“Our black lab puppy Simba had an AMAZING time here. 5 star experience for sure!!! We brought him to come meet Elaine after a traumatic stay he experienced at a dog hotel. He was “ok” there but was needing more affection, kindness and one on one personal time. He also had a very hard time traveling in the car after our one week vacation at the pet hotel. Right away he and our family felt comfortable here. My dog is shy, sweet and quiet on first meeting people but with Elaine he warmed up so quickly and fell in love with her, her big beautiful back yard, spacious warm home and tender care. We brought him back for this one day stay over night and we are sooooo happy we did. He easily followed her inside her house vs us usually having to pick him up and go in, which was a great feeling. He had a relaxing fun time with their sweet dog Brady, felt right at home and had no problem whatsoever. We feel so grateful for all the love, time and affection he got here and we cant rave enough about this dog sitter/dog boarder!!!!! We will be coming back in October for a week when we go away on our family vacation. We feel so relieved and relaxed to leave our bundle of joy with Elaine knowing he’ll be so cared for here. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT OUR STAY AND ELAINE!!!!!! We will definitely be repeat clients and will be sharing our good experience with all our many friends with dogs. “This was my first time having to consider leaving my Bingo w/a stranger. I did my research, I read the reviews of each rover doggy daycare near me. Peter was the best per his reviews. I was very emotional when it was time to drop Bingo off. Upon arrival, Peter came outside, Bingo's head was out of the window. Peter and I introduced ourselves while Bingo watched quietly. Peter offered his hand to sniff and Bingo sniffed, then licked Peters' hand. I opened the door while holding Bingo on a short leash...the transfer was so smooth it surprised me. I cried. Peter was able to command Bingo as if he already knew him. Peter asked all of the important questions ( what time does he eat, how does he like his food etc...). I made sure to bring Bingos' food, toys.and treats. Peter and I were in communication daily w/ pictures of Bingo. Bingo looked content. Other than the first night of separation anxiety, Bingo was well, and better every day. I arrived to pick up my Bingo and he was the same happy, joyful, playful, loving dog that I trusted Peter with. About: I have lot's of experience in pet care. I walked dogs, pet and house sat for many years in my 20s and after moving to Lancaster a few years ago began pet-sitting again here. My wife and I work from home, which allows us to spend all day with our beloved Havenese Geordi. We all enjoy having other dogs come to play and stay! My wife and I both work from home. My office has a back door out to our fenced in yard so I am able to let the dogs out pretty much anytime they like. I can't even count how many times a day my dog goes out back. I also like to take the dogs on a stroll around the block before and after work. As mentioned I have a fenced in yard and a Havanese who loves to have dog guests to play with and stay over. We give all the dogs lots attention and always make sure their needs are met.

About: I grew up taking care of dogs since high school! Friends have always called me the dog whisperer. Extremely patient with dogs and worked at a dog salon as a dog bather for 4 years. I do currently have a dog of my own, Bob, a Brussels Griffon. My partner, Dylan, and I work at home 4/5 days. We stagger our days so that someone is always home with the dogs and are never left at home alone. We both work together to make sure my dog and yours are interacting well with each other and are having a good time! We are happy to accommodate any dogs that need extra TLC during the work week from 8/8:30AM to 5:30PM. We are unable to do pick ups later than 5:30PM at this time. Your dog will be able to join us on our morning and midday walk! We only take one dog at a time to provide the highest quality care. I have an unfenced yard, but will always take your dog out leashed. Your dog will be a part of our family during the stay and is allowed on all furniture.

About: I used to have a German Shepard when I was younger and now have a Wheaton terrier! We brought him back for this one day stay over night and we are sooooo happy we did. He easily followed her inside her house vs us usually having to pick him up and go in, which was a great feeling. He had a relaxing fun time with their sweet dog Brady, felt right at home and had no problem whatsoever. We feel so grateful for all the love, time and affection he got here and we cant rave enough about this dog sitter/dog boarder!!!!! We will be coming back in October for a week when we go away on our family vacation. We feel so relieved and relaxed to leave our bundle of joy with Elaine knowing he’ll be so cared for here. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT OUR STAY AND ELAINE!!!!!! We will definitely be repeat clients and will be sharing our good experience with all our many friends with dogs. “This was my first time having to consider leaving my Bingo w/a stranger. I did my research, I read the reviews of each rover doggy daycare near me. Peter was the best per his reviews. I was very emotional when it was time to drop Bingo off. Upon arrival, Peter came outside, Bingo's head was out of the window. Peter and I introduced ourselves while Bingo watched quietly. Peter offered his hand to sniff and Bingo sniffed, then licked Peters' hand. I opened the door while holding Bingo on a short leash...the transfer was so smooth it surprised me. I cried. Peter was able to command Bingo as if he already knew him. Peter asked all of the important questions ( what time does he eat, how does he like his food etc...). I made sure to bring Bingos' food, toys.and treats. Peter and I were in communication daily w/ pictures of Bingo. Bingo looked content. Other than the first night of separation anxiety, Bingo was well, and better every day. I arrived to pick up my Bingo and he was the same happy, joyful, playful, loving dog that I trusted Peter with. “Sarah was absolutely fantastic with our older aged GSD. Her retriever got along great with our dog and we were very pleased with the level of care provided for our pup when it came to food accommodations (our pup gets anxious when we leave and struggles to eat sometimes). Needless to say, Sarah went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the extraordinary care for our dog as well as all of the communication and photos she provided during the stay. Lastly, Sarah was quite flexible and accommodating with meet and greets, drop off times and pickup times. 10/10 and highly recommend! Thank you Sarah!”

“My dog Miko seems to have enjoyed his stay at Sara's place. He came back all relaxed, complete opposite experience of leaving him in a pet hotel where he came back agitated for many days.
