They treated him like he was part of the family and he enjoyed being around their dog and another one they were also boarding. Having a fenced in yard was perfect for playing and getting exercise. About: Hi! We’re Natalie and Tim, and we have both had dogs our entire lives. Natalie worked at a Humane Society in college, and Tim fostered dogs (and was a “failed foster” parent) for many years before we moved to Maine with our two doggies, Penny & Willa. We spend lots of time taking our dogs and dogs who we sit for to local nature trails in Cumberland or enjoying fetch with the Chuck-It in our large backyard. Our home is kid-free, and we will treat your pups like our own! Tim works from home, and Natalie is a full-time graduate student with a flexible schedule. Your dogs will be home with either or both of us for the majority, if not the entire time! We have a large yard (1.5 acres) on a quiet street in a very dog-friendly neighborhood. Although our yard is not physically fenced, we do have an electric fence that could work for your dog if they are trained on this at your home! We are happy to crate your dogs - we’re even happy to have them in our bedroom and on the couch if they prefer!

My house sits far back from the road and is almost completely wooded front and back. I have 1+ acres of land with a 400 sq ft fenced in play area they can access as they wish during the day. About: We have always had pets in our home. Besides our own, we regularly watch our neighbors animals as well (dogs and cats). We recently had to say goodbye to our special needs dogs. So we have lots of experience and patience. Both my wife and I work from home so are very flexible with our schedule. About: I have over 10 years in Dog and Cat care experience and I’m excited to invite your dogs and cats to join me at the farm where there’s so much fun to be had! Please don’t hesitate to reach out! If your pets have a designated schedule then I will follow that but other than that they are free to play with each other and have a wonderful time at the farm. The 5 foot tall metal fence is Dog and Cat proof so your pets will not be able to run away. There is so much room in the fence so the animals never want to get out anyways. I offer safety features like cameras for the unlikely event of an emergency. There is also always somebody watching your animals so your pets would never be alone.

“Already booked follow up walks! We had reached out to a few people to see about getting Brinkley a regular Saturday walker. One of my top choices messaged back and said she was out of town for a couple weeks but Riley was staying at her place and could pick up the ones until she is back. Riley came by and hung out with us and Brinkley for 20-minutes before the walk! He is a shy boy who takes some time to warm up and she was so great with him. It was crazy cold that day and Riley had zero hesitation -- and she was engaged every second... even longer than she needed to! We've had a couple of bad walker experiences as of late (either ignoring our one non-negotiable rule which almost ended in tragedy or taking him to the park and sitting with him for long periods of time, so he didn't get any exercise), so Riley was a breath of fresh air! Brinkley did very well with her and came back as a tuckered out, super cuddly pup. Couldn't ask for anything more! I've already confirmed Riley for walks for the rest of the time she's in town.”

About: I had had cats for as long as I can remember, I have also had Guinea pigs and 45 chickens at one point in time I am currently a full time student at central Maine community college so my schedule carries, but I am always available after 2pm. I have modays and Fridays free and I am available most of the day on Wednesday I have 2 cats currently and my girlfriend has 2 dogs. I make sure that all of the animals in my life get plenty of play time and attention.
About: I have been walking & taking care of dogs for years! I am comfortable with any age dog and have experience with younger dogs, including puppies. My schedule is currently pretty open, and I have availability most days of the week to walk or sit your dog! I am open to walking or sitting dogs, including overnight if needed. I fully understand letting someone into your home to watch your dog can be nerve wracking so I like to make sure to ask the necessary questions to ensure I am doing everything to the homeowners standard.

“Mariah, Kyle and family took good care of our 10 yr. old Portuguese Water Dog during our week long family vacation. They treated him like he was part of the family and he enjoyed being around their dog and another one they were also boarding. Having a fenced in yard was perfect for playing and getting exercise. They were easy to communicate with and wonderful about giving regular updates and sending photos.”
About: Hi! We’re Natalie and Tim, and we have both had dogs our entire lives. Natalie worked at a Humane Society in college, and Tim fostered dogs (and was a “failed foster” parent) for many years before we moved to Maine with our two doggies, Penny & Willa. We spend lots of time taking our dogs and dogs who we sit for to local nature trails in Cumberland or enjoying fetch with the Chuck-It in our large backyard. Our home is kid-free, and we will treat your pups like our own! Tim works from home, and Natalie is a full-time graduate student with a flexible schedule. Your dogs will be home with either or both of us for the majority, if not the entire time! We have a large yard (1.5 acres) on a quiet street in a very dog-friendly neighborhood. Although our yard is not physically fenced, we do have an electric fence that could work for your dog if they are trained on this at your home! We are happy to crate your dogs - we’re even happy to have them in our bedroom and on the couch if they prefer!

“Stacy's home was ideal for Olli. As much as Olli enjoyed being there with her pups and her family, Stacy equally enjoyed caring for our dog. She took him on to the trails, in her car on errands, and was flexible and accommodating to his roaming to various sleeping spots. We are visiting Maine for a few months and Stacy was a great find. Getting to her home in Raymond from Portland was a direct 30 minute trip.”

“Anne is the best! She very obviously cares a lot about all dogs, but especially the ones in her care. She sent me lots of updates, photos, and videos - possibly more than she normally might because this was the first time I’d ever been apart from my dog and was a little nervous! She asked me great questions and was very considerate; for example asking first if it would be ok to give my dog a certain treat. She’s very mindful of animal interaction and knows each dog and situation are different. This was my first Rover experience and I hope they’re all as good as this was. Thank you Anne!”
