About: Ive been caring for pets for many years. I had a dog walking business over a decade ago. We taken care of our own and others elderly dogs. We like taking dogs on long off leash walks in groups if possible. Dogs are always welcome to cuddle up on the furniture. Im a stay at home-mom, homeschooling. We go to play groups and trips but we can plan our day around dog walks. We take the dogs out first thing in the morning on leash as our yard isnt fenced. About: I've been around animals my whole life and currently have two pet goats who we spoil like dogs. We have 30 acres of beautiful land surrounded by woods, which is a perfect haven for running, fetch, and all sorts of outdoor shenanigans. I work remotely from home with a flexible schedule. I typically work a few hours in the morning, and then am outside working on projects and playing with the animals all day. We have a large property (about 30 acres) surrounded by woods with lots of room for your dog to run and explore. We also live near some great hiking trails.

About: I’ve taken care of cats for a few years now!! I’ve taken care of several friends’ cats for as long as a week or two, to just a weekend. I’m comfortable with just being in and out to just feed them and clean the litter box, or staying longer and spending time with the kitties. About: I’ve always loved animals and have spent many years helping friends and family take care of their pets. It’s something that brings me a lot of joy. Over the years, I’ve looked after all kinds of pets — from energetic pit bulls and bulldogs to small dogs like Shih Tzus and even cats. Sometimes I’ve stayed in people’s homes for a week or two, and other times I’ve just stopped by for walks or check-ins. In spring of 2023 Josie rescued an Eastern Phoebe (songbird) that was pushed out of its nest and injured; she fed it dry cat food soaked in sugar water and set it free a week later as a robust young fledgling (see pictures). On weekends and school vacations, Josie has little to do other than care for your dog! We are early risers. Our calendar has school days blocked off, but we would consider boarding a dog during the school week if its needs match Josie's availability so please inquire. Both parents work mostly or fully from home and could manage a midday walk for a quiet dog. Jessica is an elementary teacher and education administrator who is accustomed to carrying great responsibility for the safety of precious smaller beings. She closely supervises Josie as the primary caregiver. Our home is in the woods with access to Mt. Toby trails so your pup will get to enjoy the outdoors several times a day. Sometimes dogs who are anxious in the busy neighborhoods of their homes are much calmer when they come to our quiet, wooded setting. We have a flock of chickens in an enclosed outdoor area.

About: Greetings! I’ve had the pleasure of Dogsitting for more than a decade. It’s brings me so much joy and I can’t wait to meet your fur babies. Teryn, my partner, and I both grew up in Amherst and are back in the happy valley starting this summer. He works remotely and I work seasonally so we have the time to give our attention and affection to the pups we watch. Dogsitting has become our additional full time job and we love it! Our schedules and home allow us to give 24/7 attention to your furbabies with numerous outdoor breaks, play, and of course snuggles. Though I have fortunately never had to use it, I do have extensive Dogsitting insurance to cover both boarding and housesitting. We value the peace of mind it brings both us and our clients. I have a degree in Biology and worked as a Veterinary Technician, giving me the experience of various breeds and needs. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have. Boarding dogs has become part of our daily routine so we have a schedule to fit all needs and preferences. Once you book with us, we work our schedule around the booking. I love enjoying walks around the lake we live on, as well as the many trails nearby. We can also play fetch in the backyard if pup can be off leash. Our house is in a very low traffic area full of nature. We are very attentive and we make sure we have details on their routines, feeding, medications and any special needs.

About: Ive been caring for pets for many years. I had a dog walking business over a decade ago. We taken care of our own and others elderly dogs. We like taking dogs on long off leash walks in groups if possible. Dogs are always welcome to cuddle up on the furniture. Im a stay at home-mom, homeschooling. We go to play groups and trips but we can plan our day around dog walks. We take the dogs out first thing in the morning on leash as our yard isnt fenced. We are happy to come feed kitties and water plants. We love taking dogs out on walks and caring for them in our home. We love going on long walks mid day out in nature

About: I've been around animals my whole life and currently have two pet goats who we spoil like dogs. We have 30 acres of beautiful land surrounded by woods, which is a perfect haven for running, fetch, and all sorts of outdoor shenanigans. I work remotely from home with a flexible schedule. I typically work a few hours in the morning, and then am outside working on projects and playing with the animals all day. We have a large property (about 30 acres) surrounded by woods with lots of room for your dog to run and explore. We also live near some great hiking trails.

“Heidi is such a wonderful pet sitter. We were so fortunate she was able to take our wonderful senior rescue pup for a week. My dog is a love, but takes time to warm up to people and Heidi gave him so much grace and set him up for success. He was sick one day while in her care and I so appreciated her non alarmist, calm caring for him and frequent updates. Sometimes when we get our pup back from away stays he's notably stressed. I think he actually came home calmer than ever from his stay-cation with Heidi. We hope she never stops pet sitting.”

Despite the great service and I thought good relationship, I was shocked that Dorjee suddenly told me she was refusing to communicate with me or do business anymore because of my questions. This sudden severence is quite upsetting to me. I so much wish she would have told me she had issues with my questions rather than suddenly ending all communication with no warning.”
