About: I’ve always had dogs in my life! I adopted my first dog, Beth, in 2015 when she was just 14 weeks old, and I trained her myself. During the pandemic, I adopted my second dog, Buz, at 8 months old who had aggression and resource guarding issues. Because of them both, I am very watchful of dog behaviors and am not afraid of big barks! I know training basics and am comfortable with dogs of all ages and sizes! I am a teacher in SE DC, so during the school year, my availability is primarily evenings and weekends. During the summer, my availability is very open! I am very attentive and respectful of others homes, dogs, and instructions. Knowing that my own dogs take a minute to warm up to someone new, I will be sure to follow specific routines or guidance given! Your home will remain as it was when I enter!

It did not turn out working out but that’s due to my dog’s own personal special needs and needing more individualized special care. Denisha was very patient and honest during my dog’s care. Some sitters do it for the financial gain but I could really tell that Denisha genuinely cares for the dogs that she sits. She was responsive and provided frequent updates/pictures. About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to check in with, feed and play with their pets. During the summer it was all I did. “Would 100% recommend Christina she made my baby boy feel comfortable and safe. He had such a great time I could tell from all the pictures and especially when I picked him up. He’s only 7 months old, still potty training, a picky eater and this was my first time leaving him with anyone else so I was EXTREMELY worried but Christina took such great care of him, ensured he was comfy at night time and could sleep well and he didn’t miss a meal which is amazing as sometimes he refuses to eat. “First time leaving my dog with anyone other than her breeder. Tommy put me at ease with the questions he asked prior to our booking. He was careful to try to determine whether my dog should socialize with the big or small dogs, what behaviors were allowed (up on furniture, etc). Throughout the stay he provided updates and photos. It was clear that my dog was well cared for and having fun. Drop-off and pick-up were smooth and easy. I will use Tommy again in the future!”

Before the booking, we scheduled a meet-and-greet, and she was happy to come to my home to meet Flash and start building a bond with him. While I was away, she took wonderful care of him and regularly sent me photos and updates, which gave me real peace of mind knowing he was happy and doing well. “We love Branden! Quavo and Branden hit it off immediately on his first stay, so we had to return! We have an American Bully and Branden was familiar with the breed and that made me (Mom) feel good! Branden instills good training habits with Quavo when he stays, he eats his food (which he normally doesn't when away from home with other sitters), and gets good exercise in. Branden provides routine updates, very responsive to all types of communication and extremely professional. Branden was available for a last minute request and we appreciated his flexibility. Branden is our guy and we will definitely book again in the future! Highly recommend!”
About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu. Taking care of her helped me acquire basic canine behavior and taught me the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Most recently I raised my own best friend, Gelato an English Bulldog. I gained my breeder experience with Gelato and cared for her and her 6 puppies, until they were rehomed at 8 months. I enjoy taking long walks, which I consider the ultimate stress reliever and best way to exercise. I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I have 20 years of experience in the customer service field and enjoy striving to provide the best experience to my clients. In my personal time I am spending time with my 2 little girls teaching them how to play sports, and of course how to be loving pet owners. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! I’m currently working part time and will be available to walk most pets during early mornings hours during the week and mid day and evenings during the weekend. I definitely would like to know your pets temperament, and what might scare them. I know they will feel most comfortable at home but if they are with me, I’d like to keep a calm, pet friendly setting for them to be comfortable in.
