“Although I ended up having to cancel my trip so Ashley/Olivia didn’t end up doing the drop in visits, Olivia was great at the drop-in visit I scheduled before our trip! My chinchillas took to her immediately. Gus, our fiestiest boy, happily accepted cheek scritches from her and another one of my chins even let her pick him up :) That says a lot about how she interacts with animals because as prey animals, trust doesn’t come easily to chinchillas. She also asked a lot of important questions about their care which I appreciated. She was super responsive and flexible about when I came to pick up my key from her. “Couldn’t be happier to have left my dog with Lila. As an owner you always wonder how your little loved one is while you’re gone and I never felt that worry. Lots of updates and a few pictures to let us know our pup was doing wonderful. Plenty of dog walks and play time. “We're always a little nervous dropping Echo off somewhere new, because she is high-energy and a puppy. Turns out our worries were unfounded, as Sandra and her family were absolutely amazing with Echo! She was super tired and we could tell she'd had so much fun. They treated her like one of their own dogs, made sure Echo was getting along with everyone, and even took her on a short field trip! Sandra kept us informed and was very communicative, which we loved. You can tell she's had a lot of experience with dogs, and we appreciated that she asked about Echo's schedule, allergies, and so on. Flexible with a last-minute time change at drop-off, which we appreciated. 100% would book again and would recommend you do so as well!”
“This was our first time away from our 11 month old furry! Fidel and Melissa provided assurance during drop off and sent photos and communication through out his stay! There were a few other dogs too so that Creed had socialized play. We are pleased when we drove up and saw Creed in a sit, leaning against Melissa, and happy even before he saw us! “Tanya was excellent with my girl Xena. Xena takes some time to warm up to people, and Tanya was excellent making sure she was comfortable in her home while she adjusted. Tanya gave me regular photo and video updates while I was away, I had no worries, and knew she was in excellent hands. 110% would use Tanya again for boarding.”
“Shantia was great! She let me come by for a meet and greet before I boarded my dog. She was also so incredibly patient and kind when I ended up being late to drop off due to a car issue. Her husband had to take Calamity for her due to how late I was, and he was kind enough to ask if Cal had eaten already (she had not!) and made sure she got her food. Communication on my end was sparse due to how busy things were, but Shantia responded immediately when I did message.”
