“My lhasa apso is very attached to us and shows high anxiety when a family member is not around, even to the point of vomiting when my daughter went away on a trip in June. I was very nervous about leaving him during our family vacation, but Sarah and her family went above and beyond to make sure that Oliver was comfortable. He received lots of belly rubs and attention, went on nice walks and trips to the dog park, and became BFF's with Jack, their beagle. Sarah sent numerous pictures at least twice a day, and my favorites were of Oliver and Jack snuggling together. Seeing this pictures greatly helped my own anxiety at being so far away from my fur baby. Sarah also gave updates. Her family just really seemed to understand dogs. She was not upset when Oliver had "marked a piece of furniture" but was totally cool about it; similarly, when I warned her that Oliver is prone to throwing up when away from his family, her response was, "we have hardwood floors so it's easy to clean up." Oliver had a wonderful experience with Sarah, Jack, and the rest of the family, and I recommend her for anyone and especially those with anxious pups.”

I have worked in my parents grooming shop to help over the years and this included walking and bathing dogs. I have not only work experience and lived experience but also my passion for animals especially being a cat/dog mom myself. I have special experience with senior dogs and puppies, including wound care, medicine needs and dedicated time/attention. I can't wait to meet your furry loved one! I work Mon-Sat 7am-12pm at my fulltime job but am able to house sit and do drop ins around that schedule. I would be leaving around 6/630am and back around 12:30/1pm to handle any care needs. I am unable to host animals inside of my home due to my own cat not being a friendly guy. In my clients home I follow all rules set in place as well as keeping your furry loved one comfortable in their existing routines or whatever the client's expectations would be. I prefer taking written directions just so I have something I can always check back to ensure the most efficient care.

About: I have been surrounded with animals since I was 10. I have experience walking dogs and dog sitting as well as cats. In college as a side job I did dog watching. during this time I was able to watch 2 to 3 large dogs at a time. I work from home full-time so I am able to take the pets out for walks, or cater to their needs if some pets struggle with separation anxiety. I am also an active person, so I like to go outside and go on walks and hikes. If I had a high energy dog, I would incorporate them into my workout routine, for example, go one or 2 mile run or play fetch at the park to help them burn out some of that energy. For the pets that will be in my home I have access to a small park across the street and a fenced patio for quick potty brakes and short release of energy breaks. For longer breaks there is a park that I would take them to. That is a three minute drive where we can go out runs and play fetch. I also given the necessary grooming material will be able to brush them and bathe them if they were to become dirty in my care. I am pet sitting at the client home it would. I would need to know what the pet routine are In would become familiar with finding nearby parks and activities for what the pet and I can do.

About: I love spending time with animals of all sorts! I took care of our family dog for fourteen years and frequently dog-sat and cat-sat for friends. I also volunteered at the animal shelter in college, gaining all sorts of animal caretaking skills. I love spending time with cats and dogs, young and old, no matter what, I'm sure we'll get along. I always treat every animal with love and compassion as if they were my own pet. I love playing with animals or taking them on long walks. Currently, I have availability on Tuesday, Thursday, and weekends. I am pretty flexible in scheduling and type of care needed. I can potentially spend time in the evening with your animal on Wednesdays as well! I am very loving and also energetic! If your animal is up to play or go on a walk I will be their best friend. I work part-time from Saturday through Tuesday, but I'm completely free on my days off and on Monday mornings until 2:00 PM. I'd love to provide companionship and care during those times, ensuring your pet is never alone for long. I always match the owner’s exact routine to keep the pet calm. About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was young. I’ve had two wonderful labs and love animals. About: I have worked at vet clinics, pet stores and doggy daycares. I have cared for everything from axolotls, bearded dragons and crested geckos to small animals such as rabbits, and guinea pigs, and of course dogs and cats!
