Karyn handled all her love and energy perfectly and made us feel comfortable while we were on vacation. She sent us 3 updates a day which made us feel even better! But in addition my pups were showered with love and attention from the minute they arrived to the minute we left. Taz and Darby got along great with Amy’s dog Mayzie and now they have a new friend. I will definitely book with Amy again. The care she gave my pups put me at ease while on vacation!👍”

“Alexis was amazing with our cat Monty while we were away. We so appreciated the care and attention she gave, as well as the daily updates after her check-ins. We could tell the moment we met her that she really does love animals, and we knew our little guy would get the same love and attention during visits that she gives to her own! She is kind, respectful, trustworthy, and a little bit hilarious (we seriously loved her commentary about our Monty’s antics on our Rover Cards). Already booked her for our next trip!”

“Eryn is amazing! I trust her completely in my home and with my cat, Bean. She is incredibly attentive, genuinely caring, and always follows through on any instructions or tasks I leave for her. I’m so happy to have found her as my pet sitter, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for their pets!”

“Katie is professional, communicates efficiently and with heart felt depth, and our cats seem to enjoy her! She is responsible, cares deeply about animals and it shows. We will definitely ask if she will take care of our animals again.”

“Sounds like Kai has a new friend. Thanks for accommodating the earlier start time. Let me know if you have success with her not jumping. It’s her love language but most people don’t care for it. Hoping as she gets more accustomed to her new home, she’ll be able to stay home ithiut the crate but not yet.”

“Cara was happy to accommodate a pretty last-minute request for a single drop-in visit for our little guy when we were gonna be away for an evening into late night. As always, she was fantastic with her communication and flexibility!”

About: Hi! I’m Mia, a full time professional pet care provider with over five years of hands on experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, sizes, and personalities. Before starting my own pet care business, I spent five years working at a professional dog daycare and boarding facility, where I worked my way up to Assistant Manager. That experience gave me extensive hands on experience with everything from puppies and seniors to high energy dogs, shy or nervous pets, multi-pet households, and pets with individualized care needs. Today, pet care is my full time job. I love getting to know each pet individually and becoming someone they’re genuinely comfortable and excited to see. I take their routines seriously, pay attention to the little details, and tailor each visit to what that particular pet needs that day. Whether that means a good walk, backyard playtime, puppy care, a slower visit with a senior, or simply some company and attention, my goal is for your pet to feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for. And of course, you can expect plenty of photos and a detailed update after every visit! Pet care is my full time job, so my days are built around my clients! I primarily provide weekday dog walks and drop in visits, along with vacation care for dogs and cats and limited overnight care. Because I work professionally in pet care rather than fitting visits around another job, I’m able to maintain a consistent schedule while still giving each pet the time and attention they deserve. I currently care for a wonderful group of regular weekly clients throughout the Palmer and Wilbraham area, along with pets I see for occasional and vacation care. I believe great pet care should feel as normal and stress-free as possible for your pet. I’ll follow your routines and instructions closely, keep you updated, and make sure your pet gets care that actually fits them, whether they’re ready to go the second I walk through the door or need a little extra patience to warm up. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take time to learn each dog’s routine, personality, and needs so they can feel as comfortable and stress free as possible while you’re away. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are being well cared for.
“Kaylee has just finished a week of visits to take care of my two cats. This is her second stint for me. Very happy at the attention to detail. She even left food for the squirrels! (if I forget they find the bag themselves!) Thank you Kaylee above and beyond.”

“Lily was extremely helpful when my previously booked sitter cancelled at the last minute. She was friendly and able to respect our home's dietary restrictions. She was a lifesaver! My senior car was cared for, and the house was in order upon our return. Lily provided occassional updates on how things were going and a few photos. She always responded quickly to messages despite a time difference. We'd be open to hiring Lily again.”

“Kage was great with Stella and Luna. Each drop in he gave a detailed description of everything along with photos. He had good base knowledge of cat behavior which made us feel comfortable right away. 10/10 recommend!”

“What a huge help Amber was! We're incredibly grateful she was available to watch our two geriatric kitties. She is thorough, communicative, great with medication administration, trustworthy, and a joy to coordinate with and talk to. My cats were in wonderful hands, and I was able to actually enjoy time away and feel comfortable with the care they were receiving. Amber is a true gem, and she's definitely in the right field! Thank you!”

“Jessiana took amazing care of our cat, Winston, while we were out of town for several days. Her updates and punctuality made us feel at ease. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing he was in such good hands. Thank you again!”

About: I am a veterinary technician, but was caring for cats long before that came to be. Many relatives and friends have relied on me over the years to care for their kitties. I am very reliable, and I am perfectly comfortable giving medications as well as routine care such as feeding, play, and cleaning. I personally have 2 cats at home, and care for my neighbor's 8 cats regularly. It is also good to know that I now have the veterinary knowledge to back up my observational knowledge.

“Thank you Forough and Amir! We were nervous at first how Russell would do and how he would get along with other dogs, so we were so relieved to hear that he fit right in! We would definitely feel comfortable leaving him with Forough and Amir again and look forward to scheduling another visit!”

“Okay, I am sorry. Cannot find another way to leave message on Rover. FYI, there is no "3-dotted icon in the upper right corner of the upcoming tab so that I can modify a booking." As Novelette & I discussed this week, I will not need daycare on August 10, 13, 24,27, and 31, or September 3. This is a combination of her and my vacation weeks and will be a rare exception to our regular Monday & Thursday schedule. Thank you for your attention, and here is my review: "Bruce loves visiting Novelette and is making a great adjustment there. She is very warm, nurturing, and responsive to his needs. We could not be happier with how things are going so far. Thank you!"”

“James was very responsive and flexible with my schedule. He was able to handle my puppy with other dogs well. Great socializing for Charolette! He sent pictures and videos all day very nice! Overall Great experience! I highly recommend him. 😊”

“Hannah was great, she kept me updated and sent me photos/ videos to show me how much fun my puppy had. It was nice to see Reese with his new dog friends Wolf and Connie 😊 She has a very large backyard with so much room to run and play. I will definitely be bringing Reese back again.”

“Karen provides an excellent atmosphere for dogs. My dog felt happy and at home in her care. She was also very sweet and accommodating to my schedule. I am so grateful to have met her.”

“We have loved working with Tricia! Very flexible, understanding, and affordable. She went the extra mile for our senior dog. Can’t wait to book the next visit for our dog!”
“My dog Milo adores Paul. It is extremely reassuring to see how excited Milo gets to see Paul pull into the driveway to take him for the day. Paul responds very quickly to messages/requests, is very accommodating, and provides me with updates and pictures/videos of the day they had on walks and hiking. I have utilized him numerous days when I need assistance with Milo, and it is nice to have someone so trustworthy to watch after my pup.”

“Amber was absolutely amazing when I was in need of last second care, she went out of her way to send me updates and photos throughout the day which I greatly appreciated as well as picking up and dropping off my baby. She’s a saint!”

About: As an avid dog lover, I have walked, played with, and enjoyed providing caring company for pets since the age of nine when I started my own neighborhood dog sitting service. Through experience and exposure as I aged, I became experienced in both dog training and agility. I am familiar and comfortable in my ability to care for a multitude of dog breeds, as well as varying personalities and temperaments. The fur love of my life, my late dog Kai, was trained as a therapy dog through Bright Spot Therapy Dogs, and for years we volunteered together to bring joy and comfort to patients at local hospitals and nursing homes. As a stay at home mother who is just getting back into the working world, I am able to devote my time, affection, and energy in order to provide the highest level of care to your fur baby. As a safety conscious, type A personality individual, I will innately put the safety and well being of your pet first above all else. I will be happy to adhere to any guidelines that you put in place to keep your pup happy and healthy, and will openly address any medical or safety concerns that arise while in my care. I live on a dead-end, quiet street with lots of places to walk locally both off leash and on, depending upon your dog's needs and your preferences. I am happy to bring your dog to their favorite socialization spot, dog park, or familiar walking space. Since each dog is unique and special in their own way, I welcome any tidbits about their personality and preferences, and I will customize a daily plan for them.
“Great Experience!!! We were nervous about leaving our little 4 1/2 month old puppy first time ever but Katelyn put us at ease instantly. She was very kind and accommodating and her love of animals was apparent. Thank you Katelyn!!”

Every tail wag, happy bark, and joyful moment matters to me, and I can’t wait to give your dog the care and attention they deserve. Let’s make their time with me an experience full of fun and love! I board/walk on a FT basis, I have 12yrs of experience and I would love the chance to sit your pup when needed. Can’t wait to meet you. I treat each and every pet like their my own. I’m very passionate about my love for dogs and I’ve have many since a kid.
“Thank you so much for your understanding and care. She had such a great time and slept all the way home. Wish you lived closer because I know Mei would love to visit again. She is so shy and you really became friends fast. You are the best!”

“Miss Megan is great! JJ loves going to visit whenever we’re in town and I feel so confident that he is safe and happy with her. She does a great job keeping him quiet and calm until I come back. Thank you, Miss Megan ♥️”

“Shekeyla took wonderful care of our dog, Lucca, while we were away. It was obvious Lucca was comfortable and well cared for, and we really appreciated receiving a photo during the stay. Shekeyla was dependable, kind, and made the whole experience worry-free. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.”

“Still the best dog sitter in Western Mass! Even though I’m moving out of the county, I’ll probably still drive to Indian Orchard to drop the dogs off . . . because Jessiana is the best dog sitter in Western Mass.”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old. I am used to recognizing and responding to their needs and treating them with the utmost care and affection. I have experience with walking my own dogs, one of which was a large dog and the other is small, so I know what to expect when walking a dog of any size. I also know to be very vigilant while on dog walks and to be cautious of other dogs, when I take my own dogs on walks I avoid any interaction between them and other dogs we may see on our route because you just never know the temperament of another persons dog. I am a college student currently on summer break so my schedule is very open, which means I have ample time to help your pups get their steps in! I am available Monday-Friday from 11am- 3pm to take your furry friends on walks. I will care for your fur baby like my own during our walks. I am extremely attentive and will keep your pup from eating random things on the ground, keep them away from cars and anything else that could pose as danger.
“Paul has been a great asset to getting the stimulation my German shepherd was bred to need! Both of my dogs respond so well to him. They’re very Intuitive dogs that instantly pick up on someone’s nervousness or lack of confidence - but Paul comes in with a confident but clam nature that they sense immediately. Both my dogs have struggled with reactivity - but have had no issues with him.”

“Lilly was great to work with, as well as reliable and responsive to a small last l-minute adjustment. I loved getting the photos of Trina. I will definitely ask Lilly to care for Trina again!”

I am accustomed to leash walking, gentle leader training, pinch collar training and harness training. I live close by to multiple dog parks, trails and my current place of employment. I have a very sweet and loving spayed female Vizsla who is now 8 years old. She is extremely dog friendly and plays wonderfully with others. I also have a spayed female 10 month mixed breed named Ginny, who is also very sweet, playful and friendly. If you are interested in overnight pet care at my home I do have two cats, both are great with dogs and also very friendly. I also have the ability to crate train overnight if needed. In addition I offer obedience training services.
About: I have been thoroughly enamored by dogs most of my life, ever since my family got our first black Lab. I have experience working with puppies, seniors, and everything in between! I currently have a 1-year-old puppy and 2 cats at home, all of whom are front-and-center in my life. I am also a veterinary technician (nurse), so I am very comfortable giving medication and caring for pets who may be unwell. I can also perform basic veterinary first aid, though I do not know CPR. I am extremely dedicated to keeping pets happy and healthy. I love working with them and discovering their unique personalities and quirks. I look forward to getting to know your dog! I am currently a full time vet tech, but am available all day on Sunday and Monday, and also afternoons (after 2 pm) on Wednesday and Saturday. I have one very friendly large-breed dog, who is generally pretty chill around other dogs, but will sometimes play. In your home, I would respect any boundaries you set and maintain common courtesy. I also strive to leave everything as I found it.

About: I have had dogs since a kid and thought of them as family. I have dog sat for family members and people we know. My dog came into our yard as an about 6 month old puppy and I’ve loved her ever since and it opened my heart to any dog. I’m currently a full time student at MCPHS in Worcester. My weekends are free and I end classes each day during the week ranging from 3:30-4:30 but have at least an hour lunch break everyday around 12/12:30-1. I am comfortable caring for your pet in your home whether that is drop ins or overnight. I love instructions on exactly how I can keep your pets routine as close to normal as possible. I’m happy to play in the yard or take your pet for a walk. Additionally, if your pet would like I’m more than happy to take it on a run weather depending.
About: I volunteer at a local animal rescue fostering dogs, and assisting around the kennel. I have four dogs of my own & a multitude of other animals. I grew up in a family that treats dogs as such, and have developed a love and passion for helping animals. I work remotely right now and would be able to adjust my work schedule to accommodate necessary dog walks/visits. Since I work remotely, while dog sitting I have plenty of time to spend with your dog while in my care. I am understanding of each dogs individual needs and happy to accommodate any requests made by a pets owner. I have four of my own dogs who are friendly and inviting.
About: I have owned and helped take care of pets since I was a child and have worked in the veterinary field for 5 years. I am proficient at giving oral and injectable medications. I am a born animal lover and will treat your pet as if they were my own. I do work full time, so would mostly be available weekends but can be flexible depending on the situation. My job provides me with skills that would be helpful in caring for older animals and animals with health conditions. Comfortable with both dogs and cats. I have 2 dogs of my own who are always happy to have playmates, but I also have ample space and can keep them separate if needed. Willing to come to your place or have your fur babies come to mine.

“Dorothy was great - she and her family made Bruno feel very welcome and secure and kept us updated while we were away. He has a special diet and daily medication and she was great with giving that to him. Definitely will book again.”
“Summer is the best of the best. She took such good care of our two pups and when one of our pups arthritis started to act up, she loved him and took care of him like he was her own. She was absolutely incredible and we will most certainly be rebooking and I would highly recommend Summer to watch anyone’s pups.”

“This was Sadie's first stay with Forough and Amir, and they took great care of her, treating her like one of the family. They sent photos and provided excellent communication throughout. When I arrived for pick-up Sadie was very happy and relaxed. Thank you!”

“Karyn was absolutely amazing. We have never boarded our puppy before and she can be a bit nuts. Karyn handled all her love and energy perfectly and made us feel comfortable while we were on vacation. She sent us 3 updates a day which made us feel even better! She has fostered many types of dogs in the past which was a huge relief because we knew she was experienced with many types and personalities. 10/10 Recommendation!”

“Steve and Deb were great with Maggie. She got to do things with them that she doesn’t get at home (IE open yard and playmates versus having to go out on a leash). Maggie may have been excited to see us when we picked her up, but she was right back in Deb’s arms before we left. We hope they’ll take her again if we have plans.”
