“Although I ended up having to cancel my trip so Ashley/Olivia didn’t end up doing the drop in visits, Olivia was great at the drop-in visit I scheduled before our trip! My chinchillas took to her immediately. Gus, our fiestiest boy, happily accepted cheek scritches from her and another one of my chins even let her pick him up :) That says a lot about how she interacts with animals because as prey animals, trust doesn’t come easily to chinchillas. She also asked a lot of important questions about their care which I appreciated. She was super responsive and flexible about when I came to pick up my key from her. Our family just started dog sitting for friends when needed and all parties involved adjust well to bringing new pets temporarily into the home. “Liz and Jeffrey were so great with our girl Paloma. From the meet and greet through the stay, their communication was great and I always felt like she was getting the best care. She had a great time with their pack and they really made her part of their family.”

“Bria took care of our 40 lb pooch for a long weekend in October. It seemed like Mocha had a great time. The fact that Bria owns a dog was a plus for Mocha, since they got along well. I think the starting point for a lot of services including pet sitting is good clear communication and this is a strength for Bria. She is easy to reach, easy to make arrangements with, and quick to follow-up. She is interested in a good experience for the pet and attentive to details regarding any particular pet, which puts an owner's mind at ease. Good frequency of photos during Mocha's stay to give us a sense that things were alright. Also Bria's location is great for Petworth area - convenient and near the center of things but with a nice peaceful section of neighborhood for walks. Overall great experience and we would recommend her and have Mocha with her again.”

“When I decided to board Loki I was hesitant at first because he's a 125 lb. house dog. I wasn't sure how that would work out with a stranger and her family. However, I think Shantia did a fantastic job making both me and Loki feel comfortable. I would definitely request to board with her again when the need arises.”
