“Of I could give Steven 100 stars I would. He did a fantastic job with my dog. I asked him could we meet before he watched her and he was now than willing. I asked because my dog doesn't care for men nor does she like other pets. When I introduced them she was snappy at first but warmed up to Steven. But Steven brought his dog out and I could not control her. She went right into attack mode and all I could think is, this is not going to work. Well me and Steven had a conversation on several ways to handle this. And ended up not utilizing any we talked about. He had her social with other dogs by the end of the day and they played together and say together. He sent me pictures and videos of the interactions and made me feel comfortable. When I picked her up he had everything ready for her to leave with and she was a happy dog. From this interaction I'm going to use Steven every time I need a sitter. About: I’ve had animals around me since I was younger than 10 years young. I’ve raised 2 puppies (Great Dane & Keeshound) in my short life, rescued a pair of sibling old cats and have had many exotic animals I’ve cared for. There hasn’t been a time in my life that I can remember that I didn’t have pets around to take care of and love on! I currently work only the weekends for myself and would love nothing more than to spend time with your pets during the week! My partner and I recently bought our home in Detroit that has a good size yard for play space for your dogs! The good thing about my job is that I don’t work long hours and my job is literally 5 mins from my home where your due baby will be. 3 days out of the 7 days of week I do not work and the other 4 days I only work up to 6 hours so I do have some free time to tend to your fur baby. No fenced in backyard however, in the even that your dog/puppy runs lose, my neighborhood is very friendly and familiar with who’s pet is who’s and they will try their hardest to return your fur baby.

In February of this year I got into a horrible accident and didn’t wake up for two days, I lived alone and my dog didn’t have anyone, I woke up in the ICU and Samantha was the first one I got a hold of knowing she had a key. She showed and saved my dogs life, my keys were lost in the accident and I had no way to get home. About: I’ve have taken care of dogs for over 20 years. I specialize in the care of small dogs and those with special needs. I have an elderly, blind, partially deaf Boston terrier of my own so I am well acquainted with caring for dogs. I work from home quarter-time and have a lot flexibility. I am present and available to meet your dogs needs. The longest they would have to wait to go outside is two hours. I have a fully fenced in backyard and a walkable neighborhood! About: I have worked in the doggy daycare Field for 2 years and have gained so much information and knowledge on taking care of your babies. I have walked dogs, fed them on time, gave them their medication on time, played with them, cleaned up after them and so much more!! I do work at Amazon but my job is very flexible especially if you let me know a week or two in advance. I work nights so after 12pm I’m always available until 6 on the week days on the weekend you guys have my undivided attention to stop by and see your babies. But like I said if you let me know one or two weeks in advance I can most definitely stay over night or longer than usual I can always take days off of work to attend your fur babies! I only attend to your babies at your homes it’s a safe environment for them so they won’t be freaked out by a new environment. When I’m there I will always ask for a schedule on how you want our day to go so I make sure you and your pup have an amazing experience with me. I also love to train dogs so anything you guys want me to train them I will be happy to work on it at every visit!!

I have cared for and fostered dozens of dogs throughout my life, and absolutely love large dogs and bully breeds! I have also fostered and cared for hundreds of adult cats, kittens, and geriatric felines. I am a major proponent of positive reinforcement, and will not ever work with any kind of negative reinforcement or punishment based training. I am comfortable with some clicker and reward based training as well should you want to work on a few things with your dog and/or cat (I've trained a few cats to do tricks, too!) I am experienced in administering a variety of medications. I have three cats of my own ranging from 15-years-old to 2-years-old, and a 5-year-old 65lb pitty. Ask me anything! I truly cannot wait to meet your furry family members! My job allows me an immense amount of flexibility as well as being remote so I have lots of time for your baby! I can provide multiple check ins a day during the week or weekend. Although I do not bring clients into my home, I care for them in their comfortable home environment however they are most comfortable. It's important I maintain their routines and help them to feel safe and secure. For cats this includes dedicated toy time and snuggles, and for dogs it includes supervised yard time or walkies!

“Of I could give Steven 100 stars I would. He did a fantastic job with my dog. I asked him could we meet before he watched her and he was now than willing. I asked because my dog doesn't care for men nor does she like other pets. When I introduced them she was snappy at first but warmed up to Steven. But Steven brought his dog out and I could not control her. She went right into attack mode and all I could think is, this is not going to work. Well me and Steven had a conversation on several ways to handle this. And ended up not utilizing any we talked about. He had her social with other dogs by the end of the day and they played together and say together. He sent me pictures and videos of the interactions and made me feel comfortable. When I picked her up he had everything ready for her to leave with and she was a happy dog. From this interaction I'm going to use Steven every time I need a sitter. I'm sticking with what worked and this worked for me. Thank you Steven you did a great job.”
