About: I have owned a cat and a dog. I watch or check in on my friends' and family's pets when they are away from vacation. I WFH fairly regularly so check-ins are really easy. House sitting is doable, but would need to coordinate times as i have some activities with my kid. Animals are all about routine and I don't like to rock the boat. I trained her to be very well behaved and she was very healthy up until she passed due to old age. I like to think she lived that long because of the great care and love I have given her. About: We are a trio (Riven, Matt, Jason) that have mostly work from home schedules. We have individual Rover verified profiles, and this one is Rivens. I have lived with cats, dogs, and animals of all sorts my whole life. After growing up on a farm and being a founding member of the local 4H Club, my love for animals continued to fostering through rescues, volunteering, and my own pets such as my now passed 17 year cat named Moya, whom I had had since she was a few months old. We around a lot of dogs over the course of the week, so we are unable to on any dogs that will not do well with others for more than an over night. If you have feline family, I am happy to play with crinkle balls, laser pointers, or be a lap as needed. My senior year of highschool I volunteered at a veteran dog training facility where I would help walk dogs and play with them. During my time there I also learned basic commands and trained them. I have alot of availability! I do work part time but other than that my schedule is very free and open :) I happily will move around things in my schedule to fit your schedule The area I live in I have many open fields near me and I live in a quiet neighborhood. When caring for pets without a fenced yard, I prioritize supervised outdoor time on a leash or harness to ensure safety. Indoor play, regular walks, and mental stimulation are also key for their well-being.
About: I have had dogs and cats in my life since the day I was born! I grew up with a mini poodle named Whoopi (named after my fav actor, Whoopi Goldberg, of course!) and an adorably feisty orange cat named Rainbow. I’m currently working part-time and have a flexible schedule, so I can meet all pet care needs. My house has a partially fenced backyard and lots of beautiful local trails for taking long walks. I’m an endurance athlete so you can count on me to go the distance to take good care of your fur child(ren). I have space to crate dogs in my home, if needed, and they are welcome on my couch. My kids are 13 and 8 and my 3 year old cat Taco is friendly. I look forward to meeting your fur baby (and you) soon! My communication style is clear and straightforward. You can count on me to diligently care for your fur baby! When you get them back, you’ll be thrilled about how well-cared for and happy they are.
About: I've been a dog lover and owner for over 50 years. I currently rent a condo that doesn't allow dogs and I miss The joy of a happy dog. I can work with any dog-from puppies to seniors. I have plenty of time to care and love your puppy/dog! I will also make available weekend visits for your dog in your home. “Our black lab puppy Simba had an AMAZING time here. 5 star experience for sure!!! We brought him to come meet Elaine after a traumatic stay he experienced at a dog hotel. He was “ok” there but was needing more affection, kindness and one on one personal time. He also had a very hard time traveling in the car after our one week vacation at the pet hotel. Right away he and our family felt comfortable here. My dog is shy, sweet and quiet on first meeting people but with Elaine he warmed up so quickly and fell in love with her, her big beautiful back yard, spacious warm home and tender care. We brought him back for this one day stay over night and we are sooooo happy we did. He easily followed her inside her house vs us usually having to pick him up and go in, which was a great feeling. He had a relaxing fun time with their sweet dog Brady, felt right at home and had no problem whatsoever. We feel so grateful for all the love, time and affection he got here and we cant rave enough about this dog sitter/dog boarder!!!!! We will be coming back in October for a week when we go away on our family vacation. We feel so relieved and relaxed to leave our bundle of joy with Elaine knowing he’ll be so cared for here. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT OUR STAY AND ELAINE!!!!!! We will definitely be repeat clients and will be sharing our good experience with all our many friends with dogs. “Sarah was absolutely fantastic with our older aged GSD. Her retriever got along great with our dog and we were very pleased with the level of care provided for our pup when it came to food accommodations (our pup gets anxious when we leave and struggles to eat sometimes). Needless to say, Sarah went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the extraordinary care for our dog as well as all of the communication and photos she provided during the stay. Lastly, Sarah was quite flexible and accommodating with meet and greets, drop off times and pickup times. 10/10 and highly recommend! Thank you Sarah!”
