“I don’t know where to begin; Megan and her family are the absolute best! My German Shepard/Cattle Dog is weary of new people, but she took to Megan and her family right away. I love how Megan was always available and how she consistently sent photos and videos to keep us updated; it’s like our pups were on our vacation just as we were cause based on the videos they were having so much fun I was almost jealous lol! I loved how she exposed my pups to her chickens and whatever interested them in her backyard. I also loved that they had children because my Teacup always had someone to play with. Lastly, I really appreciate Megan’s flexibility. We had car trouble coming back from the airport and not once did she ever make us feel bad for the inconvenience. If you’re looking for someone to watch your fur babies, I totally recommend Megan 100%. Thanks so much Megan and family, you guys made going on vacation stress free. Our pups will definitely be back! About: I’ve grown up with multiple dog breeds my whole life. I’ve also owned cats, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I have 2+ years of experience with taking care of bearded dragons and I’ve had a couple visits with snakes, specifically corn snakes. I work with any and all dogs/cats. I also like to send pics/videos of the pets to their owners daily for that reassurance that their fur baby is taken care of with the upmost care! I’m currently a full-time college student. My husband and I live with our 4 dogs in La Plata, Maryland. We have a large fenced in yard and plenty of space to play in. We have 2 doves in a birdcage at home but they will not interfere with the dogs. We are unable to host cats in our home due to an allergy but I am available to petsit for cats in your home. My husband watches our animals while I am away housesitting, they would not come with me to any of my bookings. I work about 15 hours out of the home each week but other than that I am always home. I have 4 dogs of my own, 3 birds, and 2 hedgehogs so taking care of animals is something I enjoy doing. I recently adopted 2 hedgehogs and I hope to keep growing my animal family in the future. I don't have kids and my husband also assists with animal care when needed (the dogs are my kids let's be honest). When I am boarding dogs at my home, they are one of my family and do the same things my dogs are doing. I take everyone outside frequently and I am always throwing a ball or playing tug of war with someone. If I'm napping, the dogs are on the bed with me napping too. Usually everyone is pretty happy to be lounging on the couch or following me around the house while I do my chores. I have a large fenced in yard that I prefer to use to exercise dogs and take them to potty. I am happy to walk dogs around the neighborhood if they need the extra exercise but I do require that the dog has a well fitting harness. Some dogs are master escape artists from their collars/harnesses (little houdinis), so if this is the case for your dog we will be playing inside my fenced in yard instead. My fence is about 6 feet tall so if your dog is capable of jumping higher than this please let me know when booking.

About: I have been around dogs since I was born. Personally, my family adopted my first puppy when I was 10. I’ve been pet sitting for neighbors, family and friends since I was around 13. Now grown with my own pup, I know how important it is to trust someone with your fur baby while you aren’t able. I would love to be trusted to care for your babies when you aren’t available. I currently work from home Monday and Friday, so your pet would get just as much attention as mine. We are home most weekends, where your pup will get 2 walks and play time. “I don’t know where to begin; Megan and her family are the absolute best! My German Shepard/Cattle Dog is weary of new people, but she took to Megan and her family right away. I love how Megan was always available and how she consistently sent photos and videos to keep us updated; it’s like our pups were on our vacation just as we were cause based on the videos they were having so much fun I was almost jealous lol! I loved how she exposed my pups to her chickens and whatever interested them in her backyard. I also loved that they had children because my Teacup always had someone to play with. Lastly, I really appreciate Megan’s flexibility. We had car trouble coming back from the airport and not once did she ever make us feel bad for the inconvenience.
