Given that this was her first night away from me in RI, Devorat went above and beyond to ensure that both Pepper and I were comfortable with her space by arranging a meeting prior to the booking. Devorat has a large space that includes an enclosed yard for active dogs. That is on top of the dog walks they did together. I appreciated that, as did Pepper. About: I have been taking care of animals big and small for as long as I can remember! When I was in my early teens I started pet sitting, and once I was 18 I began working on local horse farms; mucking stalls, and learning as much as I could along the way. About: Hi! I am Lakshmi and I personally have 7yrs of experience with dogs of all kinds. Me and my husband both love dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages. We would love to take care of your pooch while you are away. We promise to provide brisk walks, fun playtime, and of course belly rubs and cuddling for your beloved dog. So that you can have a guilt free vacation of your own :) Our schedule is flexible and your dog will never be home alone for long. The couch and bed are never off-limits. We separate the dogs during feeding times and ** safety is out top priority**. So we make it a point to do a meet and greet for all the first time clients. We have a six-year-old Labrador retriever boy named "Bruno" whom we adore! He is neutered and is very friendly. We fully understand all the hard work, effort, and commitment which goes into raising our fur babies. I totally understand how much difficult it can be to be away from your pet. We will do our best to make your vacation stress free by giving regular updates on your pooch is doing. We both have our own full time jobs and I work from home. So, rest assured that your dog is never unattended for more than 2 hours except when we are at the gym or have some errands to run. We have a friendly dog of our own at home to keep your dog company 24/7. There is no fenced yard but we live in a beautiful community and we do long walks and park visits(when the weather permits).

About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.
About: My partner and I have been caring for animals from bunnies to horses for our entire lives. Friends and family have relied and continue to rely on us to walk, feed, and board their pets. They’ll likely only meet ours if they stay multiple times or for more than 3 days. Entering a new environment or being cared for by someone new can be stressful for pets so we pay close attention to how each pet responds and acts and make sure to cater according to their individual needs, giving them space or activities as needed. Your pet will be loved, safe, and well cared for while they are here!

Summer is no problem either as there is AC so your pet will be totally comfortable at all times. Does your dog need medications? If so no problem, just tell me what to do and your pet will be taken care of. I do have an 11yr old and a 17yr old so your dog must be ok with kids. We also have two small dogs who are very friendly so your dog must be ok with other pets as well. I am pet cpr and first aid certified through the Red Cross and also a certified pet groomer. About: I’ve always had a dog by my side since i was born, i always make sure my dog gets out at-least once a week for a long nature walk and swim if the weather allows. I’m pretty good when it comes to puppies too! I am now free most days of the week for any type of services that you may desire at any time for the most part! I can easily crate a dog is necessary and/or needed, i usually am pretty good at reading animal body language to help better understand them and notice patterns quickly!

About: Taking care of animals has always been a passion of mine. I’ve worked at kennels and boarded animals in my home. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats who we treat as family and that how I would treat any animal in my care. I’m working my dog walking and animal sitting full time and loving every minute of it. About: I’ve been around pets since childhood - having 2 cats, hamsters, birds and fish. I am a dog mom to a 15 year old beagle and 12 year old pittie mix both of who I adopted when they were 3 years and the other 9 months old. I walked and was also a house visitor for neighbors dogs all throughout middle school. Wherever I was there was a high possibility I was hanging out with someone’s dog. My part time working schedule is very flexible allowing me to be available for petcare based on an as needed schedule. Weekends are open too. We have a back yard and easily accessible walking areas nearby to take your pet out for some exercise and fresh air. Daily exercise is important.

“Devorat is a god send! Pepper and I are new to RI, therefore leaving her to spend the night with a new sitter made me uneasy. Given that this was her first night away from me in RI, Devorat went above and beyond to ensure that both Pepper and I were comfortable with her space by arranging a meeting prior to the booking. Devorat has a large space that includes an enclosed yard for active dogs. That is on top of the dog walks they did together. I appreciated that, as did Pepper.
