About: I have had a dog my whole life until our dog passed away. I have decided to care for other people’s dogs to help fill the void of ours. We are empty nesters who would love the companionship of an animal to snuggle and care for. We love to walk and go to parks which we will do for your fur baby. I work 7 am to 6 pm but come home during the day for lunch so your fur baby will be able to go outside a few times a day. Also, home in the evenings and weekends if you were to choose us to care for your dog. We have a fenced in yard and plenty of grass to run on. Our home is not huge but we allow dogs to roam and if a kennel is needed we would ask you to bring yours to our house so the dog has a familiar place to go. We are loving dog people.

About: I have have had dogs and cats my whole life and have always loved them and wanted to work with animals since I was little. I have had pets as young as 4 weeks old to 18 years old, but I am comfortable working with all aged pets. I currently have three cats, Sadia, Mr. Orange and Oakley. If your dog is staying in my home I would likely be here the entire time. I do require dogs are able to stay in a crate or a secure gated room when alone so the dog are separated when unsupervised.

In February of this year I got into a horrible accident and didn’t wake up for two days, I lived alone and my dog didn’t have anyone, I woke up in the ICU and Samantha was the first one I got a hold of knowing she had a key. She showed and saved my dogs life, my keys were lost in the accident and I had no way to get home. About: I am an experienced foster animal caregiver, and a teacher. I offer a totally open schedule during the summer and on weekends. I’ve taken care of animals since a young age; I’ve personally had, kittens, cats, dogs, puppies, chickens, fish, and hamsters too. I have experience in crate training, potty training, basic obedience and leash training as well. Currently I have a male Golden Retriever in my home who is not neutered due to breed standards- he will be as soon as he is old enough, and he is up to date on all his vaccines and shots. He is well mannered and loves all animals- we have hosted puppies and dogs through the foster rescue and all were successful :) I am currently a teacher, so my weekends and “breaks” are fully open; beginning in June will be home full time! I wake up pretty early and like to spend time in the backyard with my resident doggie and any fosters I have playing with toys, balls, or sticks. Then I move into a short training session based on what the pups need- if it’s just my resident dog I usually work on a new command or leash skills. We head inside and usually it’s nap time (where the pups can relax on the couch if they want)! After naps or relaxing time we go back outside for more playtime, or go for a walk and repeat throughout the day. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in backyard and a very friendly/playful golden retriever pup to keep your doggies company. I do have a separate “doggie room” which has crates, beds, toys, etc on hand just in case the pup needs a break or some adjustment time- and in there we have extra collars and leashes. We have two baby gates that block of the bathroom and front door area so the doggies don’t get into cleaning supplies or slip out the front door :)
“Brit did a good job walking my 130 pound American Akita named Apollo. Apollo walks good on a leash, but if he sees a squirrel he may pull. Today Brit was able to teach me something new. Today I learned when he pulls to bend my arm to get more control. Brit has lots of experience with dogs, even large breeds. Would def book her to walk him again.”

Shiyuan is my legal name and super hard to pronounce but I can teach you to pronounce it if you want. I’m working hybrid (90% from home) currently and have plenty of time to play with your pets it would be my pleasure to pet walk/sit your pet soon! If I am in office/ unavailable at times during your house sitting/ dog walking session, I will ask my boyfriend Tanner to sit for your pet/ be my helper. He will be happy to meet and greet as well for you to see if he is a good fit. He grew up with dogs and cats and love animals very much and is also great at training doggie walks. If it’s a house sitting session, only I will be staying the night and he will not be there and he will mainly help me cover times I’m not available! I will care for pet in my client home by being attentive and considerate toward their specific’s pet’s needs and care. I will be able to do a good job giving them consistent care and make sure they are never left along for long periods of time and will find a cover if I am not available for long periods.
