When we dropped him off, he didn’t even look back as she ushered him inside which told us he was comfortable with Crystal from the very beginning. When we picked Black up, he was excited to see us AND sad for his weekend with Crystal to come to an end. Black had a couple of behavioral issues during his stay and Crystal was very attentive taking great care of his needs and keeping us updated with great photos and detailed reports. My husband and I both work Monday-Friday, however I have a very flexible schedule and am able to telework when needed! I try to stay home with the boarders as much as possible! “Elissa was great! She watched our large dog (110lb Rottweiler) for a week and Penny came home as happy as when we dropped her off. Penny had developed a bladder infection right before we dropped her off with Elissa; it resulted in her having accidents inside the house (which is not normal at all for her) but Elissa was very patient and understanding and let Penny out every 2 hours which helped. Elissa sent pictures and was responsive and very patient and kind. Penny didn’t really even want to go home with us, she wanted to stay with Elissa!”

She is super friendly, responds within a very short time to requests, knows what she is doing with dogs, and is very accommodating. I have periods of travel and odd arrival home times, and she always tries to help make it possible to pick up my Irish Setter Riley. Riley is an energetic soul, like all setters, and though there is not an ounce of harm in her, she is on the go, a strong dog, and needs a good handler. I feel safe leaving her with Tasha, and that peace of mind is great. With my previous sitter, Riley sometimes came back smelling of smoke, which is why I started looking elsewhere. About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu. Taking care of her helped me acquire basic canine behavior and taught me the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Most recently I raised my own best friend, Gelato an English Bulldog. I gained my breeder experience with Gelato and cared for her and her 6 puppies, until they were rehomed at 8 months. I enjoy taking long walks, which I consider the ultimate stress reliever and best way to exercise. I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I have 20 years of experience in the customer service field and enjoy striving to provide the best experience to my clients. In my personal time I am spending time with my 2 little girls teaching them how to play sports, and of course how to be loving pet owners. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! I’m currently working part time and will be available to walk most pets during early mornings hours during the week and mid day and evenings during the weekend. I definitely would like to know your pets temperament, and what might scare them.
