About: Hello! My name is Andie and I work at VCA South Shore Hospital in ER, ICU, Neurology and Internal Medicine as a technician assistant and have prior TA experience at Old Derby Animal Hospital. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I previously went to the University of Arizona for 3 years studying animal sciences and transferred my junior year to return to the East Coast. I also have some experience with a handful of farm animals from my time at the UofA. Additionally some of my experience comes from working on home farms taking care of horses and alpacas; all of this meaning my knowledge of animals is extensive to give the best care for your furry friends! We have a small family dog, but other than that I have rescue retired racing greyhound, Moose, who has travelled far and wide with me. My pets also include many fish, a leopard gecko, chickens and ducks! All this being said, I would absolutely love the opportunity to be alongside your best friends and scratch the itch to spend as much time with animals as I can! I am available Tues-Fri after 4:00 and free Sat, Sun and Mon! About: I grew up on a small farm and have always loved creatures great and small. I have always had pets and have been a caregiver for friend’s dogs for years. I am now home full time and welcome the opportunity to slather love on more critters 🩷 I am currently home full time so have all the time in the world to spend with the animals. You may pack bedding and a couple favorite toys if you think your pup will be more at home but I have found that none of the pups are interested in those things when they come here so not necessary if you don’t want to pack so much. I have many items such as bowls, toys, bedding, treats, sprinklers for hot days, etc. I do not crate unless asked by owner. All pups need to be up to date on vaccines and rabies. I will need to take a copy of them and keep them on file here:) I am boarding full time! Pets are NEVER left alone or outside alone. We are fenced in the back yard also for some leash less fun! Your pets are cared for like my own family:) I am strict to pet owners requests and do not share food or treats that don’t belong to each pet so no one gets sick. (You may send their treats if you like it will only be given to them). Can give medications if needed.

I have also done lots of semi-feral cat socialization in foster homes to help aid stray cats into becoming adoptable! I love dogs as well and have always been around dogs my whole life. I enjoy pet sitting so much and I strive to make your pet as happy as possible! I have free availability at the moment which makes me very flexible in terms of pet care. I am willing to work with you for any times that you need! I can easily adapt to any routine you may have with your fur baby. I follow directions well and love the pets as if they were my own.

I currently have a 1 year old Daschund mix who loves furry friends so if your four legged friends gets along with small dogs I can potentially watch your dog. I have owned small dogs, large dogs, deaf dog, guinea pigs, bunnies and chickens. I have owned a St. Bernard, 2 labs, poodle and mixed breeds. I recently rescued a puppy, Dolly who is a Dashhound mix who loves to play with other dogs. I will treat your animal just as I would treat my own. Every animal needs exercise while you are at work or away for the weekend and I am the one to make sure they will get it! Whether they like to play with the ball, frisbee or just a casual run or walk or snuggle with, I am your person! I make sure to walk the dog in the morning, afternoon and evening plus play time as they like! Sometimes we can go on mini hikes or down to beach for play. We do not have a fenced in yard so we get our exercise by walking around the yard, to the park, on trails or at the beach.

About: I absolutely love animals, especially dogs. I have been an animal lover and pet owner my whole life but have been a professional pet care specialist for 7+ years. I now work in an animal hospital but in the past I managed a doggy daycare for 2 years and worked for professional dog walking companies for a total of 4 years. I specialized in the hiking program but I can do it all when it comes to your fur babies. From hiking, walking, park trips, in home pet sitting, administering medication, work on reinforcing basic commands and even checking in on your feline friends! I currently work for an animal hospital but still have time to spoil your fur babies. I am available Saturday through Monday and most early mornings, afternoons and evenings throughout the rest of the week. I am based in Pembroke but open to traveling. My dog and cats live a very spoiled life and get treated like royalty and I will care for your pets the same way.
