Their home and beautiful backyard are the perfect spot for pups. I could tell that they treated Sadie with the same love and care that I show her at home. It was also very comforting knowing that they spend the majority of their time at home with the dogs so the dogs get a lot of supervision. About: I got my first cat 3 years ago, when I was 15, and she a kitten. Her name is Mochi :) A year into owning her, I found a stray kitten who was suffering from an eye infection. I spent several days thoroughly researching her symptoms before determining what antibiotic she needed. I bought it, applied it, and monitored carefully. Her infection cleared up and she began eating more and gained her energy back. I eventually rehomed her to a loving family with experience owning cats. Taking in strays and feeding the “neighborhood cats” is another thing I do regularly :)

About: I've had lots of experience with dogs in my life! Through high school I worked at a grooming salon washing dogs of all different sizes and temperaments. My beloved rat-chi passed away last year and I've been watching friends' and co-workers' dogs since then of all different shapes and sizes. There's a special place in my heart for seniors and lap dogs, but I absolutely love dogs of any size. I'm strong, fit and assertive enough to feel comfortable with dogs 80+ pounds, and intuitive and sensitive enough to cater to the little guys! My job is part-time and flexible - I'm home most weekdays for the majority of the day, and weekends can be tailored to your pet. I have a fenced-in yard with plenty of space for your dog to safely explore and play (always with supervision, of course!). I currently don't own any pets so yours is the star of the show! I'm used to dogs who are crate trained, but if your dog is not crate trained, I am happy to accommodate them as long as they are not property-destructive and as long as they are potty trained. I'll give your dog as much attention and/or space as they like in the home, whether they're feeling shy, clingy, tired or playful. It's normal for dogs to feel out of sorts in a new home with their parents away, and I'm happy to be their new buddy, making sure they feel safe and calm.

About: Hi there! I'm a dog mom of an energetic boxer, Gus. Gus is my first dog, but from a young age, I always walked dogs in the neighborhood. As an adult, I had over 4 years of experience with doggy roommates. I have experiences with many different personalities and sizes so I'm very comfortable with them. It's a pretty tight competition between my 8yo son and my 6yo beagle as to who loves dogs more. I work from home so if your pet doesn't like to be alone, that is not a problem. Walks and brushings are daily activities. Since the animals are allowed on the furniture the daily brushing is a must. Our cat has asthma and uses a daily inhaler, so if your pet also has medical issues/needs, they will fit right in. About: What we offer is more of a pack activity group than typical dog sitting. We are very active and do as much as possible as a small group together including pack walks, runs, trips to the park, hiking in trails, hard earned naps, and group basic training and enrichment. We aim to strike the right balance of fun and rest to avoid over or under-stimulation. As a mental health therapist with an anxious dog of my own, I am particularly attentive to dog body language, signs of discomfort, and unique personality. I empathize that it truly sucks that you can’t just text your dog to ask how they’re doing when they’re in another person’s care. My aim is for the next time you arrive at my home, your pup’s booty will wiggle and communicate it all! Doggy Drop Off Room: If we are in meetings during your drop off/pick up times, or out with the other pups, we may arrange for you to use our doggy drop off room where your dog can rest until we are back (within 0-2 hrs). For all pick up/drop offs outside of M-F before 6pm we will arrange for you to use the doggy drop off room. We’ll provide instructions for access when you book. We do not do pick ups/drop offs after 8pm. I am happy to discuss and answer any questions you may have about your specific needs! We have a fenced yard, an indoor camera, gates and human grade rooms for doggy comfort, two crates, and more leashes and toys than one pack could ever need.

“Payton and Graham were fantastic with our dog, Indy. They have a backyard he loved playing in, but even more impressive they were able to get his halter on (he's extremely headshy) and take him on actual walks. Videos they sent showed Indy snuggling with Payton in a way he has only done with us before. Communication was excellent, and Indy clearly loved being there. Not only would we book again with Payton and Graham, I'm doing so right now!”

“Definitely my best boarding experience! Sadie had a fantastic time with Malvi & Andrej!! She had so much fun running around with the other pups and getting excellent care. Their home and beautiful backyard are the perfect spot for pups. I was extremely impressed with how attentive they were to each dog's needs, including Sadie's sensitivity to heat given her thick coat. I could tell that they treated Sadie with the same love and care that I show her at home. It was also very comforting knowing that they spend the majority of their time at home with the dogs so the dogs get a lot of supervision. Also superb communication with several picture updates each day. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again!!! Thank you!!”

“Cal and Keely were fantastic! They really went the extra mile to make our dogs feel comfortable. This was their first time staying with people they didn't know, so we weren't sure how they would react. But we were quickly reassured when we viewed the photos and videos of the dogs playing and cuddling that Cal and Kelly texted us. They made it very easy and even helped us navigate the Rover website when we had to add an extra day. We'll be recommending Cal and Kelly to our friends at the dog park.”

About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu. Taking care of her helped me acquire basic canine behavior and taught me the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Most recently I raised my own best friend, Gelato an English Bulldog. I gained my breeder experience with Gelato and cared for her and her 6 puppies, until they were rehomed at 8 months. I enjoy taking long walks, which I consider the ultimate stress reliever and best way to exercise. I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I have 20 years of experience in the customer service field and enjoy striving to provide the best experience to my clients. In my personal time I am spending time with my 2 little girls teaching them how to play sports, and of course how to be loving pet owners. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! I’m currently working part time and will be available to walk most pets during early mornings hours during the week and mid day and evenings during the weekend. I definitely would like to know your pets temperament, and what might scare them. I know they will feel most comfortable at home but if they are with me, I’d like to keep a calm, pet friendly setting for them to be comfortable in.
