About: I am now retired and have total availability. For walks or drop ins I need to keep my service area within 5-7 miles. For longer stays I am willing to expand my area upon request. I began my pet care as a child, taking home every stray dog I saw. Nursing sheep, stray cats, bunnies, you name it. I was then a vet tech, rescue foster, and sitter. As my life has changed my love for, and enjoyment of caring for pets has not. I bond well with animals, and have the experience to know when firmness is required. About: I grew up in an animal loving home and have had them as pets since birth. Since I can remember, I have been the one friends and family have called on to care for pets, young and old, healthy and injured. I have fostered and owned dogs with dog aggression issues and have a special place in my heart for these often misunderstood souls. I am comfortable walking with them and have the physicality to maintain control and safety. As an avid walker, one of the best joys in life is walking side by side with a canine companion. I believe in taking care of animals like children, with love warmth, attention, cuddles, positive reinforcement and boundaries. I have had the pleasure to raise 3 dogs from puppyhood until their elder life cycle and am very comfortable with aging doggos and those with special needs. I also work part time in a grooming shop, so I can get your baby squeaky clean and beautiful for you. I am currently working part-time in a grooming shop a couple days a week and I work from remotely from home part-time. Saying that, my schedule is very open to spend time with animals. I live within walking distance of City Park and walk almost daily. I have open yard that is not fenced in but I have temporary fencing that I can use for dogs who require more outside time than lengthy walks. I have several crates that I can setup for dogs that need them or if you don't want to transport your own. I follow the owners lead if dogs are allowed on furniture, but if so, they are welcome to cuddle on the couch. I prefer that dogs sleep in their own bed, one of my loaner beds or a crate. I will honor the owners feeding schedule as to make the transition easy for everyone. I do have 2 cats in the home who have grown up around dogs their whole life and are generally ambivalent to them. I send daily photo updates and generally treat your baby as my own while in my care.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my life since I was a kid, so caring for animals comes naturally to me. One thing that sets me apart is my experience with senior and younger pets. I cared for my own dog in her later years when she developed back leg problems. I helped her move around the house, made sure she was comfortable, and gave her lots of love and patience every day. I additionally took care of my other dog in her early months waking up multiple times nightly to calm her down. As the owner of a golden retriever, I have hands-on daily experience with exercise needs, routines, leash walking, playtime, and providing loving attention. Whether your dog is energetic and needs an active walk or prefers a slower pace, I can adjust to their needs and personality. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work remotely as a teacher, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of opportunities throughout the day for walks and check-ins. I already care for my own dog daily and take him out four times a day, making sure he stays comfortable and active with essentials like his water bottle, shoes, and cooling hat when needed. Because pet care is already a regular part of my routine, I’m experienced with maintaining consistent schedules, exercise, hydration, and attentive care. This allows me to easily provide dependable walks and personalized attention for other pets as well. I provide attentive, personalized care based on each pet’s routine and comfort level. In a client’s home, I make sure pets feel safe and relaxed by keeping them on their normal schedule for walks, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of attention. I also keep their space clean, refresh water bowls, and follow any specific instructions for medications or special care. During walks, I prioritize safety, hydration, and making sure each dog gets the right pace and exercise for their needs. My goal is always to give pets loving, dependable care while helping owners feel confident and updated while they’re away.
About: I love dogs and love caring for them. I am fun and energetic. I could spend hours playing with dogs.
