About: When I lived in Brazil, there was such a surplus of dogs in the area I was located and my family and I were the family on the block to rescue everyone we could. I drive special needs kids to/from school and at the moment I am blessed to have spots in my schedule between driving., therefore I free on hours where a lot of people are usually working. About: Hello! My husband and I are relatively new to being on the care taker end of Rover. But better late than never! A little about us: We live in a spacious house with a yard with 2 cats and 1 dog (and no kids). We also work from home so we are able to pay lots of attention to our pets and yours! I have grown up in a household with many types of pets from dogs and cats to turtles and chickens and peacocks! “We originally asked Caroline if she could walk and feed our two dogs as we were planning to a long day trip. However, we woke up to find our oldest dog not doing very well. It turned out that he had cancer and that we would have to put him down. Her house is very dog friendly and there are lots of toys that her pup shares with guests. Brandy enjoyed her stay, and although she was happy to see me, was not showing any of the anxiety I sometimes see when we are separated for a while, so I know she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for in my absence. I would highly recommend Sarah as a sitter and plan to have her watch Brandy again soon!”

About: I have a 5-year-old border collie. He’s very friendly and loves to play with other dogs. I rent out my guest room and my roommate does have a chocolate lab part-time that he splits with his ex so there could be 2 dogs depending on dates. I live in a town house so I don’t have a yard per say. I typically take my dog to parks/fields in Ashland to hike or run around. I typically walk my border collie about 4 miles a day as well. I work remote so I am usually home. Available 7 days a week. I usually go to the gym for a few hours each day but try to be home for my dog to keep him active as a herding dog (border collie) I will do 2 long walks per day typically (2 miles each). I will also take my dog and yours hiking or to a field/park but not a dog park. I can go to a fenced in field if needed for your dog. Mine doesn’t need a fence.
