“Sydney was amazing!!! Poor Charlie got sick with 2 parasites right before his visit. He was feeling much better after a few days on medication so Sydney still was willing to take him in. She continued the rest of his treatment which consisted of multiple medications at carousing times throughout the day. She continued to provide us updates through out his stay and reassured us that he was definitely on the up and up the whole time. Her location is ideal for airport travel as she is only about 10 minutes from DTW. We will absolutely use Sydney in the future!! Thank you again!”

About: Every few months a cat shows up on my doorstep and I can’t have a cat of my own with my dog so I’d love to take care of your baby while you’re away! I’ve been the go to cat sitter for my friends all through college. I have lots of experience getting even the shyest cats to come out and play. I’ve looked after both kittens and older cats and have administered medicine as well.

This took my husband at least a year and a half to get to that point. She sent pictures showing the same shy girl playing with a wand without the other two cats butting in. About: I've owned animals ever since I could remember. When I was a baby we had a cat named Pookie Bear. Around the time I turned 5 my parents bought me a dog I named Pumpkin. Around 7 years ago Pookie Bear unfortunatly passed away, but knowing we needed a cat we bought 4 more! Void, Cuddles, Peeper and Ci-Ci. Then in 2019 Pumpkin had to be put down, but I couldnt live without a dog, so that summer I went and bought a German Shepherd puppy that I named Gizmo. Gizmo is now 3 years old and I couldnt imagine life without him. He is truly part of the family now. I travel for work on some weekends but am mostly always free. I will make sure to always have my calendar updated to show when I wont be availible. If I am checking up on your animal I will make sure to follow all directions given and also give the animal the best care that it needs!
About: Cats are far most the common pet I have knowledge of, I currently have three babies of my own. I have handled administrating medication, thoroughly cleaning designated cat rooms and nail trimming. About: I can train puppies to sit, stay, potty train also. I have always been an animal lover and get along great with any type of dog. Your dogs will have access to my backyard at all times. I am available from 8am-10pm at my house with drop offs. If you need an overnight watch I need at 48 hr notice ahead of time. I provide walks and can help train them with harnesses or just a leash. I am close to a nature trail for great walks and nice dog accepted parks. I can do dogs nails, bathing and brushing as far as grooming goes. If you have any special request not listed I am flexible. As I got older, I started getting referrals for pets from around the community and cared for those animals too. The arch of my kindness and care is not limited to animals, as I also provide care for the elderly. I cared for both of my grandparents and my father until his passing. I currently provide care and other services to a 104 year-old young lady who is believed to be my community’s oldest living resident and yes, she still walks and does not use a wheelchair. I am self-employed and have a very flexible schedule. I can care for your pet any day of the week (unless I have another pet scheduled for that day) and at times convenient for most people. I am here to follow your instructions and schedule without deviation. Your fur baby will be feed exactly at the time(s) directed by you, same with any medication(s). For dogs, I will take them outside for walks and indoor/outdoor play as weather permits, and see that their water is always fresh with some treats and cuddles too. For cats, it is play and more play; plus fresh water and treats, then snuggling when we are done.

Just being honest. I want us both to have the best experience possible. Meet and greets are amazing to make sure we are on the same page and to make sure all parties involved get along as well. We only offer dog walks and drop ins locally as it's to costly to do that outside of the immediate area. If outside of the Monroe are please advise. My husband and I are both not working. We have all the free time to spend with your pet that you could want. We could do holidays weekends overnights. If there is something you'd like me to work on with your pup let me know! I have a large fenced in back yard in a dog friendly beach community. We take our dog on morning and evening walks with the addition of play time in the yard or inside if it's raining. About: Since 2006, I have traveled for work extensively (100-200+/days) and owned several dogs and homes. I know how challenging it can be to find someone who loves dogs and won't cancel or flake last minute, and also not worry about the stress and care level at boarding environments for your furry family members. About: I have been working with dogs since I was a child and I also have several years experience volunteering at animal shelters in both South Eastern Michigan and Southern California since 2010. I work 9-5 M-F from home so I'm available after all weekdays and all weekends to ensure you're stress free while away from your pup! About: I have taken care of dogs for years now. I am very hands-on with training my pups. I am very active and reliable. I like being up early and getting the day started. I have experience with very large breeds and tea cup breeds! At home I have a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, and a German Shepherd. I enjoy all animals and animals usually love me. I do not mind the weather conditions of Michigan and have never called off from any job. I am good at communicating and if there is ever any issues I would ensure you know right away. I love other people’s animals like they are my own and would not have any issues with high maintenance, or dogs with medical needs. You will not be disappointed if you choose me to look after your fur babies. I have 2 rabbits that I care for daily, they are free-range and at just like cats! I always ensure my pups at home are getting the right amount of activity weather it is just throwing the ball or going for a run. I do have a fenced in yard, with no dogs in the neighboring yards. With having the community center close, walks are a lot of fun and they love all the new smells!
About: I’ve worked with dogs as a kennel attendant at dog daycares/boarding facility for a total of 4 years. Alongside of that I have spent multiple years dog sitting, from a King Charles Caviler Spaniel to a Cane Corso. I own 3 cats, 2 tabby cats and a tuxedo, and I have a corgi named Daphne! About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. As a kid, we always had at least 3 dogs! As an adult, I adopted my own dog, a miniature daschund, who lived to be 16.5 years old, and I also had a cocker spaniel, who lived to be 12 years old. So I have plenty of experience with elderly dogs. I now have a 9 month old Labrador retriever. He has so much energy, loves to walk and play in the yard, and would LOVE to meet your furry friend. I work 4 days, and then I have 4 days off, so I’ll be available to help you and your pet out with whatever you need! I work 4 12 hour shifts, and then I’m off for 4 days. I will be available most of the days that I’m off. I may be busy on weekends though. I do daily walks with my own dog and work on training with him whenever I can. And we love to play fetch! I have a fenced yard for the dogs to run and play. I have a baby pool for the hot days, my dog loves water! I also have plenty of toys to play with.

Beyond that, I make sure pets feel safe emotionally too—offering affection, reassurance, and attention so they’re not just alone waiting for their owner to return. I always keep a close eye on pets and avoid any unsafe situations.

“Sydney was amazing!!! Poor Charlie got sick with 2 parasites right before his visit. He was feeling much better after a few days on medication so Sydney still was willing to take him in. She continued the rest of his treatment which consisted of multiple medications at carousing times throughout the day. She continued to provide us updates through out his stay and reassured us that he was definitely on the up and up the whole time. Her location is ideal for airport travel as she is only about 10 minutes from DTW. We will absolutely use Sydney in the future!! Thank you again!”

I'd been having significant behavioral problems with the pup and Kayden did very well with her and offered me guidance to help get the problems under control at home. Kayden was very responsive to my questions while I was out of town and sent photos as well. Kayden was extremely well organized in managing my dog's meet 'n greet and all the elements of her six day stay. I'd been worried about leaving a very young, not fully house-broken dog but she clearly had a great time. I'm not sure she wanted to return home! Kayden went above and beyond all my expectations.”
