We were aware of how our dog was doing the entire time we were away by seeing pictures and videos of our dog at Caitlin’s home. We felt extremely comfortable with her upon our first meeting and she is so accommodating if you want to take your time or if you’re in a hurry either dropping off or picking up. “Where do I start. this is the 1st time we have used a pet sitter for our dog Delilah. Madaket was our chosen one. Right from the start she was accomandating and helpful. We had to change our drop off plans my son had to drop her off.She stayed intouch with us through our trip,sending pictures and assuring us that Delilah was cared for and happy. Which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Unfortunatly I ended up getting very sick the day before we came home and was admitted to the hospital. We ask if we could extend Delilahs stay. About: I have been working with animals for many years. I have done lots of overnight pet sitting, walking, and dealing with medical needs. I have always had a passion for animals of all sizes. I have experience in giving medications, dealing with dogs with different temperaments, and dog training. When our puppy was too overwhelmed at daycare, Caitlin last minute took Maple in so that we could enjoy our family vacation and not have to worry about our sweet pup for extended periods of time. About: Hi, I’m Shannon! I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was a child (including my prior childhood cats with diabetes, heart failure, and AIDS — so I come bearing experience taking care of sick pets, administering medications, etc.). Whether it’s taking energetic dogs on hikes and beach walks, or snuggling with a tame kitty on the couch, I spend time doing whatever the pet enjoys doing the most. I make it my responsibility to go above and beyond in making pets feel not only comfortable but also loved! “Where do I start. this is the 1st time we have used a pet sitter for our dog Delilah. Madaket was our chosen one. Right from the start she was accomandating and helpful. We had to change our drop off plans my son had to drop her off.She stayed intouch with us through our trip,sending pictures and assuring us that Delilah was cared for and happy. Which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Unfortunatly I ended up getting very sick the day before we came home and was admitted to the hospital. We ask if we could extend Delilahs stay. Madaket did not hesitate to accommodate us. She was able to modify our booking for us immediatly. Delilah came back to us happy and exhausted, the way we like it. I cannot say enough Thanks to her in our emergency. She will be my go to sitter from now on.”
About: Hi! My name is Mariana and I am going to be a junior at UMass Amherst. I am currently living on Cape Cod for the summer, looking for pet care opportunities in the Eastham/Cape Cod area. I am very enthusiastic about my love for dogs and have experience with many ages, breeds, and sizes. I have 3 male Rhodesian Ridgebacks at home, named Mo (7), Bernie (2), and Frankie (2 months). Currently, I’m working part time at the Chatham Dog Club. In the past (From Jan 2025-Aug 2025),I had the pleasure of caring for a local family’s dogs: two German Shepards (Mo and Solo) and a Yellow lab (Hubert). Given their differing temperaments and high energy, I was able to orchestrate a safe and fun environment for all 3 dogs. Tasks included preparing meals, cleaning kennels and any other surfaces/food dishes as needed, and observing and participating in play time. Along with many other experiences, this one was truly so enjoyable and reinforced my love of dogs and everything that comes with caring for them. I would love to help you out and give your dogs the loving care they deserve! I am available all summer until the last week of August. I am also very flexible so I am willing to work with you or your schedule if needed! I am able to take your dog on walks with a leash, crate them if needed, play with them in any fenced in or closed off area, learn and give them any training commands they know, feed them, give them treats and pets!
