Not only did that give us incredible peace of mind while we were away from our two cats for a week (which carries a great deal of value in and of itself!), but she went above and beyond overall by leaving some treats and food behind for them, using scented trash bags when cleaning the litter box, and sending wonderful updates that included daily pictures and details of her visits. But most importantly, our kitties seemed to genuinely like her and feel comfortable with her very quickly, which is saying a lot for our shy one in particular. She seems to care quite a bit for animals just like we do, and that brings a great deal of comfort to anxious owners who are far from home. We will definitely book with her again!”

My chinchillas took to her immediately. Gus, our fiestiest boy, happily accepted cheek scritches from her and another one of my chins even let her pick him up :) That says a lot about how she interacts with animals because as prey animals, trust doesn’t come easily to chinchillas. She also asked a lot of important questions about their care which I appreciated. She was super responsive and flexible about when I came to pick up my key from her.
