About: I grew up in a dog-loving home—there was never a time we didn’t have a furry friend in the family. Since my very first pet, I’ve enjoyed caring for animals. “We took Finn over to Arlene’s for the first time yesterday to spend the day (after our meet and greet a couple of weeks prior). We picked him up from Arlene and she told me that I t took a little time (an hour) to get him to settle down, but after that he had a full day of play with the other 2 dogs that were there. About: Hello I’ve grown up with dogs in the house and have rescued 2 little ones of my own when I moved into my own house. We have a fenced in yard with lots of toys and area to play! My in laws live on an island in the Caribbean and whenever we visit we care for the many stray animals that are on the island! I have professionally cared for animals for 15 years. I have worked in Petcare in a pet store caring for the in-store animals: fish, reptiles, amphibians, birds, pockets pets, insects. I have volunteered at an animal shelter. I have worked my adult career in a primary veterinary clinic, and a specialty veterinary referral hospital. I have lots of experience with cats and dogs. About: Full disclosure I have not been paid to care for dogs yet however i did raise a puppy from a couple months to a year and worked on training. Ive also grown up with and cared for all types of dogs and dog sizes. I have cared for senior dogs as well. Bathing, walking, clipping nails, giving medication, feeding, basic training etc are all things I have experience with. I am currently waiting on a review for school, as of right now i am free any day of the week. After I start school it will only take up 4 days of the weekday and be mornings/early afternoons where i am not available. I work full time away from home Monday thru Friday, so your pet would be alone for about 8hrs week days. I will make sure they are let out before I leave and let out again immediately once I return home. I am able to walk dogs / check in on family pets after 4:30pm on week days. I have a deck and a 6ft tall fenced in yard. I do not have small children in my home. I also do not have any other pets that may not get along with another dog.
