As a cat, horse, and previous dog owner myself I understand that our pets are our family! I look forward to meeting your fur baby! I work part time hours and am off weekends and holidays. I’m happy to spend my free time playing, walking, and spending time with your pet! While at work crates, gates, or free roam can be used depending on your pets needs and comfort. Pets will be monitored through pet cams during working hours. While in my home pets can have free roam or access to a crate depending on their needs and comfort. For walks I utilize harnesses and if needed can add a back up slip lead if owner feels more comfortable to ensure safety. Pets will always have access to fresh water and toys and will be well loved while in my care!

“Maya was fantastic. She took such good care of our 3 kitties for 2 weeks. She went out of her way to make sure they were ok during the snowstorm and cold. She gives them attention (plays, grooms etc), and ensures they eat, have fresh water, checks their wellbeing. (Also the litterboxes were well maintained - she even put the garbage out) We are impressed - her compassionate care and love for our furries shows through everything she did — in addition she looks after your house (all is clean, plants were checked, etc…)- (we had water issue she reported immediately and helped clear) . She communicates frequently and keeps you posted — in a nutshell if you look for someone for your pet — we would not hesitate to recommend Maya and certainly hope she is available for our next trip. About: Hello! I am a veterinary technician of 8 years and pet owner of 20+ years who is highly experienced in animal care and petsitting. As a cat, horse, and previous dog owner myself I understand that our pets are our family! I look forward to meeting your fur baby! I work part time hours and am off weekends and holidays. I’m happy to spend my free time playing, walking, and spending time with your pet! While at work crates, gates, or free roam can be used depending on your pets needs and comfort. Pets will be monitored through pet cams during working hours. While in my home pets can have free roam or access to a crate depending on their needs and comfort. For walks I utilize harnesses and if needed can add a back up slip lead if owner feels more comfortable to ensure safety. Pets will always have access to fresh water and toys and will be well loved while in my care!

About: Hi! I’m a dependable and caring dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets. I’ve helped care for my family dog for the past 7 years, so I understand the daily responsibility, attention, and love that dogs need to feel happy and comfortable. In addition to caring for my own dog, I’ve also house-sat and watched dogs for others, including taking them on regular walks, sticking to feeding schedules and breakfast/dinner routines, giving them plenty of attention and playtime, and helping administer medications when needed. I know how important consistency and trust are when someone is caring for your pet, and I always do my best to make dogs feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while their owners are away. I genuinely love dogs and enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and routine. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or more calm and cuddly, I’ll make sure they receive attentive, reliable care and lots of affection. I work a full-time 9–5 job during the week, but I’m available for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet care in the evenings after work after 5:30. I’m also available for overnight stays during the week if needed, though I would be away during typical work hours (approximately 7:30 AM–5:30 PM). On weekends, I have much more flexibility and am available for walks, drop-ins, sitting, overnights, and extended care as needed. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and make sure they receive dependable, attentive care while you’re away. I’ve been caring for dogs for years through both personal experience and dog sitting for others, and I genuinely love spending time with animals. I do my best to create a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where pets feel relaxed and cared for while their owners are away. About: I have cared for cats and dogs for years. I rescued one cat to later find out she had seizures. She got proper treatment, love and attention, and lived to be fifteen. I am retired and available days, evenings, weekends, and most holidays to meet your pets needs and your schedule to keep on your pets routine. I have a medium size backyard with shade trees and room to play. During bad weather I use the basement for play time and activities.
