“Amber was the perfect pet sitter when we couldn't travel with our dog Khyro during the holidays. My wife and I loved the daily updates and pictures/videos. It made us feel markedly better knowing he was enjoying his time away from us. Khyro definitely didn't make it easy on her, because he was prescribed an antibiotic and a topical cream for an open wound the day of dropoff! But Amber had no problem administering the drugs, and his wound was all healed when we got back. Khyro can't wait until the next time he spends time with Amber and her wonderful family.”

“Wade took excellent care of Gage, who was happy and tired when I picked him after his overnight stay. Wade had great communication with messages including pictures. I will definitely use his services again!”

About: I've had pets all my life cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, Bunnies, and taken car of horses. I love animals and am not afraid of their messes. During the summer I have plenty of time to take care of pets though during the school year certain times of day I won't be available due to classes. I've learned to come at pets with the caution they need. I'm very friendly and always want to be sweet to pets but I can be tough if the situation calls for it to not let animals walk all over me. I love animals and like taking the time for their needs.
“Meghan and her kiddos and the freedom to roam in fenced area were just what Beans needed🐶🤎 Meghan checked in with us throughout each day with pictures of him playing and smiling😊 We are thankful to have found them and know where Beans will be when we are away🐾”

“I really like the fact that Lucy only watches one dog at a time. No cages or kennels were used, and our dog was allowed to be on the couch which is what she does at home. I would recommend Lucy”

“She did great with our cat Smokey! Will definitely book again. She was very understanding of the storm and pick up times being pushed back. Also sent pictures to update us regularly on our boy! Couldn’t be more happy! 10/10 recommend her & we will be back!”

“Allie came thru when I needed her most. Flight delays made it impossible to be home in time to pick up my pup. Allie graciously agreed to keep Sami another day. So grateful that Allie was able to help make this uncontrollable situation manageable.”

“I live in VA but was traveling to PA to go snowboarding on a last minute trip. None of my regular sitters were available so I decided to look in PA. Kristina and Mark were great! Thor had such a great time with their 3 German Shepherds. I was really impressed with how they handled the meet and greet. Kristina brought each dog out one at a time to meet Thor. Then they all came out together and made Thor feel right at home. Kristina sent pictures and videos, and Thor was always smiling! I snowboard a lot in PA, so I'll definitely be requesting them to watch Thor again.”

“Ashauna was wonderful with our dog. She sent pictures periodically throughout our Princess’s stay so I could see how much fun they were having. We will definitely request Ashauna if she is available the next time we need overnight boarding.”

“Jody was extremely pleasant to work with. She was friendly immediately upon meeting her and interacted with our dogs like they were her own. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.”

“Best sitter! I never have to worry if my baby is being taken care of. Meighan is always great with communication and takes excellent care of my cat! As long as she is available, I will always book her as a pet sitter”

“Thanks, Beth, for another guilt-free vacation! It's so wonderful to know that in my absence my pets aren't just well-cared for, but they have a blast with you!!! You're the best!!!”

“I can not say enough good things about Emily!! Besides being extremely professional and so kind she went above and beyond. Not only did she take great care of Henry she brought in our mail and a parcel. Also a smoke detector was beeping and she instantly contacted me. The issue was a dead battery (my bad, sorry!) I highly reccomend Emily. And she even got to pet Henry. He never comes out with someone he doesn't know. I give her a hundred stars!! Thank you so very much Emily! Melissa S.”

“Brian was super generous to accept us last minute. All interactions were positive. Brian was out on training but offered his spouse Erika (also here on Rover) to look after our dog Stella. Erika was amazing! She met us when we pulled up and greeted us. She is warm, kind and welcoming. Brian and Erika’s property is incredible. They have fenced in areas for runs and agility. Stella had the time of her life and I would return without hesitation. My only regret is we don’t live closer so we can come back my often. It was a great experience.”

“Thank you, Faith! Maybellene had such a great time and I knew she was in great hands while I was visiting family in the area. She was very responsive and flexible, and her home is a welcoming place for your pup. Looking forward to next time!”

About: I have a female Siberian Husky named Onyx who I raised and trained from a puppy. I grew up and had been around dogs small to very large. My family had a German Shepherd/Malmute mix and a Pomeranian that I would watch during their vacation trips. If you prefer to have your dog stay at your house, I won’t be able to spend the entire day there, but will gladly take them on a short/long walk (depending on preference), feed them and refill water.

I am open to tending farm animals as well while you’re away.
