I usually have to give a lot of instructions for sitters, but not so much with Jess, she just knows what to do. I especially noticed that Halle was more relaxed after staying with Jess. “If you have a small dog, Beverly is unreal. My frenchie loves going to her home. She is given so much love, care and attention the entire time she is there. She has her own bed and rest area during the day with lots of toys. She never goes in a crate or cage, and plays all day long. At night Beverly lets my cookie sleep in the bed. If you are reading this go no further, Beverly provides unbelievable care. I would never consider an overnight kennel and once you try Beverly to babysit you wont either. Throughout my dog’s 6-night stay, I received updates and photos on days 1, 3, and 5, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. My dog can be pretty anxious, especially in new environments, but Cody handled him with patience and care. When I picked him up, I could clearly tell he had grown comfortable and even formed a bond with Cody, which says a lot. He was nervous at drop-off, but it was reassuring to see how much more relaxed and at ease he was by the end of his stay. About: From a young age I have enjoyed taking care of pets and watching them grow. My own dog I raised from a puppy as a kid and my cat I care for now have taught me how close to the heart pets are kept. Many friends have trusted me with their cats and dogs to ensure they receive proper guardianship while they are away from home. We had border collies and Great Pyrenees and I spent many hours exploring and adventuring with them (teaching them to open doors and coral the cows and sheep!) About: It took almost 20 years, but I finally made my Nintendogs dreams come true when I got my own little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I've been a proud dog owner for over 5 years and have provided petsitting services for neighbors, friends and family for a few years. About: I’ve been a pet owner for over 20 years, ranging from the typical fish, cat, and beloved Murphy, to include even a pet iguana (or two). 🥰 I have a fenced yard where both Murphy and your furry loved one can play and hang out. For overnight stays I have a large adult dog kennel that can accommodate a Mastiff just as comfortably as it can my Min Pin (who believes he’s the size of a Mastiff). 😄 I have an older dog with lots of energy and plays well with other dogs. I am an active person, so neighborhood walking is available for dogs with proper training. I can also provide some minor training reinforcement for puppies or young dogs learning new skills and/or tricks. 🐾 Tips are APPRECIATED!!! 🐾 I work from home! 🙌🏾 So my schedule is flexible and allows me to be able to work with and respond to clients in a timely manner. My home is fenced. All pets remain on the property unless they are taken for walks. I also will let clients know about overlaps in booking wih animals.

About: In addition to loving dogs, I have a good connection with them, since I was little I have had dogs at home of different breeds. Teach puppies to relieve themselves in specific places in the house, walking alongside the walker. I currently have a lot of free time, so I am available most of the day, from morning to afternoon, I might take a few hours early in the evening. The care of the dog in its owner's home will be according to the comfort of the pet and its owners, so that the pet does not feel strange or different while it is there.

My other boy is so anxious and scared of everything, especially strangers. She took her time with both of them and didn’t rush or push them. About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. For the past 5 years I took care of my senior dog until he passed at 17. I have experience with senior and sick pets. Provide medication and a lots of attention. Very patient and loving. I work remotely. I can stay with your pet all day and provide plenty of attention and potty breaks. I can take breaks during the day for walks, and they can sleep in my bed at night. I have a large fenced back yard. No children or other pets in my house. I live alone and work from home. I will provide plenty of attention and play time.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life, my parents raised seeing eye dogs, and I helped with training and daily care from a young age. In my teens, I helped my mom run a small dog-boarding business out of our home, so I'm used to dogs with all kinds of temperaments and routines. Over the years, I've often been the go-to friend for dogs that need a little extra patience or understanding, whether that's a shy senior or a high-energy handful. I recently lost my own pup, and while l'm not ready for another full-time, I miss having a dog around and love being able to offer that care and attention to someone else's. I'm currently working on fixing up my very old duplex so I'm home, tinkering around most of the time, and my schedule is flexible. If you're worried about your pet being in a construction zone, not to worry! The living area is safe and segmented from anything that might be hazardous yet intriguing to your pet. I have a partially fenced yard, perfect for supervised play. Living in midtown means that there's plenty of interesting things to smell along walks. I can crate your dog if needed, and you're welcome to bring their own if that makes them most comfortable. I have quite a few house plants in my space, so please let me know if your pup is prone to chewing on them and I will move them out of the way for their visit.

About: I've taken care of both cats and dogs for my entire life. From elderly beagles to pitbulls with no concept of their own size, I love them all! I'm experienced with special needs pets, having personally taken care of pets who are blind and deaf; who have FIV, FeLV and CKD; and who are missing teeth and tail. I am familiar with giving meds orally (both pill and syringe form), taking care of sick pets, and monitoring symptoms. You know what your pet needs, and I always make sure quality care is given in your absence! Please note I will likely use my own handless leash for safety purposes. I am comfortable working with reactive dogs and dogs with prey drives. However, it is crucial that you inform me of any behavior issues beforehand. Owners who are not upfront with behavior issues risk being dropped as clients. If booking times are flexible, please let me know. This helps me book you faster and allows us to start conversations about your pet's needs earlier. Please only book with me when you know what days and times I am needed. Open requests block times in my calendar, so booking in a timely manner is very important. If you would prefer to boom after the meet & greet, that is absolutely okay! Please just let me know upon scheduling the meet and greet. I am currently available mornings, and nights M-F and all day weekends. I typically visit 7-7:45am on weekday mornings and 4-7pm weekday nights. I make visits all day on weekends. I am happy to accommodate specific medication schedules upon request. Starting June 15th, I will be available 7am-9pm all seven days of the week. Starting June 15th, I will be opening slots for clients who wish for their dogs to join me on hikes or long walks (3+ hours) at dog-friendly hiking spots in Michigan. Owners will be charged the housesitting rate, and will be expected to prepare treats, meals, and water for their dogs. If you are interested in reserving a spot or speaking about specifics, please book an overnight stay so we can chat. I aim to respect your home and leave it cleaner than I found it! I'm happy to clean pet bowls, vacuum pet beds, etc. If possible, please provide the name of your home internet and password. This saves time when I am sending you cards, questions, or other updates! About: I had a dog aggressive dog for six years and it was always hard to find a sitter. We want to make sure other people can find a place for their dog where they will be comfortable and the owners can enjoy their time away without worry. We are home starting Thursday evening and would be available to take care of your doggie so it will feel comfortable. We can take your dog on walks and because we have the weekend off we can spend as much time as needed to make your pet feel loved. Together we have experience walking a dog reactive dog in the UP and Detroit where anything could happen at a moments notice. We understand how important it is to avoid triggers, and what to do to help you dog when it's unavoidable. We also have experience with old dogs who need medicine and low impact play time as well as anxious dogs who aren't sure what's going on.
