From the moment we started taking to the meet and greet to leaving Remy with her for a few days was fantastic. Her communication was excellent and fast right from the beginning. We weren't gone long before she was already sending pictures which is something we said we would take any time.. throughout our few days away we received many updates and pictures and from the pictures we could see that Remy was very happy and being cared and loved just as we do. Robin's compassion to take care of and spend time with animals is very clear. Remy even seemed a little sad after we picked him up and brought him home like he missed her and her fun dog Stella. We can't recommend Robin enough and we will definitely be using again!”

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. I grew up with a cat who was much more than a pet—because I didn’t have any brothers or sisters, she was my best friend and constant companion. Later, after meeting my husband, who had a dog, I discovered how much joy dogs bring and how different, fun, and rewarding it is to spend time with them. Now that my own children are older and more independent, I finally have some time to do something I’ve wanted for a while: care for other people’s dogs. About: I have had at least one dog at all times of my life, ranging from big to small and young to old. I’d say I have been the primary dog walker in my house since I was around 10 years old and have gradually added responsibilities over the years. I’ve been fortunate enough to help watch, walk, or check-in on friends and family pets for years now as well. I currently have two pups, both King Charles Cavaliers. I recently graduated with my Master’s and only working part-time this Summer while studying for my board exam. About: I raised, trained, and cared for my family dog from a puppy when I was in high school. Post college I adopted a senior dog and cared for him for the last couple of years of his life. In the meantime I have been a sitter for friends and family dogs and cats over the years. I am used to giving medications (even when it needs to be disguised) and staying on a feeding schedules. I live very close to lots of nature easily accessible and make a point to get outside often.

I’ve personally helped raise 3 dogs and 2 cats. I’ve even helped herd sheep and tamed alpacas! I work nearly full-time as a server at a restaurant, so Wednesday to Saturday night I’m unavailable for somewhere between 6-9 hours on those days. When I have my off days I’m usually at home or out for a walk. I’m usually efficient with my errands and have extensive free time on off days. My apartment is a one bedroom, so if I’m not playing around the apartment with the pet, I’d want to bring them on a walk or to the park. I have a very comfortable bedroom conducive to nap time, and I live in the heart of Old Port. Whenever I am with pets in my house I am always looking to set up a cozy space for them to relax with blankets, pillows, their favorite toys. I try to make them feel like a proper guest in my home like anyone else. My apartment is always very quiet despite being downtown, but I would hope to find activities we could do in and around Portland to help keep them active and entertained.

About: Taking care of my two rescue dogs is what I enjoy. One is now 10 years old, and the other 16 years old. I have taken care of many other families and friends pets as well. They have always been extremely pleased with care provided. I hope to one day open and operate my own non profit dog rescue. Schedule is wide open as I am in transition between careers! I like to stay physical by walking, going to the gym and enjoying the outdoors. I follow the pet’s routine given by the owner and add in some extra love and attention! About: I’ve been hired to pet sit for members of my neighborhood and community since I was 12 years old! I’ve taken care of pets with a variety of needs, from giving medications to going on enough walks to tire out three border collies. I adore animals of all kinds and since moving to Boston for college miss being around them! I’m also very active, my favorite thing to do is take my dog Willow on runs and hikes:) I’m a college student so I have lots of time before, in between, or after classes to take care of/walk your pets during the day any day of the week (including weekends)! I only have 1-2 classes a day meaning I’m pretty flexible and can accommodate whenever works best for you! I have experience with both in-home, overnight pet sitting and house sitting (for friends and members of my community I’ve been recommended to) and am very conscientious when in another persons space. I always make sure to be clean, careful, and respectful when in someone’s home!

I can work with you in the early morning or in the late afternoon for them. My work schedule is set and dose not change. I have 2 of my own pets esa certified.
