For the last year, Ilya has been rock solid reliable as a sitter for Charlie, always responding in minutes and always accommodating for last minute stays and changing work plans and cancelled flights. Charlie sees the bag come out and gets so excited that he’s going to visit Ilya and his rotating group of pups. During the stay I get frequent updates and the cutest photos. He comes home happy and calm from a fun stay playing with friendly dogs and frequent walks. I would highly recommend Ilya and only wish we were staying in Cambridge longer so Charlie could keep up his visits!!”

About: I have been working personally and professionally with dogs for years. I've raised 3 puppies, and worked at a dog daycare/boarding facility, so I know all about keeping fur babies safe and happy. I have my own Golden Retriever who LOVES to make new friends! I'm an avid runner in my free time, so trust me for some great walks! I'm currently a student, so my schedule is entire open Fri-Sun to spend quality time with your pup. I am also available during the week in the mornings and evenings. My main concern in safety. Before bringing a dog into a new environment, I ensure that there are no foreign objects that are potentially harmful that a dog could ingest. I also have experience with determine dog behavior: whether they feel threatened, anxious, etc. I make a commitment to all dog owners that I will keep an eye on their pets to the best of my ability, especially if I have observed concerning behavior. About: I have been the family/neighborhood cat and dog-sitter for years. From small little puppies and cats to Bernese Mountain dogs even larger than me! I am currently working part-time as a teacher so there is flexibility in my schedule to make time for pet visits, walks, or even overnight stays. I take long walks almost daily so having a furry companion with me would make them that much better. I always make sure any doors that need to remain shut are kept closed so no pets make their way into something they shouldn’t. About: I have tried to live life around as many animals as possible. Grew up with dogs and cats and now am a proud cat dad. I pride myself on being punctual, responsible, and caring. I have taken care of dogs for family and friends for years. Being a Rover customer has encouraged me to be the best possible sitter, walker, visitor that I could be. I would prefer to meet you and your pet before we confirm sitting or visits just to make sure everyone is comfortable(especially your pets!). I would prefer to take time to meet you and your pets before booking. I fully understand the concerns of having people in your home and treat spaces like I would want my home treated. I'm happy to clean litter boxes per directions and would always put things (food, leashes, toys, etc..) back in their place as directed. if you were to be out of town and asked me to retrieve mail, monitor lights and other utilities I would do that to the best of my abilities as well. As someone who has had Rover sitters come visit my cat Pepper I appreciate that extra effort that many of them have put forth. I would also be happy to communicate all visits through the app or phones with pictures and quick updates.

About: I’ve been doing drop-in visits for friends and family’s pets since I was 15. Never had a pet myself due to my parents’ allergies, so I love giving extra love and attention to other peoples’ furry friends. When I was a junior in high school I even built a local dog park for my Girl Scout Gold Award project, just to help local dogs have more fun letting out their energy.
