About: I have taken care of and have had my own pets for over 30 years. I have a fenced in backyard, along with trails in a wooded area on my property that make it a great adventure for all pets. I work part-time taking care of animals and I'm always available to give your animals the attention they deserve. I am available most days and for overnight care. About: I’ve been a lifelong dog lover who grew up begging for a dog. After college, I brought home my first dog—a golden retriever who was the center of my world. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with dogs of all kinds: high-energy, troublemakers, dogs with medical needs, seniors, and everything in between. About: I grew up on a small farm and have always loved creatures great and small. I have always had pets and have been a caregiver for friend’s dogs for years. I am now home full time and welcome the opportunity to slather love on more critters 🩷 In warm weather I can leave the back door open allowing dogs to come in and out as the please. **Please note** Beginning September 1, 2026 I will be working from 8:45AM. My teenage son (more of a dog lover than even me!) arrives home at 3:15P - if your dog cannot be on their own from 8:45-3:15 we would not be the right fit. About: Had a 5 month old pup at aged 9 (also had a dominant cat) taught her basics and more over time until she needed medication due to her old age. Looked after friends senior dog which needed meds with food and their other dog that had special dietary needs including medication 3 times a day. House and dog&cat sat for friends that would go away to France for a long weekends I have plenty of time to give care and attention. I am not working at the moment and in between job maybe this is my calling we have a lot of space in the home and in the yard. We do not have any of our own pets yet, but we are talking a lot about them. We have a large 4ft fenced in grass yard and a large basement to allow for off leash freedom to play regardless of weather. Over the back fence we have active cranberry bogs with loads of open space and smells perfect for long walks. I am a fast walker and happy to cover 3-5 miles on a walk. Any fur-babies that need to stay overnight will be looked after like they are my own. I’ll send lots of pictures and make sure your pet is comfortable with as much attention as it needs.

About: I volunteer at my local animal shelter and I am great with both dogs and cats. I grew up with my cat, Hepsiba, born before me who died when I was nearly 20 years of age. We were best friends before I knew what that was. Then at the age of 12 or so, my parents adopted 2 English cocker spaniels, brother and sister. Robbie and Flora. So I was taking care of three pets. Then I raised Bruce, a rescued black lab mix from August 2013 until 2025 with some breaks for the US Army. And I taught him very well; he passed in June 2025 but he will always be my companion at my side. For some time I carried him, 120 lbs, up and down flights of stairs. Sometimes from here to there, carefully, comfortably, gingerly. I’ve taken care of pets for family members and friends. And did so professionally in the past prior to Rover, after friends got me into it. I’m great with animals. After spending even just a short time with them we can often establish a connection or rapport, especially when training a younger pet (or caring for an older dog). I enjoy taking dogs for long walks, I could run with your dog, play with them, but mostly we’ll be doing what they want - within reason. I will basically be spending the entire time with your pets. We’ll wake up between five to eight in the morning, and we’ll go bed between eight and eleven at night. I’ll be up with them as they need and we’ll be in and out much more than is required. Although I’ve recently changed careers and returned to school, I deeply miss being around animals. My own pets have crossed the rainbow bridge, and caring for others’ fur babies truly fills that space in my heart. Pet sitting isn’t just a side job for me — it’s something I genuinely love. I live in a loving, multi-generational home where pets truly become part of the family. There is almost always someone around, which means plenty of supervised attention, affection, and companionship throughout the day. Dogs staying with us receive lots of love, playtime, and, of course, belly rubs. They are never left feeling alone and are spoiled in the very best way — with structure, safety, and tons of positive interaction. My goal is to provide a warm, home-like environment where your pet feels comfortable, secure, and genuinely cared for. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I’m currently a full-time student, which gives me a flexible schedule and the ability to plan my days around the pets in my care. I’m available most days and evenings, and I’m happy to accommodate overnight stays, drop-ins, or daytime care. If you need something specific, just reach out — I’m always willing to see if we can make it work! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. While I do not have a fenced-in yard, I have a large yard for leashed walks and supervised outdoor time. We also have a wonderful, quiet area right on my street that’s perfect for longer, structured walks. With my background as a veterinary technician, I’m very comfortable monitoring behavior, recognizing signs of stress or illness, and administering medications if needed. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I follow your routines closely to keep them feeling secure and at ease. While you’re away, your pet won’t just be “watched” — they’ll be cared for, exercised, and loved like part of the family. I truly aim to give them a safe, happy experience that feels like their own little vacation.
