I started out working full time on a horse farm while doing my own personal dog care on the side. Over the years I've learned that animals are my passion. I have cared for everything from axolotls, bearded dragons and crested geckos to small animals such as rabbits, and guinea pigs, and of course dogs and cats! About: I have been surrounded with animals since I was 10. I have experience walking dogs and dog sitting as well as cats. In college as a side job I did dog watching. during this time I was able to watch 2 to 3 large dogs at a time. I work from home full-time so I am able to take the pets out for walks, or cater to their needs if some pets struggle with separation anxiety. I am also an active person, so I like to go outside and go on walks and hikes. If I had a high energy dog, I would incorporate them into my workout routine, for example, go one or 2 mile run or play fetch at the park to help them burn out some of that energy. For the pets that will be in my home I have access to a small park across the street and a fenced patio for quick potty brakes and short release of energy breaks. For longer breaks there is a park that I would take them to. That is a three minute drive where we can go out runs and play fetch. I also given the necessary grooming material will be able to brush them and bathe them if they were to become dirty in my care. I am pet sitting at the client home it would. I would need to know what the pet routine are In would become familiar with finding nearby parks and activities for what the pet and I can do.
