“Shuling did a great job with Penny! Excellent level of communication (not too much not too little) throughout the whole experience, lots of pictures, and Penny ate her food which shows an incredible amount of comfort and trust she has built with Shuling. Definitely recommend Shuling and I will be coming back to her again! “Shuling’s Rover experience was the best Rover experience we’ve ever had. She really did go above and beyond, fed her right before pickup and I was surprised Penny ate dinner! This goes to show her level of care for animals. 10/10”

“This was our first experience with Rover and it was absolutely wonderful! We have an older dog and she is both blind and deaf and Katelyn took such good care of her. She welcomed her into her home and treated her as if she were her own. Her communication was great. We received pictures/videos/updates several times a day. We will definitely use Katelyn again and highly recommend her!”

“As a first time user of Rover and first time search for a cat sitter, Elena definitely set the standard. From the first contact, Elena was incredibly responsive, very kind, and extremely welcoming of my babies. Elena and her children took such good care of my babies, as they allowed them space to adjust while being open to their affection as they warmed up. I had peace of mind that my babies were in good hands as she invited them into her home with open arms. When I picked Pocket and Rocket up, they were so soft from freshly brushed hair and calmer to get back into the car. I would absolutely recommend Elena to take care of your cats, as they will get plenty of cuddles, play time, and freedom to explore their new space. Thank you, Elena and kids!!”

“Very happy with the care of our baby 😁 Jay is really picky on who he takes medications from, and Jasimine was the exception. He was comfortable enough to trust her from the beginning (first time in 3 years since he has been comfortable with anyone right off the back!) Very pleased and happy with the care he received.”

“We couldn’t be happier with Janice and Stalio! They didn’t balk at any of our special requests, of which there were several including giving meds, medicated baths, belly band changes and not leaving our Chihuahua alone, and without a lap for too long. The dogs didn’t greet us with their usual excitement when we returned, which we take to mean that they were spoiled beyond belief. We are supremely grateful to have found J & S!”

“My Blue came home happy! Marliez was great, she sent tons of pictures and gave me reassurance my fur baby was having a good stay. I would definitely book with her again!”

“Becca did an awesome job watching Bodie while we were away. She was flexible, communicated well, and took great care of him. We really appreciated the updates and knowing he was in good hands. We’d definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to others.”

“We had our trial stay with Candice and the pups and us felt very comfortable and happy. She was very communicative. Easy to work with and kept us updated with the pups throughout the day. We’re glad we met her and will be going to her many many times in the future.”

“Our pup was well taken care of, walks and ball chasing, lots of pictures showed the fun he was having. Kim even sent him home with a Christmas present- a stocking full of toys and treats.”

“I booked Joann for my two dogs a little over a week and they were super happy! They care for the dogs and send me picture updates which was very nice to know what they were doing. Thank you! :)”

“Mady was absolutely wonderful!!!! My furbaby had such a great time playing with his new friend, Bandit. I was admittedly a bit nervous because this was Balee's first time engaging with another puppy. He clearly had an awesome time as evidenced by the pics that Mady sent which captured the biggest smile. Every photo warmed my heart. Thanks so much for such an incredible experience today. We sincerely appreciate you.”

“Kelly & Maurice took great care or our fur baby. He’s a bit skittish with strangers but he warmed up quickly and seemed to enjoy his time with them.”

“This was our first time with Lindsay, and we couldn't be happier! We'll definitely be repeat customers. She took great care of our boys, and we felt completely at ease leaving them in her hands. Our dogs absolutely loved the interactions with the other dogs and her children, and it was clear they felt right at home. Lindsay provided a safe, loving, and fun environment, and we’re so grateful for her care. Highly recommend!”

“Michelle is amazing! I'm always anxious about leaving my fur babies but Michelle put my mind at ease! She kept me informed and provided my Bella with so much love and attention!! I'd give 10 stars if I could”

“Jillian was the best! She treated our pet just as her own, and continuously provided us with heartwarming updates. We will definitely be using her in the future.”

“Eli was awesome! My dog is somewhat shy but she took to Eli right away. Eli picked my furbaby up and once he was back to his home he sent a picture of my pooch and where she had her kennel setup. Skittles was able sit and stare out the windows, which she loves to do. I received plenty of pictures to put me at ease. Eli also had a camera setup so I could see my dog if I wanted!!! I’m super happy with Eli as he was on time for pickup and drop off and overall is a very nice person! I will definitely board my dog with Eli again!!!!”

“Brittany was absolutely fantastic. This was my first rover and she put me totally at ease and sent me pictures of my dogs each day. Would highly recommend her and I will be back for repeat business!”

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats being a part of my family since I was a kid who enjoyed giving extra treats to my grandmother's Chow Chow! I have experience with cat sitting and house sitting for friends and family.

“My cats love Courtney! Especially my super shy boy comes out of shell when he sees her. I’m super happy with her taking care of my two little ones, she spends quality time with them and doesn’t cut her visits short. I also really appreciate the detailed write up and the cute photos. Thank you, Courtney!”

About: Im the better choice when choosing someone to care for your pet because of the genuine care, patience, and attention I give to every cat/dog as if they were my own. I understand that each cat (or dog) deserves individulized care that matches their unique personality, routine, and comfort level.
“This is the 2nd booking Shannon has come to look in on our cats while we’re away, our cats absolutely love her. We have one kitty that is scared of everyone except for my husband and i, even he loves when Shannon visits. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our babies when we’re not home.”

“When we were planning a trip out of the country, we wanted someone who was serious and committed to doing the best job they could for our cats and our house. We found this in Michael, who quickly earned the love and trust of Bagheera & Laska, our 2 cats. They are so different in personality and temperament it's hard to believe. Michael quickly won over the shy, cautious Laska, and became Bagheera's best buddy for playing and walks around the yard. He's not a snuggly cat, but he trusted Michael enough to even sit in his lap. We also felt that we could completely rely on Michael to do anything that was needed. When we got back, the plants had been watered, the house was as we left it (messy but clean), and the cats were happy. We trust Michael and highly recommend him.”

“I am so grateful to have found Lindsay. She's a natural with dogs -- relaxed, confident, loving, friendly and quite literally gets down on their level to connect. She was more than willing to come over for a meet & greet with our dog to help ease any concerns prior to her first booking. I loved her personality and level of customer service and her communication is exceptional. She's very punctual with her visits but also remains flexible knowing changes are sometimes needed. I look forward to continuing to work with Lindsay moving forward.”

“Casey did a fantastic job with our diabetic cat Sally! She was super communicative, right on time (sally is on a strict eating/insulin schedule). We will definitely book her again for any other upcoming trips!”

About: Hi, My name is Anna. I heard you were away and unable to care for your pup. Well don't be pupset because that's what I'm here for! Dogs are my spirit animal. My ideal first date would be a long walk to the dog park, where I could stop and pet each dog along the way! I rescued two Shepherds, one with a rare disease that had to be hospitalized for a period of time. While I sat by her side I decided one day I'd own a huge farm and rescue all the dogs I can. I've been dog sitting and a nanny for almost 7 years so I am use to being in strange home and caring for others. Dogs are my life and I will take care of yours when you can't! Pick me, you won't be pupappointed!
“Ashlyn was GREAT (5-stars) with my super energetic Australian Cattle Dog! She made sure that he was attended to when needed during the day and spent time with him playing in the yard and with his toys. She frequently sent photos and updated the “rover card” so that I knew how he was doing- it made me feel so much better being away from him. I felt confident leaving my fur-baby in her care while I traveled, and will most definitely use her service again!”

“I have used Michelle for both of my dogs, yesterday was her first time watching my 3 month old yorkie & she did a wonderful job. She made sure he was comfortable because he was afraid at first. I really appreciate Michelle for all of her help. I highly recommend her to anyone needing pet sitting services.”
About: I have two cats of my own who I adore. I frequently help take care of relatives' and neighbors dogs. My own black lab recently passed and taking care of other dogs is enjoyable and therapeutic. I am a teacher and home by early afternoon . My husband is home all day and helps take care of fur babies in our home while I’m at work. I am free in the evenings and weekends to help care of your fur babies! I have a two-story home with a back yard. Typically, dogs hang out with us during the day in our family room and sleep on dog beds in my bedroom. We live in a very dog-friendly neighborhood and walk dogs during the day on leashes. We have two cats in our home who are used to having dogs in the home.
“Maggie had a great time having a calm day with Dana instead of staying home for our 3 year old daughter’s birthday party (with 12 other 3 year olds!) - Dana was really responsive and very responsible and Maggie was so happy!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Janay. After a previous less than optimal experience with boarding, I was very nervous about finding the right person for my dog, Grizzly. He’s a sweetheart but also very strong, so I needed someone who could handle him with confidence and care. From the very beginning, Janay put all my worries to rest. She was patient, attentive, and truly took the time to understand Grizzly’s needs. It was clear that she genuinely cared for him, and I could see how happy and comfortable he was in her care. She kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I picked him up, he was relaxed and happy—such a contrast to his last experience! If you’re looking for someone who is kind, reliable, and amazing with dogs, I highly recommend Janay. She gave Grizzly the care he deserved, and I’m beyond grateful!”

“Brittany is the seriously best! She took care of my 2 year old labradoodle, and it was clear from the photos that my dog was having the time of her life in her big backyard and welcoming environment. Thank you, Brittany!”

About: I trained my current dog (golden retriever) since he was a puppy. I grew up with many animals including chickens, bunnies, cats and birds! I also took in 2 stray cats I found at a local gas station. I adopted my border collie and other cat from AACACC. I also like to help out my older neighbor by walking and playing fetch with his Lab. I’m familiar with a decent portion of breeds and understand their needs can vary a lot! I have a very flexible schedule, I do college classes online so I can choose when to do my assignments based on my schedule during the day. I prioritize training and basic obedience with my dog. My dog goes everywhere with me from car rides, to getting a pup cup, to the lake to swim! I love to take care of him, and spoil him with toys as well. I’m very much the same with your pets! I like to ask what their usual routine is and if you’re working on training or anything specific with them. I also always send a detailed Rover Card for you to look over. In addition, I make sure to check in frequently and send updates during visits/stays.
“Kacie was awesome! She took great care of Queen while I was away at work. Kacie is very easy to communicate with and was extremely accommodating when my schedule was switched up at work last minute. Multiple videos were sent of their daily adventures. Kacie took Queen to the park or on a hike multiple times throughout the day. I 100% recommend Kacie if you need a dog sitter!”

“He was amazing. Ace warmed right up to him, he has such a noce house and its very spacious and the backyard is enclosed which is perfect. Will definitely book again.”

About: Reliable, Attentive Care — I Treat Your Pets Like Family Hi, I’m Stacey. I’m new to Rover, but not new to caring deeply and responsibly for dogs. I recently lost my own dog after many years, and that experience reinforced how important patience, comfort, and dependable care truly are. I understand how hard it can be to trust someone with a pet you love. I follow routines closely, take instructions seriously, and pay attention to the small details that help pets feel safe and secure. I’m especially patient with senior dogs, anxious pets, or dogs who need a calm, steady presence. I provide regular updates and photos so you always know your pet is in good hands. Schedule availability: Currently, my availability is during weekday (elementary) school hours (8am - 2pm), ensuring dedicated attention for each visit giving focus and unrushed care. For walks and drop-in visits, I follow each pet’s routine and instructions closely. I ensure leashes, doors, and gates are secure, monitor behavior and comfort, and give calm, attentive care. I respect my clients’ homes and provide clear updates and photos after every visit.
“Alexis is GREAT! My lab mason is high energy, and suffers from some separation anxiety. I’ve never used a rover for these reasons. Well my concerns have been relieved. Mason had a GREAT time staying with Alexis. He came home smiling, wearing his new bandana (thanks Alexis!), and ready for a lil nap. Already planning to use again in the future. Book with confidence!”

About: I have taken care of animals my entire life. Including gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, bunnies, fish, birds, dogs, cats, and assisted with goats, donkeys, horses. I have prior pet sitting experience. My Mother owned a pet sitting business in the early 2000's, I assisted her. She has since retired and is from the Sykesville/Eldersburg area...farmland area more or so back then...many things have changed. She taught me to love all animals, even if they're grouchy...look for that light that's inside them...love that. Cat parents...we had barn cats...Spanky and Cleo, the occasional stray that decided to call are farm home. We had heated and a/c controlled tack rooms. Both cats were adopted from shelters and lived 10 plus years. They had free roam with the horses...goats...donkeys...and neighbors dog Bailey...very well loved. I do know that cats are particular with who they accept/like. Sometimes it takes time. But it's important to pay attention to them and their body language. I respect that. I have plenty of time to help take care of pets. Whether it's daily visits or vacations, it's important to know your furry, scaled, or feather babies are in good hands. Depending on your pets needs, I love petting and giving cuddles to animals. I am comfortable changing rodent and bird cages, or different needs for individual pets. Just an update since I have been on Rover...I have lost both my dogs, Diesel 12/21 and Riley 2/23, Diesel was a rescue pup that we adopted at 6 months old. Riley was from a private home. They were together from 6 and 9 months old and were my best friends. I miss them dearly and think about them everyday. Diesel was just about 13 years old and Riley was over 14 years old. I am taking a break for a bit from having my own pups, and all the love I have for dogs and any animal will be passed on to any that I take care of. I am available weekdays and weekends. Mornings and evenings, mid day visits as well Monday thru Friday. I communicate my schedule during the meet and greet or prior to booking if there is any conflicts. I treat my clients pets as I would my own. It can be lonely and scary when a pets owner is gone more than normal, they will get lots of love.

“Dionne was very prompt and professional. My pet loved her walk with Dionne, who sent plenty of photos and left a great summary of the walk. I’d be happy to book a walk with Dionne in the future!”

I provide responsible, loving care so pet owners can feel confident that their furry family members are in good hands. Whether it’s playtime, walks, feeding, or simply giving them comfort and attention, I make sure every pet feels safe and cared for while you’re away. I currently work Full time , Monday-Thursday. I am off Friday-Sunday every week. I am however, happy to make accommodation as needed, communication is key and I’m happy to help to the best of my ability! Services for boarding and house sitting are both welcomed. I do have 3 dogs of my own as well, but they are in a separate room gated off!
About: Hi, I’m Shannon. I grew up with animals my whole life. I have a passion for pets of all sizes and species. I am excited to be able to help you by caring for your pets while you are away. Your babies will be cared for and loved just as if they were my own. I absolutely love and adore my pets Suki and Loki my Lab/Pit mixes. I’m looking forward to meeting you and your pets and giving them all the love and care they deserve. I only have a part time job. I will have plenty of time to devote to doing what I love more than anything in the world. Taking care of and helping animals . My pups frequently get hiking trips into the woods, and I also have a huge backyard for them both to run and play as many times a day they would like. I am not available for over night services. Unless you would allow me to come home and let my own dogs out. Thank you for your time and consideration. Have a wonderful day! I am currently only working two days a week so I will have plenty of time to take care of your special fur babies. I will be able to give them all the love and playtime they deserve. I have a big backyard for both my dogs. Both are well-trained. I do have a dog run for my dog Loki because he is extra extra energy. I am unavailable to host your pups in my home. I apologize in advance.

“Brittany was absolutely fantastic. This was my first rover and she put me totally at ease and sent me pictures of my dogs each day. Would highly recommend her and I will be back for repeat business!”

“Kevin was amazing! He was super responsive, caring and even sent me photos of my lab, Moon, every morning either playing or on a walk with him. When I picked her up, I knew she had been taken care of. I Will definitely use him again in the future!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Debra. She was AMAZING. Communicated with me often throughout her stay, sent pictures and loved my baby like I would. I was nervous to leave her with someone else for the first time but Debra made me feel comfortable. Thanks so much Debra!!”

“I had an amazing experience with my dog sitter! They took such great care of my pup and kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the stay. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well‑loved. It’s such a relief knowing I can trust someone who treats my dog like family. Highly recommend!”

“Carla was great with our Aussie! Her dog kept her great company and they had a wonderful time playing. Carla was extremely responsive, prompt, and friendly. We will definitely choose her again!”

“Dana is the absolute best rover sitter! She loves and cares for your dogs as if they were her own. Always communicative and goes the extra mile to take care of your pets.”

“Peggy was very understanding and loving with Daisy. Daisy is a senior who at times requires a lot of attention. When I picked Daisy up she looked content. Usually when I board her it takes me a couple of days to settle her down. This was not the case with Peggy!”

“5 ⭐️'s isn't enough. Bria has gone above and beyond with customer service, availability, and understanding all while caring for Jarvis 🐕. Thank you a million times over for being a great host to Jarvis and looking forward to working with you again.”
