About: Hi! We’re Natalie and Tim, and we have both had dogs our entire lives. Natalie worked at a Humane Society in college, and Tim fostered dogs (and was a “failed foster” parent) for many years before we moved to Maine with our two doggies, Penny & Willa. We spend lots of time taking our dogs and dogs who we sit for to local nature trails in Cumberland or enjoying fetch with the Chuck-It in our large backyard. Our home is kid-free, and we will treat your pups like our own! Tim works from home, and Natalie is a full-time graduate student with a flexible schedule. Your dogs will be home with either or both of us for the majority, if not the entire time! We have a large yard (1.5 acres) on a quiet street in a very dog-friendly neighborhood. Although our yard is not physically fenced, we do have an electric fence that could work for your dog if they are trained on this at your home! We are happy to crate your dogs - we’re even happy to have them in our bedroom and on the couch if they prefer!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of family and friends since I was in my teens, but more extensively in college and since. For 3 years I boarded and sat for three different family friends. I’ve personally helped raise 3 dogs and 2 cats. I’ve even helped herd sheep and tamed alpacas! I work nearly full-time as a server at a restaurant, so Wednesday to Saturday night I’m unavailable for somewhere between 6-9 hours on those days. When I have my off days I’m usually at home or out for a walk. I’m usually efficient with my errands and have extensive free time on off days. My apartment is a one bedroom, so if I’m not playing around the apartment with the pet, I’d want to bring them on a walk or to the park. I have a very comfortable bedroom conducive to nap time, and I live in the heart of Old Port. Whenever I am with pets in my house I am always looking to set up a cozy space for them to relax with blankets, pillows, their favorite toys. I try to make them feel like a proper guest in my home like anyone else. My apartment is always very quiet despite being downtown, but I would hope to find activities we could do in and around Portland to help keep them active and entertained.

I enjoy keeping pets active with walks and outdoor play, spending quality time with them indoors, maintaining a clean environment, and, of course, rewarding them with treats when appropriate. I am a calm, dependable, and positive person who values routine and consistency. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away :) I love routine and live by my planner to stay organized. I enjoy haveing animals apart of that rontine as well, while also understanding that every pet has unique needs and that some require more time and attention than others. I consistently have Wednesdays and Thursdays free all day. I'm also available for early morning visits and evening appointments, allowing me to provide flexible and dependable care. Your pet's safety, happiness, and comfort are my top priorities. I understand that every dog and cat has different needs, and I adjust my care to match their energy level, preferences, and routine. When caring for pets in your home, I treat both your pets and your home with the utmost respect. I follow feeding schedules, administer medications if needed, keep water bowls full, clean up after pets, and make sure they receive plenty of exercise, playtime, companionship, and affection. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away.
About: I have pet sat for neighbors, friends and family for six years where I was responsible for walking and feeding their animals. I grew up with an Australian Shepherd and have been walking dogs since I was 10. I am an Elementary School Teacher so I am looking for something part time or full time for the summer months. I am also looking to continue my services when the school year starts in September. I currently have two cats of my own who get along very well with other animals. My parents dog stays with me as well on some weekends. I have a large park near my apartment and my parents dog really enjoys running around there. I am an elementary school teacher, so I will be available mostly full time during the summer months and then I will transition into a part time schedule when school starts back up in the fall. I have two cats of my own, so your pet will have fur friends to play with when/ if they stay at my home. Right next to my home I have a large park that residents take their pets to. I would also love to take your pet to a nearby dog park, that way they can socialize in a safe space!
About: I had had cats for as long as I can remember, I have also had Guinea pigs and 45 chickens at one point in time I am currently a full time student at central Maine community college so my schedule carries, but I am always available after 2pm. I have modays and Fridays free and I am available most of the day on Wednesday I have 2 cats currently and my girlfriend has 2 dogs. I make sure that all of the animals in my life get plenty of play time and attention.

About: Hi! We’re Natalie and Tim, and we have both had dogs our entire lives. Natalie worked at a Humane Society in college, and Tim fostered dogs (and was a “failed foster” parent) for many years before we moved to Maine with our two doggies, Penny & Willa. We spend lots of time taking our dogs and dogs who we sit for to local nature trails in Cumberland or enjoying fetch with the Chuck-It in our large backyard. Our home is kid-free, and we will treat your pups like our own! Tim works from home, and Natalie is a full-time graduate student with a flexible schedule. Your dogs will be home with either or both of us for the majority, if not the entire time! We have a large yard (1.5 acres) on a quiet street in a very dog-friendly neighborhood. Although our yard is not physically fenced, we do have an electric fence that could work for your dog if they are trained on this at your home! We are happy to crate your dogs - we’re even happy to have them in our bedroom and on the couch if they prefer!

I am currently doing Rover full-time. For many years i have lived in homes with pets and helped care for them. Currently living in a home with 1 cat, 1 dog, and 12 chickens. We also do doggy day care and do boarding- so we keep pretty busy. I always walk dogs on their leashes. I make sure to keep medications and other harmful things locked away. We have a fenced in yard, but i’m always out there with them. I try to take as good care for your animals as if they were my own.
