About: I have always grown up surrounded by dogs of all breeds and cats as well! Personally, my family always had golden retrievers (okay, I have a soft spot). Over the years, I have always watched neighbors or family pets, including my own. I’ve helped manage any illnesses that may have come along with any dog or cat needing medications or special therapy! I have a LOT of experience with puppies and the training/ time that goes into that development as well. I also am active, so spending time and keeping the dogs and cats I watched busy and playful is super important to me. Overall, treating the pets around me like family has always been second nature to me and I hope to bring that quality to you! I will be starting a new sales role 9-5 in downtown Annapolis! With that said, my availability April 1st will move to mornings and evenings - drop ins/ walks. The remainder of March is free for all times of day! About: Hi there! My name is Stacia and I’ve taken care of animals my whole life. I am a dog owner too! Remi is a 2 years old, playful, dark yellow lab. He is fixed. I’m familiar with ensuring the environment is right for your dog. I previously owned a dog with high anxiety and wasn’t friendly with strangers. I understand the importance of making sure your guidelines for your pet are followed. I can give oral medications, follow your training rules, walk large dogs, handle dogs that aren’t friendly with strangers, high anxiety, and have disabilities (ex. Deaf, blind). These dogs are our best friends so I promise to take great care of yours :) If you have any additional questions for me, please don’t hesitate to ask. I am happy to chat or meet prior to booking to ensure I am a good fit for your pup! I believe in open communication to ensure the safety of you, your pet, me and mine. I work fully remote and am able to support daycare and boarding. I usually walk my dog morning, mid day and evening for 30 min to an hour at a time. I’d like to be able to support other people who need assistance. During the week your dog won’t be left alone for more than an hour depending on drop off and pick up time. During the weekend your dog won’t be left longer than 3-4 hours depending. We can always communicate your dogs specific needs to accommodate! I have a fenced yard in our home and a friendly, playful 2 year old male lab (fixed). If your dog is in my home, they do need to be friendly with other dogs. This is to ensure the safety of my dog and if I am boarding or hosting daycare for another dog. During the week I do work full time so there are times where I am in meetings so it is preferred your dog is not destructive, okay without supervision, or is okay in a crate or enclosed room. I communicate my anticipated work schedule and plan for the day with the pet owner.

About: I've always been great with animals, able to read them and good at figuring out what they need. I volunteered at Animal Welfare League of Queen Anne's County for several years starting in High School. I've worked closely with large animals with behavioral problems, so I'm down the handle whatever quirks your pet has. She was great with my dog from the very first meet and greet, and clearly has experience handling larger, high-energy dogs. About: I’ve had animals growing up all of my life including goats, horses and dogs from small to large. I have experience in both their care and for understanding their needs through hand on situations and passion. I especially love dogs because of their loyalty, love and tail wags! I’ve had my current dog from a puppy for the last year and a half and have loved seeing her grow! Your dog will always be the only dog I am watching along with mine and you can rest assure that your pup is well taken care of! I only am only available weekends with occasional changes upon request and that’s simply so that I can devote myself to being with your pet for as much of their stay as I can provide. I'm available in August and September for drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care. As a resident of Arundel on the Bay neighborhood, I'm available to AOTB, Annapolis Cove, Bay Ridge, and Thomas Point neighborhoods within a 5-7 minute drive. I have no kids, so dogs have always been my 4-legged fur babies. I'm an active volunteer and puppy raiser with Warrior Canine Connections, an organization who trains service and therapy dogs for veterans with visible and non-visible injuries. I currently have 2 dogs of my own. Sookie, a 6 year old pointer mix, and Penny, a 6 year old lab/retriever mix. Both about 70 lbs! Sookie is a handful and I've participated in a few different training programs with her. I've become well versed in many types of dog behaviors, reactivity, fear aggression, and more. I'm calm, patient, warm, and well-versed in managing dogs with different personalities. I've also raised two special needs English Bulldogs, and understand the care required for dogs with medical issues. If you hate the idea of boarding your dog at a strange place when your away, or have heard the bad stories about injuries or neglect at doggy daycares, I'm looking forward to caring for your furry friend in your home! I I will make sure your dog gets physical activity, potty breaks, or nap times in the sun. I will be happy to send you pictures and videos and updates, and will work with you to make sure your dog and/or cat is cared for in a way that makes you and the pet happy! I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! I want to make sure you and your pet feel most comfortable. What is their normal routine that will make their time away from their owner more enjoyable? Any tips or tricks to making your pet more comfortable with me, or any special needs, words you use, or special requirements? Do they have any fears, reactivity, dog-aggressions, resource guarding, or other behaviors I should be aware of? About: I have grown up with dogs in my family almost my entire life. I also dog sat growing up and still do to this day for family and friends. This included puppies under the age of 1 (frequent potty breaks and crate training), as well as senior dogs who required special care and assistance. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes and would love to keep your fur babies company while you’re out of town! I am fortunate enough to have a very flexible work schedule that allows me to make your pets the number one priority while in my care. I have flexible work hours that allows me to spend time in the morning, afternoons and evenings with your animals. I can leave my office during the day with no problems. I am able to work from home when need be. This flexibility allows me to regularly check in on them, support their feeding routine and promptly address any health issues if they arise. When caring for pets in your home, I treat them as if they were my own. I prioritize their comfort and well-being by following their usual routines, providing plenty of playtime, and ensuring they receive the love and attention they deserve. I maintain a clean and safe environment, taking extra care with feeding, grooming, and any special needs they may have, such as administering medications. My goal is to keep your pets happy and stress-free until you return.

About: Hi, I’m Hannah, and I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend! I am a big animal lover and have been taking care of animals from kittens to Rottweilers for as long as I can remember. I’ve had a lifetime of experience caring for pets - whether they be my own or someone else’s. When I moved out and got my first pet two years ago, I discovered the struggle of balancing real life and responsibilities as a pet parent. When I made the move to Annapolis, I saw many others working through the same struggle - to balance life and pets. That’s where I want to help! You can be a good pet owner, no matter how busy life gets! I am available for walks, feedings, boarding, potty training, or whatever you might need support with! As a current dog mom myself, I want to support everyone out there who is trying their best to find that difficult balance for their critters. Don’t worry, you’ve got this, and I can’t wait to meet your pet! I currently work part-time on a flexible schedule, so I am able to go home quite a bit throughout the day to check on pets. I am available to give two mile or longer walks a day, and at least one mid-day bathroom break. I do have my own dog, Rose, and she lives in the apartment as well, so any dogs need to be spayed/neutered and vaccinated- just like she is. Your pet will have their own separate bedroom from Rose, that provides a calm, safe space for them during the day (and also gives any non dog-savvy cats a space alone). This bedroom will house their kennel, bed, food and water bowls, and anything else you’d like them to have. My apartment complex is very animal friendly and has a dog park right on sight for your furry friend to get off leash time. There are multiple side walks and small trails throughout my apartment community where I am free to walk dogs that stay with me. If I am commuting to your home, your dog will be guaranteed two long walks a day at feeding times and one mid-day bathroom break (more if needed). I can provide baths in my apartment or your home, and grooming if necessary.

About: I grew up with family pets and spent years fostering animals before adopting a pup of my own, Lemonade (aka Lemmy). She is a little under 2 years old and loves making new friends. This is a great opportunity for your dog to come stay and play. For best care, I only take pets from one family at a time in addition to my own. I work from home full time during the weekdays, so your pet will be offered lots of play time, potty breaks, and cuddles. I also spend a lot of time home on the weekends and can provide extra quality care. I have a fully fenced front yard and my puppy Lemonade will be with me to help entertain your pet and keep them company during their stay. Meet and greet is required before your first booking.
