I have two family dogs currently: a 14-year-old medium-sized rescue mutt and a 7-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog that I love and cherish! I also have one cat. About: My entire life has always revolved around animals. As a lifelong equestrian, I’ve grown up taking care of horses and dogs of all shapes and sizes. Previously a barn manager, I’m now a pet & equine photographer. That means when I’m not at a horse show or photoshoot, I’m at my desk at home with my own two senior dogs curled underneath. My years in the horse world and now with senior dogs has taught me how to apply topical medication, give injections and oral meds, and how to recognize and redirect problematic behavior. Staying with me is like a country retreat for your pet - walks through the forest and sunsets and squirrel watching from the deck. If you're lucky, you might even get some professional photos out of it. As a self-employed pet photographer, I work from home when I’m not at a horse show or photo shoot. This gives me lots of flexibility day to day and during the day. I like to let dogs approach me as they feel comfortable and understand that dogs are capable of a wide range of personalities. My number one priority is that everyone feels safe and has their needs met. In my home, well behaved and responsive dogs may be allowed off-leash outside as we have plenty of space far from the nearest road. Dogs that can’t be trusted off leash will enjoy wooded walks around the property or nearby dog-friendly trails.

About: I have taken care of various different fur babies my whole life. From my grandma’s elderly diabetic cat, to many little baby kittens. Making animals feel safe and cared for makes me feel so fulfilled. I also have been bathing and doing regular grooming since I was old enough to understand how to. I’ve taken in strays and helped regime them or reunite them. I also took in and nursed back to health a kitty that I witnessed get hit by a car. I do have 4 cats of my own :) I work 3 days a week, not a set schedule, but usually have open availability the other 4 days during the weekdays/weekends. About: I currently work as a kennel technician at an animal shelter. I am experienced in handling dogs of all temperaments, prioritizing the dog’s safety and my own safety. I’ve pet sat for many clients. I have taken care of older dogs and young dogs. I am comfortable taking care of dogs of all temperaments. I am currently stay at home with my four year old and own a cleaning company. I only clean a few hours a day Monday through Thursday so I’ll have plenty of time to play with a furry pal! I love to walk around our beautiful neighborhood several times a day to get plenty of steps in. We have a large yard in a safe neighborhood. The dog/dogs will be leashed and with me anytime we are outside. I have a large metal crate that the dog can stay in when it needs a rest!
