“Superb experience in all aspects. Initial inquities, booking process and all communications were expedient and clear. This was the first time boarding for our 7 month old puppy (song with his 4 year old "sister". Alexandra having experience with Great Danes was so very helpful and made our fur babies feel welcomed and loved. They especially enjoyed time with the girls! Unfortunately (for the sitters) the weather was rainy throughout, but Alexandra and daily were up to the challenges of wet pups with muddy paws. In addition, the younger one's night separation anxiety required some medication and thoughtful handling, all of which was accommodated and communicated with ease. The dogs were extremely well cared for and loved, and we received regular updates. Simply put, we couldn't be happier and will definitely use their services again whether for short or week long needs in the future. We recommend them with absolute highest praise and confidence!”

I’m currently a stay at home mom so if I leave the house, I only leave to go to the grocery store or to grab the little one something to eat if they want it I have a huge backyard my house backs up against the woods. We are not close to the road at all. You’re dog would never be let outside alone my kids would run around in the backyard with them 💕

Currently I work from home and for the most part make my own schedule every day. We have a doggy park inside of our residence as well as a lovely community of people who walk their dogs everyday I’m sure your pet will meet some friends as we go out for walks and play at the park. Please let me know if you have any special food or any other request that you need me to accommodate to ensure that your furry baby is okay so I can be prepared as much as I can to welcome them into our home. I make my own schedule every day so i am pretty much free Monday through Sunday each week. I will make sure I update the time slots that are booked as clients start scheduling their appointments. All small and medium-sized dogs will be more than welcomed to roam freely around my living room kitchen area and are allowed to sit and lay on the couches as well. The floors are hardwood so even if they have an accident of pooping or peeing on the floor it will be alot easier for me to clean up on the hard floors than the carpeted areas. They will be allowed to come into my bedroom or any other room as long as I am in the room supervising them. I will take them outside to potty every 2 hours timed from the time they arrive until their scheduled time of leaving. You can feel free to bring their favorite toys they love to play with but I will also be purchasing brand new toys that I'm sure your dogs/cats will love to play with.

About: I’ve been caring for and loving cats since I was 18. I started by taking care of a small group of feral cats living in my shed. Over time, that colony grew, and I naturally became more involved in their care—eventually socializing kittens, helping them adjust to human contact, and bringing several into my home when needed. Jen met me before the sitting dates and she was extremely knowledgeable . She has tons of common sense--- You will not need to give her pages of instruction. She GETS IT ! In addition, my plants were watered during this 94 degree weather , mail was placed neatly inside, and trash cans were taken to the curb . Photos are sent to you at each visit. About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with Border Collies and have also adopted several dogs over the years, so I'm comfortable with everything from high-energy working breeds to laid-back companions. I've also volunteered at several shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, temperaments, and backgrounds. I work from home (as does my wife) so your pet will be getting consistent, attentive care. To be honest, our dog passed away last fall and we are missing the joy of being dog owners and having dogs around, but we need something a little more flexible for the time being. You are getting two sitters for the price of one and we will care for your dog as if they were our own :) As a former dog parent who has used Rover, my goal is to provide exactly what I was looking for each time I booked a walker/sitter: clear communication, limited hassle, and all of the assurances that you can rest easy and not worry...your doggo is in good hands! I work from home and call my own hours (as does my wife) so as long as we know your dog's routine we will make sure to incorporate it into our own. We have a fenced-in yard and a walking path near our home so walks are never a problem (we love walks). My wife and I both work from home so one of us will always be giving your dog attention/supervision. We have previously owned dogs who were flight risks so we have been conditioned to keep an eye out, keep doors closed, etc. We have a big fenced-in yard and have a little indoor gate/fence that we use in the house if need be to secure a hallway, etc.

About: We brought home our 1st puppy when our eldest daughter was 8 weeks old. Everything since then has been easy! Currently have an 8yr old Golden Retriever with a fenced in backyard. Each of our grown children took in a dog or puppy once they had their own homes. We have had cats, hamsters, fish, and guinea pigs over the years. I'm recently semi-retired and my daughters have used Rover for their dogs in far away states. I thought it would be a nice way to give our dog a playmate every once in a while. About: We are a husband & wife team with a combined total of over 50 years of animal care experience. From senior pet care to exotic animal husbandry, we have seen it all. Being pet parents ourselves, we have had several dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, & fish. I’m currently have a flexible schedule and offer drop in visits, dog walking and house sitting. I am available throughout the week and will do my best to accommodate your pet’s normal routine. As a pet owner I also understand communication and consistency matters, so I aim to be punctual, as communicative as possible and reliable. For walks, drop-ins, and house sitting, my goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own environment. I follow feeding instructions, routines, medication schedules, and activity preferences closely. I also pay attention to behavior, energy levels, and comfort cues and will always communicate any concerns. I treat clients homes with care and respect and will provide updates and photos for peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I’ve taken care of many different animals. Cats, dogs, lizards: you name it! I’m experienced with big dogs who have lots of personality, as well as cats who can be skiddish and shy. I also have a cat and dog of my own, and have experience with administering medication for all your pet’s needs! I’m available for you and your pet when you need me. About: ever since I was younger, I’ve been infatuated with all kinds of animals. I even wanted to be a vet. I was the six-year-old that neighbors trusted to watch over their dogs while they stepped out for a second and I even taught them some tricks. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks well that’s a lie. I’ve done it myself. It just takes a little extra persistence. In my home life we have a dog and a bunny, and I’ve trained the dog to get along very well with the bunny. My dog also knows a handful of tricks where she can’t take a bow, shake hands and even spin in a circle. I am a freshly graduated high school student just looking to pay some of her debt from vet bills so I figured it might as well be something I enjoy while doing it. I do have a part-time job, but I am willing to free my calendar for you, and your pets needs! if you prefer me to be with you pets all day i need at least a two week notice so i can free up my time! I love all animals so I just plan to keep an eye on them, keep their brains teased and maybe even try to teach them a few tricks and do a few enrichment games like hide and seek where they have to use their nose or lick mats or even fetch it all just depends on the pet!
About: I worked at a dog/cat kennel for over 3 years. I was fortunate enough to work with all breeds, sizes, ages, and behavioral levels. I want to give your pet the best and most comfortable experience while you're away! I am a college student at UD studying ecology. My schedule is generally pretty open with the exception of morning classes (~9 am - 11 am). My availability varies, but I can be flexible! Feel free to message me to inquire! I understand that all pets have different needs and preferences. I am comfortable playing with your dog in their home, taking them on walks, or little field trips and hikes (for the more energetic pups) around Delaware if you'd like! I have a soft spot for senior cats and dogs, so I am also more than happy to take things slower and give them the extra TLC they might need.

“Superb experience in all aspects. Initial inquities, booking process and all communications were expedient and clear. This was the first time boarding for our 7 month old puppy (song with his 4 year old "sister". Alexandra having experience with Great Danes was so very helpful and made our fur babies feel welcomed and loved. They especially enjoyed time with the girls! Unfortunately (for the sitters) the weather was rainy throughout, but Alexandra and daily were up to the challenges of wet pups with muddy paws. In addition, the younger one's night separation anxiety required some medication and thoughtful handling, all of which was accommodated and communicated with ease. The dogs were extremely well cared for and loved, and we received regular updates. Simply put, we couldn't be happier and will definitely use their services again whether for short or week long needs in the future. We recommend them with absolute highest praise and confidence!”
About: I have taken care of dogs, my whole life whether they were my own or somebody else’s I absolutely love animals your animal will always be safe in my care and have the best time. I’m currently a stay at home mom so if I leave the house, I only leave to go to the grocery store or to grab the little one something to eat if they want it I have a huge backyard my house backs up against the woods. We are not close to the road at all. You’re dog would never be let outside alone my kids would run around in the backyard with them 💕
