About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have always considered them part of the family. Growing up, my family had four dogs, and I was incredibly close to each of them. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I truly enjoy getting to know their individual personalities, routines, and needs. I’ve also had my own dog since he was just a few months old, and he is now five years old. He means the world to me, and I take pride in giving him the love, attention, exercise, and care he deserves. Being a dog owner has taught me how important it is to be patient, attentive, responsible, and dependable when caring for someone’s pet. One of my favorite features of my community is our fenced-in dog park located right next to the pool. It’s a great, secure space where dogs can run around, play, and get their energy out while being safely supervised. There are also plenty of other dogs throughout the community, so for pups who enjoy socializing, there are opportunities to meet some new furry friends and have a little playtime together. Of course, I always take each dog’s personality and comfort level into consideration. A typical day would include regular walks, playtime, plenty of attention and affection, and time to relax and feel comfortable in their home away from home. I love keeping dogs engaged with activities, giving them lots of interaction, and making sure they get the exercise and stimulation they need. Most importantly, I want every dog in my care to feel safe, happy, and loved. I’ll follow their normal routine as closely as possible and give them the same patience and attention I would want someone to give my own dog. 🐾❤️

“Sue is wonderful! My dogs and I got to meet Sue and her dogs before she boarded them. She really is patient with my little dogs and understands their behaviors. One of my dogs is very anxious and barks a lot. She dealt with it well and realized he was just unsure of the environment. My 6 pound Pomeranian took a few days to warm up to her but in the end she did. Sue didn’t push herself on my dog and just let my pup come to her. She took special care to walk them and make them feel as comfortable in their new environment. Sue also took time each day to send me photos and texts so I knew they were ok. I have already booked her for two more weeks this summer. I recommend her with your dogs too. It is obvious she loves and enjoys dogs.”

About: In my near decade of experience as a pet sitter and owner, I’ve cared for dozens of animals ranging in age, size, and species. About: We are a very friendly and loving couple that absolutely adores animals! We have grew up with dogs, cats, bunnies, parrots and even rats! We love taking care of pets and adapting to their own temperament and needs. We are currently working remote and finishing school remotely, so we are home available all day and capable to walk and care for your pet fully. We love to go for long walks, hikes, dog parks, beach rides or simply cuddle all day! We have a big 2 bedroom apartment that has a medium unfenced yard in the back . We also have a corgi to keep your furry baby company. Iggy, our young corgi, loves to play but will respect boundaries if your pet needs their space.

I also lived with veterinarians for 15 years, where I gained invaluable practical knowledge about animal behavior, common medical conditions, and the subtle changes that can signal something isn’t quite right. While I’m not a veterinarian, I learned what situations should prompt a call to you or your veterinarian, along with countless practical tips for safely handling and caring for pets. I know how much trust it takes to leave someone else with a member of your family. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your pet will receive the same kindness, patience, attention, and respect I would want for my own. My goal is to match your pet's routine as much as possible while you are away, and my schedule reflects that. In addition to pet sitting, I care for an elderly family member, which allows for a lot of flexibility. I’m happy to come to your home, where your pet is most comfortable and their routine stays as normal as possible. My goal is to earn your cat or dog’s trust so they see my visits as something to look forward to while they’re missing their favorite people. With cats, I let them set the pace. I wait for them to approach, sniff me, and decide when they’re ready to say hello. Dogs are usually much more social, but I still like to get down to their level and let them get to know me before we jump into playtime or a walk. Trust is everything—both for your pets and for you. I want you to feel confident that your furry family member is safe, happy, and cared for just the way you would care for them yourself.

About: I have had a dog in my home since I was 11 years old. I have had small dogs and large dogs alike, mostly full of energy. I have dog sat in the past in home but prefer to do it at my own as I have my own dog. We love to go on forest hikes with our black lab, Pickle, and keep her tired and happy. I currently work from home and have a dog of my own that I play with throughout the day. She is rarely alone and gets taken out whenever she requests. I have a black lab of my own that is my baby. She sleeps on the furniture and has her own queen sized bed. We have two bags of toys and we are constantly playing fetch on our third of an acre yard.
