This was our first time leaving Benny with someone else (we were away six days) so we were already a bit on edge; Sriju put us at ease immediately. Everyday while we were gone Sriju sent texts and pictures (usually once in AM and once in PM). She took Benny on numerous walks throughout the day as well as to the dog park. She adjusted to his needs, not the other way around, and provided an atmosphere that made Benny completely comfortable, as evidenced by his affection toward her when it was time to pick him up upon our return. She was a bengal — a high energy and high level of care exotic breed — and I raised her from a kitten until she passed of old age. She was high maintenance: required a special diet and had some minor medical issues. And she was incredibly active. I leash trained her and we would go out walking around downtown. I also taught her tricks like opening the inside doors both ways, sit, fetch, and a handful more. I have direct experience raising my own cats who needed medicine, exercise, play, and dietary needs. “Karen was amazing with Jazzy! Our dog has significant separation anxiety, but Karen immediately understood her needs and knew exactly how to help her feel comfortable and secure. The farmland is a huge plus offering plenty of safe, private space for dogs to play and explore. Best of all, Karen and her family treated Jazzy like one of their own. We had complete peace of mind knowing our fur baby was so well cared for, and we're incredibly grateful to have found a sitter we trust. The ample pictures and videos were an added bonus! We'll definitely be back again and again!”

“We were very pleased with how our two dogs were taken care of when we were out of the country. The facility has a large, fenced backyard for the dogs to run and play. We were periodically sent pictures and videos of the dogs playing and interacting with other dogs. Picking up the dogs, they seemed to be well cared for. I would use this service again without any hesitation.”

“Raghavi and her family were AMAZING!!! It was my first time booking a pet sitter, so I didn't really know what to expect, but I got so lucky! Raghavi let me do a little meet-and-greet before I even booked to make sure that Ryder was comfortable with her dog, which put me so at ease, and during the boarding itself, was so accommodating with Ryder's schedule (and went above and beyond by sending me lots of photos while I was away, which was such an unexpected but very nice and much appreciated surprise!) She was so easy to get in touch with, and when I needed an emergency extra couple of days covered, she was so flexible and easygoing about it. Definitely booking again!!! :)”

“Nat &Ally are amazing, this is by far the best Rover service that I ever had and I have been using Rovers for more than 3 years. They are very attentive, they do a meeting before the drop off day, they truly want to make sure my furbaby will feel welcome and safe. They asked all the right questions, food, timing, snacks, what is he allowed or not to do and so on. They have a backyard which is great for my chocolate lab to play and they have a playful dog that was perfect for Rocco. We even got a drawing from Rocco, from one of the kids, that made me cry…Happy cry! They are all super sweet. Love their vibe and respect. I recommend them 100%. I would be looking forward to work with them more often.”

“Jill and Sean were great with our dog Harley. Harley loved her time there and it was great having Sean and Jill keep us updated on how Harley was doing during her stay. They both sent pictures daily which was always welcome as our kids loved seeing some of the things Harley was up to while she was away from us. “Jared was awesome!! I recently had a trip out of country for 6 days, our flight was early morning and Jared was kind enough to let us drop ivy off the night before. Jared sent lots of updates and I LOVED that ivy had company each day of her stay. Ivy is a very playful dog and got to meet and play with new fur friends each day. This was the longest time ivy had to be away from us and I know she already wants to go back ?? Jared is great and has a very pet friendly home.”
