My dog doesn't get along with other dogs, but she was understanding that his meds makes him sleepy and groggy. She was accommodating enough to offer her own towels or a couple sheets but i bought new ones for this very reason with his cage. Even though it was for a couple hours I didn't want the boarding facility stress him out and the possibility of his condition to worsen. You can see it in her eyes how much she loves fur babies. About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. About: Hi! My name is Raven. I have had pets of all kinds throughout my life, dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents...all of them have made my life better! Of my current pets, one of my cats has a chronic condition and requires medicine daily (Inhaler for asthma). I also live with and help care for a dog with strict dietary restrictions as well as anxiety. I am comfortable with pills, inhalers, shots etc as well as caring for senior animals and their ups and downs. At the moment I am mostly available weekends (Friday to Sunday) for my services, but on weekdays I’ll be using uber- if there’s a will there’s a way, let’s plan! I will not be boarding animals at my house until a much later date but am comfortable visiting your place and helping your pets feel comfortable while you're gone. Your house, your rules-communication is key. I'll keep you updated on the care of your pets with photos as often as discussed. I have my own car and a favorite park I take my roommate's dogs, I'll gladly take your dudes on an adventure with me if they want :)!

Although Jack was a bit nervous, going to a strange house with people he didn't know, this family made him feel at home. Phil went so far as to sleep on the couch in the same room as Jack. I knew Molly was well cared for and happy (perhaps a bit too happy given her ambivalence to seeing me when I picked her up 🙂). I felt very comfortable leaving Molly with Jess and would certainly do so again. Jess was very responsive and sent me regular updates and pictures. I think Molly particularly enjoyed the freedom Jess allows the dogs in the house. For example, I sent Molly with her crate that she happily sleeps in at our home, but with Jess Molly just slept on the couch with the other dogs. Spoiled for sure!”
