About: I have taken care of dogs, my whole life whether they were my own or somebody else’s I absolutely love animals your animal will always be safe in my care and have the best time. I’m currently a stay at home mom so if I leave the house, I only leave to go to the grocery store or to grab the little one something to eat if they want it I have a huge backyard my house backs up against the woods. We are not close to the road at all. You’re dog would never be let outside alone my kids would run around in the backyard with them 💕

She's slow to warm up to new people, but surprisingly, she immediately took to LaToya! This literally has never happened, so I knew right away that it was a match made in heaven! LaToya was incredibly responsive, shared pics daily and provided updates about our little one's adjustment process and her week. Leaving our dog with LaToya felt like leaving her with family. About: Ive taken care of many animals my whole life ive owned a few dogs one of which was born deaf and i had one who went blind at an early age so i know how to handle special need dogs and other pets and have been dog-sitting and cat-sitting for many people since I was 12, I love all animals and will take care of them as if they were my own. I am experienced with young puppies and senior dogs. I am also experienced with dogs that suffer from separation anxiety. I am also very good at sending lots of pictures and daily updates of your fur babies! I am currently working part time at a med spa and I make my own schedule so I will have plenty of flexible time in my day to spend with your pets for whenever you need. I have 2 dogs of my own at home although I do not offer other pets to stay at my home due to having a sensitive senior dog of my own who was born deaf and is now partially blind. I will however be able to stay at your home with your fur babies and even do overnight and extended visits for however long you will need them to be watched. I also will clean up any mess your pets will make because I know how chaotic it may be so please leave out any cleaning supplies I may need.
About: We brought home our 1st puppy when our eldest daughter was 8 weeks old. Everything since then has been easy! Currently have an 8yr old Golden Retriever with a fenced in backyard. Each of our grown children took in a dog or puppy once they had their own homes. We have had cats, hamsters, fish, and guinea pigs over the years. I'm recently semi-retired and my daughters have used Rover for their dogs in far away states. I thought it would be a nice way to give our dog a playmate every once in a while. We have a large fenced in yard which your dog can run around or hangout with our dog if they'd like. Our house is split level so there could be 6 stairs at time to go up & down. I love to walk our dog & listen to books or podcasts.

All small and medium-sized dogs will be more than welcomed to roam freely around my living room kitchen area and are allowed to sit and lay on the couches as well. The floors are hardwood so even if they have an accident of pooping or peeing on the floor it will be alot easier for me to clean up on the hard floors than the carpeted areas. They will be allowed to come into my bedroom or any other room as long as I am in the room supervising them. I will take them outside to potty every 2 hours timed from the time they arrive until their scheduled time of leaving. You can feel free to bring their favorite toys they love to play with but I will also be purchasing brand new toys that I'm sure your dogs/cats will love to play with.

I grew up with Border Collies and have also adopted several dogs over the years, so I'm comfortable with everything from high-energy working breeds to laid-back companions. I've also volunteered at several shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, temperaments, and backgrounds. I work from home (as does my wife) so your pet will be getting consistent, attentive care. To be honest, our dog passed away last fall and we are missing the joy of being dog owners and having dogs around, but we need something a little more flexible for the time being. You are getting two sitters for the price of one and we will care for your dog as if they were our own :) As a former dog parent who has used Rover, my goal is to provide exactly what I was looking for each time I booked a walker/sitter: clear communication, limited hassle, and all of the assurances that you can rest easy and not worry...your doggo is in good hands! I work from home and call my own hours (as does my wife) so as long as we know your dog's routine we will make sure to incorporate it into our own. We have a fenced-in yard and a walking path near our home so walks are never a problem (we love walks). My wife and I both work from home so one of us will always be giving your dog attention/supervision. About: Hi everyone! My name's Shirl and I am hoping to make your life a bit easier by taking away the stress of leaving your pup behind while you're away. I have been pet sitting for over 12 years; I used to have dogs come board with me while owners went away, but I've found that most owners prefer their pets to stay in the comfort of their own home. My full time job allows me to work from home majority of the week. That makes it easy for me to swing by for a visit at different times of the day. The latest drop in I can provide is 7pm. I am happy to provide updates as soon as I arrive, during the stay, and as I leave. For dog walks, I prefer not to introduce any dog that I’m handling to another dog passing by. Flash forward 23 years and im still taking care of loved friends fur children. I'm a mother of 2 french bulldog/Boston terrier mixes, 2 beautiful black cats & an energetic 1 year old babygirl. I've worked with animals of all types, I'm not just your adverage cat and dog sitter (ducks, geese, chickens, goats) Can't wait to meet you and your precious fur babies. We have a very flexible routine typically our day starts with potty and breakfast for everyone. In the afternoon we have a snack and playoutside for 20-30 minutes. the evening is filled with cuddles relaxing and dinner. At bed time we all go potty and the pups get locked up in their create. Everyday is different but we are easy adapt to what ever the day may bring. We have a large yard which my pups are trained to stay in, with being frenchies they are practically my shadows. For bedtime and when we are away from home they are create trained for their safety. I would follow what ever rules are set in place to take care of your fur babies as well I understand all the dangers pets can get into when not leashed, fenced in, or created for their safety.

I had told her about the route the dogs were use to taking and she showed us the map of the route. The dogs were good for her out on the walk. She could be reactive toward other dogs while on leash, so I became very comfortable handling strong dogs, staying calm in challenging situations, and maintaining control even when she was pulling. In addition to caring for my previous dog, I have regularly looked after neighbors’ and friends’ dogs by walking, feeding, and ensuring they were well cared for while their owners were away. In my personal life I love going on long runs up to 6 miles so if you have a higher energy dog that would like to join me I would love to take them with me! The first thing we do when taking care of our own pets, or others pets, is let them out to go to the bathroom. Next, we prioritize feeding and medicating (if necessary) and cleaning and refilling all water bowls. Once everything important is taken care of, we then spend quality time with them, whether it’s playing fetch, cuddling or going for a walk. Before we leave, we make sure we let them back outside for a good while to make sure they take care of all of their business.
