“Barbara is so great with animals and does a great job making them feel at home. Our dog had a great time and enjoyed her visit with the family. I loved all the photos to see how our dog was doing throughout the day. Wonderful job!”

“Candice was great with Tilley. She has a beautiful & clean home. She sent me pictures daily and informed me of some activities. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with Candice. I will definitely use Candice again. Thank you so much Candice !”

“Karen kept my 2 English Bulldogs and a 10 y/o Boston Terrier for a long weekend and they came home healthy and happy. Her attention to detail (food, wrinkle cream and brachycephalic considerations for heat exposure) along with the ease of drop off and pickup will make her a top choice for future boarding.”

“My Frenchies are my children: there is nothing more important to me in this world. I have never left them with anyone (Henry almost 2; Sammy 1). I combed Rover for 5 hours over the course of a few days and serendipitously landed on Jen's profile. I was SOLD after our "Meet and Greet." You can just feel how special Jen is when you meet her. Jen was in constant communication with me; staying with her was basically a vacation for my boys; she sent me #allthephotos; she updated me multiple times a day; she made sure my special needs baby got all the special attention he requires; and when I picked the boys up my little Sammy was still watching Jen as we were about to leave. I know that he misses her, and that makes me so happy that she bonded with him that way. Listen. All my future trips - work or professional - will be planned around Jen's availability. Simply put, she is an amazing human being whose passion is caring for animals.”

“We were extremely nervous with having our dog stay with strangers but meeting Jill and Thomas quickly changed our hesitation. As soon as you meet then you can tell they are dog lovers. We recieved photos all weekend and our dog was having a great time. We will definitely be returning as a client.”

“Sharon could not have been nicer or more responsive. She regularly sent pics of Fin interacting with her family which made us feel at ease. She has a nice fenced in yard for your pup to play in. Highly recommend.”

“Sandra is an excellent sitter! Our dog Chico was very happy to be with her! Definitely we will go back to her as needed and certainly highly recommend Sandra as a pet sitter!”

“Lindsey did a fantastic job caring for our 6 month old pup. She communicated a minimum of 2x per day and always provided pictures with each communication. We will definitely be using Lindsey again in the future.”

“We absolutely love Geosselyn! She took care of our cat over our Hawaii vacaction for about a week, gave him all his meds without trouble, and gave him his own little room and are and tower to play on. She also had cameras on him which was nice, and took pictures that she sent to us to relive our stress! Couldn’t be any happier honestly”

“Brittany’s home is an oasis for dogs. Our girls loved chilling out in their big fenced in yard which they could sunbath or hide out under the shade trees especially the beautifully willow. Brittany is very responsive and without a doubt a true dog and animal lover. Trust that this would be a great place for your furry friends.”

“My Maltipoo stayed with Yvonne for 2 nights and was very well cared for. I'm sure she enjoyed the nice yard. Yvonne was very easy to coordinate with and sent lots of pictures and updates. Her dog was well mannered, and her house was well kept. We will definitely want to use her again.”

“Laura was a fantastic dog sitter! She was flexible with scheduling pick up/drop off, sent an update with a photo, and our pup seemed to have a great time with her. We will definitely use her services again!”

“Pamela was very responsive and kept me updated throughout JuJu’s stay. She has a large, fenced in yard that provided plenty of space for play and exercise. It was clear that JuJu was well cared for, and I appreciated the regular communication and peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Pamela and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.”

“Fantastic sitter! Loving family! My lil dog is always in good hands. Very responsive and flexible sitter. GUARANTEED to care for your pet as much as you do. Thank you”

“Superb experience in all aspects. Initial inquities, booking process and all communications were expedient and clear. This was the first time boarding for our 7 month old puppy (song with his 4 year old "sister". Alexandra having experience with Great Danes was so very helpful and made our fur babies feel welcomed and loved. They especially enjoyed time with the girls! Unfortunately (for the sitters) the weather was rainy throughout, but Alexandra and daily were up to the challenges of wet pups with muddy paws. In addition, the younger one's night separation anxiety required some medication and thoughtful handling, all of which was accommodated and communicated with ease. The dogs were extremely well cared for and loved, and we received regular updates. Simply put, we couldn't be happier and will definitely use their services again whether for short or week long needs in the future. We recommend them with absolute highest praise and confidence!”

“Claudia is a fantastic choice for your dog. Our dog,Esther, loved her visit and she got the best of care. Claudia set us updates and pictures. It was reassuring that Esther was in a very safe place. Claudia is a 5 star dog sitter.”

“We were thoroughly impressed with this stay for our puppy Tessa. 1st time for our puppy she seemed happy. This was also her 1st time around other dogs as well. Rackeem was very attentive and she seemed comfortable from the door. He sent us videos and pictures and this help me through the time away. I will definitely use Him again very professional.”

“This was my first time using rover and I was nervous. But Pearl was the best. Woody absolutely loved her and had a blast. She sent me a bunch of pictures and really eased my anxiety. Definitely would recommend.”

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with Border Collies and have also adopted several dogs over the years, so I'm comfortable with everything from high-energy working breeds to laid-back companions. I've also volunteered at several shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, temperaments, and backgrounds. I work from home (as does my wife) so your pet will be getting consistent, attentive care. To be honest, our dog passed away last fall and we are missing the joy of being dog owners and having dogs around, but we need something a little more flexible for the time being. You are getting two sitters for the price of one and we will care for your dog as if they were our own :) As a former dog parent who has used Rover, my goal is to provide exactly what I was looking for each time I booked a walker/sitter: clear communication, limited hassle, and all of the assurances that you can rest easy and not worry...your doggo is in good hands! I work from home and call my own hours (as does my wife) so as long as we know your dog's routine we will make sure to incorporate it into our own. We have a fenced-in yard and a walking path near our home so walks are never a problem (we love walks). My wife and I both work from home so one of us will always be giving your dog attention/supervision. We have previously owned dogs who were flight risks so we have been conditioned to keep an eye out, keep doors closed, etc. We have a big fenced-in yard and have a little indoor gate/fence that we use in the house if need be to secure a hallway, etc.
About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since my high school days. I love caring for and building relationships with dogs because they are truly like your best friend when they get to know and love you. Currently I work from home and for the most part make my own schedule every day. I am looking to build loving relationships with every pet that I care for so every owner can confidently put their trust in me to bring their furry friends back to me anytime they need me to take care of them. Me and my husband love dogs! We have a doggy park inside of our residence as well as a lovely community of people who walk their dogs everyday I’m sure your pet will meet some friends as we go out for walks and play at the park. Please let me know if you have any special food or any other request that you need me to accommodate to ensure that your furry baby is okay so I can be prepared as much as I can to welcome them into our home. I make my own schedule every day so i am pretty much free Monday through Sunday each week. I will make sure I update the time slots that are booked as clients start scheduling their appointments. All small and medium-sized dogs will be more than welcomed to roam freely around my living room kitchen area and are allowed to sit and lay on the couches as well. The floors are hardwood so even if they have an accident of pooping or peeing on the floor it will be alot easier for me to clean up on the hard floors than the carpeted areas. They will be allowed to come into my bedroom or any other room as long as I am in the room supervising them. I will take them outside to potty every 2 hours timed from the time they arrive until their scheduled time of leaving. You can feel free to bring their favorite toys they love to play with but I will also be purchasing brand new toys that I'm sure your dogs/cats will love to play with.
About: What sets me apart is my commitment to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care for every pet. I understand that every dog has a unique personality, routine, and needs, so I take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I have experience caring for dogs of different ages and temperaments, including energetic puppies who need patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, as well as senior dogs who require a gentler approach, slower walks, medication reminders, and extra attention to their comfort. I also prioritize clear communication by sending regular updates, photos, and messages so you always know how your pet is doing. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with company, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and care. My goal is to treat every pet as if they were my own, giving you peace of mind while you’re away. I am in school night time and am available during the day. I am free all day Saturday and Sunday's. I can come whenever you need me to. When caring for pets, I always follow the routine they’re most comfortable with. In a client’s home, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water at all times, get plenty of exercise, bathroom breaks, playtime, and lots of affection. I also keep their living area clean, administer medications if needed and instructed, and make sure they feel safe and relaxed while their family is away. I respect my clients’ homes by keeping everything tidy, locking doors, and following any special instructions.
About: I’ve been dog sitting since I was young and have always loved caring for animals. Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and care for their furry family members over the years. Now that I have a mini Goldendoodle of my own, I’m always excited to welcome more pups to love and care for! My dog would love some new friends to play with, and your furry companion will always be safe, well cared for, and treated like family in our home. I’d also like to mention I have 2 cats and they are friendly and do their own thing. My schedule is flexible and I can work from home most of the time! That being said, your furry friend will get a lot of attention. I usually try and go for a walk in the morning and around lunch time. I have a yard; however, it is not fenced. I live toward the end of a quiet neighborhood and always keep a close eye on any dogs in my care. I spend a lot of time outside playing and going on walks, so your pup will get plenty of exercise, attention, and companionship. My 3-year-old dog is friendly, playful, and also enjoys relaxing, so your furry friend will have a balanced and comfortable stay.

I have had pet birds, fish, hamsters, turtles, spiders, frogs, lizards, rabbits, horses, turkeys, chickens, cats and dogs. I also have experience caring for cows and sheep. I started doing pet care professionally as a teen. I eventually started training dogs as well. I did that until I moved for college. Now, I started providing those services in my home. Having dogs stay with me gives me the opportunity to provide 24/7 care and training. I trained my last dog to be a hearing dog. She always alerted me to the door and phone, so I incorporated those natural likes and abilities into her training. I'm currently preparing my new dog for search and recue training based upon his love of playing hide and seek. All dogs have their own natural abilities and like different things. I have used clicker training in the past. I usually use reward based training. I occasionally seperate dogs, so they might not play together unless they are from the same household. I have rooms set up as individual dog suites. I have lots of cozy blankets and toys for dogs to feel comfortable. Dogs will still roam and play throughout the house. Dogs will get lots of individual attention. Dogs usually make friends and enjoy playing together. There are lots of toys beds and blankets for them to get cozy and have fun. I have a large unfenced yard (will be fully fenced in October. Currently only one side is fenced.) that backs to woods with a creek and a park. Dogs will be leashed outside. I can take more than one dog and for extended stays. Dogs should bring their own food and potty training pads if they use them. I send lots of pictures of your dogs during their stay. I can send videos and have done live chat videos, so you can see and talk to your dog. Dogs will be taken outside regularly. Dogs will go outside in all weather at least 2 times during the day. Dogs also will have ample play time indoors with running, chasing, fetching or jumping. Dogs can play ball or nap. I take dogs running at the park. Each dog will be cared for according to his personality. Dogs get alot of individual attention. I make sure dogs are comfortable throughout the day and i play with them and incorporate them into my day as much as possible. My 2.5 year old son and husband also play with the dogs. They help train, feed and care for dogs too. They also run with dogs and take them to the park or dog park. Dogs may go to the store with us or on errands or on an outing. Dogs may sleep in our bed with us. Dogs may join in for Disney songs and dancing. Dogs may make new friends and bond. I only care for a few dogs at any given time. I can care for dogs weekly and monthly. I can cater to dogs special or individual needs. Drop off pick up is between 6am to 7am or 7pm to 8pm weekdays and anytime weekends. More About Me: I started pet care professionally more than 20 years ago, when i was studying nursing. I was in college and nursing school full time, working at a healthcare facility full time, doing home care and pet care. I received both of my undergraduate degrees in legal studies. I started 2 master's degree programs one in law and one in business. I plan to continue doctorate studies in psychology. My main interest is behavior. My other interests are sociology and anthropology. I also write. I love dog care. It's fun! Even when the work is hard, it's rewarding. I'm glad i decided to focus on dog care again. My days are much better with dogs in my life. More About My Family: My son has benefited from having dogs in his life and it has afforded him an early opportunity to begin working with animals. My son is an animal lover. He especially loves dogs. He's a good trainer and pet care provider. He has a deep concern for dog's feelings and goes out of his way to see them happy. He likes taking care of animals, especially dogs. He's interested in going to school, so he can learn more about taking care of animals. My husband loves dogs. He grew up with dogs and cared for additional dogs. He has a relaxed natural approach and does not use training as much as treats play and petting.
About: I’ve taken care of family and friends’ dogs throughout the past few years. I provided whatever they needed whether that was feeding, walking, or playing. I’m currently working a part time restaurant job that never ends later than 10:30 pm. So I will have plenty of time to take care of pets overnight and during the day. I provide reliable, attentive care in my client’s homes by following routines, offering playtime and affection, administering medications as needed, and keeping owners updated regularly.

“I’m thankful for Kari & Jospeh’s family for loving and caring my baby like their own, it was stress free time during his stay we’re I don’t have to worry about how he is doing since he is in great hands. My boy would love to come back again,”

“Lucky had a great time with Max and Thomas. He enjoyed playing in the backyard and all the pets. Thank you and I'll definitely rebook again. I appreciate the prompt replies to my texts.”

“He was ok. As a first time user i would have appreciated more pics/video updates. My leash was misplaced, although he offered to replace. I liked that he was patient w/ my puppy who was nervous to enter his home in the beginning.”
