“I'm just so pleased with Dalia after my dogs' first stay with her! They're generally very anxious with new people. Dalia said that has typically not been an issue for her and turns out she was right! They seemed to really love her and warmed up quickly. She sent loads of video and photo updates and let me know how they were adjusting, which was WELL! She played ball with them and gave them time go romp in her large backyard but also walked them daily. She even sent a photo of them cuddling with her daughter on the sofa. Their stay with her was fairly short but I'm so impressed with how quickly they settled with her and how she invited them in as part of her family for the time she had them. I'll absolutely be sending my babies back to Dalia's anytime I leave town!”

My flight back to the city was canceled and I last minute needed an extra day of care for Missy and they accommodated this last minute change which was very kind. About: I was always the one to take care of our families dogs while growing up, so I have a lot of experience! Smaller dogs, bigger dogs, senior dogs…does not matter to me! I am currently ending an Americorps term so I have all the time in the world to play with your pups! They hate being alone and I don't think they had a moment unattended in the 5 days they spent with Lindsey. About: I've had pets my entire life. I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. I have a doggy door and a large, gated backyard for games of fetch or hide and seek. I will provide a safe, loving home while you are away or drop-in if you so choose. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. In the fourth quarter of the year, I do travel until thanksgiving but will keep my calendar here updated. I am relatively flexible with scheduling. My son recently moved and took his Boston Terrier with him, so there are no longer any pets in my home. I have a large, fenced yard perfect for games of hide-and-seek or fetch, and I'm often in the back as well working on my garden. I do not have any plants that would present a danger. I love to take long, daily walks on the levee, which is only two blocks away...and would love to bring your pet along! I often have family visit, who also love pets.

About: I have have been caring of all types of animals since I was 7+ years old. I have taken care of new born puppies, kittens, raccoons and reptiles of all types throughout my life and I love it!! If I could cuddle a gator I would!!! I have also done whelping services for many family members. I have done a lot of fostering and bottle feeding both puppies and kittens. I’m currently working only for Rover. So I can dedicate all my time to your fur baby and his/her needs and the loving care and schedule you want for them. However I am instructed to. I am there to make you and your pet comfortable while away. It can be stressful for pet and pet parents when they are not together. I try to keep your pets schedule as similar to what they are used to with you. Feeding/ walking/ playing/ sleeping/ waking up will all be as close to their normal schedule as possible. Their comfort is my first priority.

About: I've had several years of experience taking care of dogs, hamsters, and even the elderly. I worked for PETCO and routinely maintained the health and happiness of all the pets we housed. Now, my sister and I take care of the neighborhood cats and chickens when they come and visit. I currently work at my own time so anytime is perfect for me. About: Growing up, my nuclear family cared for roughly thirty cats, both indoor and outdoor. Naturally, part of my daily routine was feeding them all before getting on the school bus, keeping the litter boxes and surrounding areas tidy throughout the day, and of course providing AMPLE love to all. I have experience nursing abandoned kittens to health and maturity, as well as acclimating feral cats into the home. I am more than keen when it comes to feline behavior! (My mother used to "joke" that her four children should come together and open a vet clinic.) Today, my husband and I have a well-trained, 3 year old shepherd mix named Poet, whom we adopted at just 8 weeks old, and a 5 year old American bobtail kitty named Millie, who we also rescued. We both work from home and our animals are our absolute lives. Normal days for us include walks around the neighborhood, as well as trips to City Bark. We have a fenced in backyard for potty time, as well as sun bathing. Both as our animal have free reign of our home; they watch TV with us, answer email with us, snooze with us, cook with us, etc.! You can trust that your fur baby would be met with the same love, adoration, and care that we provide to our own. Both my husband and myself work from home and are able to provide near-constant care for your fur babies, whether that pertain to potty breaks or play time! We have a modest fenced in yard, as well as one dog and one cat of our own. Both are friendly with all species! We have ample space (spare bedrooms) to set up up a crate/kennel if desired.

“I'm just so pleased with Dalia after my dogs' first stay with her! They're generally very anxious with new people. Dalia said that has typically not been an issue for her and turns out she was right! They seemed to really love her and warmed up quickly. She sent loads of video and photo updates and let me know how they were adjusting, which was WELL! She played ball with them and gave them time go romp in her large backyard but also walked them daily. She even sent a photo of them cuddling with her daughter on the sofa. Their stay with her was fairly short but I'm so impressed with how quickly they settled with her and how she invited them in as part of her family for the time she had them. I'll absolutely be sending my babies back to Dalia's anytime I leave town!”

“Iryna is fantastic. I could tell immediately that she and her family love animals. Her pup was super sweet when we arrived, so that was a bonus. This was our first time booking with Iryna, which I can find a little stressful. I had nothing to worry about bc she put me at ease immediately. She had great communication throughout the entire stay and kept us updated with plenty of pictures. She noticed a wound on our pup that we weren’t aware of, cleaned and treated it, and let us know right away. We also had a last minute medication request for a separate issue, and she was incredibly accommodating without hesitation. It was clear that she cared for our guy like he was her own.
