About: I have been a dog owner for many years, with a major preference for small dogs. Not only do I have lots of experience caring for my own pets, but I have sat and cared for the dogs of many different friends and family, as well as those I don’t personally know well, over the years. I am patient, loving, always try to have fun with the dogs, and always try to give them the best care possible. I’ve had dogs all my life. I got my first dog, Lukey, when I was young and he was my best friend. Originally got him for my mother to keep her company, but fell in love with him myself and made him my own once she passed. I’d take him through the woods on walks and we eventually became inseparable. He passed at age 18. Eventually I met a woman who had two dogs of her own and they became like my kids. I had them for many years, although sadly they are all passed now as well. Currently I help care for two dogs with my ex who lives in the apartment below me, as we are still good friends. I make sure they are well cared for and take them out regularly. I love to play with them. I take dogs very seriously as they are like family to me. I can currently work Monday-Saturday, with exceptions. I do have to schedule around some minor things early in the morning, and those take priority, and those can be discussed, but otherwise I’m completely free. I love animals and always try to give them 100% of the love and attention they deserve. I feed them, walk them, take them out and play with them, and always try to give them my best. I’ve always treated my own dogs as if they were my children, and I extend that to any dog I care for.

About: I was born into a home with cats, therefore I have 47 years of experience being in their presence. For all of my adult life, I have had my own cats and have helped others take care of theirs by feeding, playing, scooping the litter and taking them out for walks on a kitty-leash. About: As dedicated pet owners, for the past two years, my partner, and I have cared for our two beloved cats, Sylvia, and Meatball, and our playful puppy, Saturn, a pitbull boxer mix who loves making new furry friends. We pride ourselves are being detail, oriented, and committed to ensuring that every pet in our care feels at home with constant updates and being always available to answer questions and offer constant reassurance. We are at adult only home with everything that you may need including bowls, toys, and a crate. We will follow all instructions to T and make sure that, your fur baby is in loving and capable hands. My partner and I are typically available on the weekends unless otherwise. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays so if needed for a day or for any other services, including walking, I would be available. My partner and I like to stick to a routine for all of our pets And in the care of another fur baby we would ideally like to stick to the same routine that we implemented in our home. In terms of behavior, we are willing to help pets with basic commands, while, watching out for any unusual signs of the pets behavior and notifying the parent ahead of time just ensure that everyone is on the same page. When going outside for exercise, we will ensure that your dog is in a close space unless you stay otherwise just for safety and security.

About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life, and they have always been one of my major passions. From small animals, to dogs and cats, to chickens, livestock, and horses - I've seen it all! I spent some time as a animal science/pre-vet student before Covid, and worked for a horse breeder/trainer for 3 years where I coordinated daily care for our animals, as well as helped client's with training and lessons while taking a break from university. We both enjoy walking, and live right on the Blue Hills Skyline trail, so can go for a quick loop or 9 mile hike out of our back door. We lost our family dog about 2 years ago and enjoy having a furry friend in the house, but are not ready for the heartbreak that eventually comes along with bringing another dog into our family. We would love to host your dog as a part of our family to enjoy our attention, care, and access to great outdoor amenities for a dog that likes to explore, sniff, or go on hikes. Also great for a dog that enjoys having a fenced area. I work from home every day of the week, so I don't have any requirements to be out of the house. I tend to wake up on the earlier side and enjoy going for a walk, as well as a walk around lunchtime and the evening. I am consistent with whatever routine your dog requires, and like to cater towards what makes them the happiest and most at home. Your dog will have nearly 24/7 attention, and I am very glad to provide! We have a number of options in our home depending on your comfortability with your dogs access to the home/garden. We have a fenced area off of the side of the house with an attached mudroom (if dogs prefer to sleep alone, this can be a good option), as well as a large front field and access to the Blue Hills hiking trails. The kitchen is gated, so we tend to spend time in this space with the dog to keep an eye on them. We have a large crate available and are happy to set up your dogs crate if needed. We are happy to allows the dogs on the living room couch, but can keep them off if you prefer them to keep their feet on the floor - we have a large variety of dog beds as well throughout the house. The dogs are welcome in the bed/bedroom depending on your preferences, just let me know where you would like them to stay. There are currently no animals in the home.

About: I was in 4-H with my horse growing up - was raised with black labs, cats, and pigs. I volunteered to foster with PAWS and the Humane Society. As far as safety, I only do leashed walks to not only protect your pup but others who may be passing by as well! Again, I'm pretty organized and will avoid leaving items out, especially food! I know some animals are very food motivated and leaving food products out can be dangerous.
About: I have taken care of friends’ dogs during trips and overnight visits, feeding, playing with, and walking them. I love spending time with pets and am open to caring for any type of dog. I’m currently looking for temporary work and have a lot of free time! Available for day visits as well as overnight, whatever is needed. This was our first time being away from Howie, and naturally we were a little nervous—but they made the entire experience so reassuring from start to finish. While we were away, our return flight ended up getting canceled multiple times, leaving us stranded for an additional three days. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was made so much easier because they immediately stepped in without hesitation and continued caring for Howie like he was their own. They consistently reassured us that he was safe, happy, and well cared for until we could finally make it home. On top of that, we received dozens of pictures and videos throughout our trip, which truly meant so much—especially as first-time dog parents leaving him behind. Seeing Howie relaxed, playing, and clearly loved gave us total peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone you can trust so completely with your dog, but we absolutely did here.
