to be on a leash. I am happy to leash walk, harness walk, or crate animals.
“As a first time puppy owner, I am so grateful for Sarah! She was communicative, friendly and bonded with my pup immediately. I highly recommend her services and will be using her for future needs.”
