Julia agreed to watch her for some daycare while my husband and I attended a family birthday party, and she also was great about setting up a Meet and Greet about a week beforehand so that Sable could be introduced to Julia and her own pups. Julia sent pictures and updates while we were away, and I appreciated her honesty when I asked how Sable did. About: I’ve been a dog groomer for 15 years. I’m very good at taking care of dogs, communicating with them and making them feel noticed and appreciated. I have a very open schedule due to me not being able to groom dogs right now due to an elbow injury. Left arm still works perfectly Petting, talking to them, regular feeding times. I love dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, though I have a particular appreciation for larger breeds such as Pit Bulls, Dobermans, and Rottweilers. Over the years, I've spent countless hours learning about canine behavior, training, and communication to better understand their needs and how they experience the world. My beloved Miniature Schnauzer, Bella, was my companion for 13 wonderful years. During the last five years of her life, she lived with diabetes, requiring twice-daily insulin injections, regular veterinary care, and cataract surgery. Caring for her taught me patience, attentiveness, and the importance of providing consistent, compassionate care—especially for dogs with special medical needs. I understand that pets are family. Whether your dog needs a walk, playtime, companionship, or extra care and attention, I'll treat them with the same love, respect, and responsibility that I gave my own. I currently work from home while building my real estate investment business, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be attentive to the needs of the pets in my care. My day typically starts between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. with meditation and exercise, followed by work from my home office. “Kenneth watched my dog nova for a day and overnight when I went to a Mardi Gras parade and I can’t be more pleased. First off it was last minute and during Mardi Gras nonetheless so it was very challenging to find someone, Kenneth made it easy and responded to my request almost immediately. I was able to drop nova off and felt like I left her in good hands. Kenneth sent me lots of videos and photos during his time with nova which was also super appreciated. And finally when I was an hour late picking her up because I lost my keys and had to wait on a locksmith, he didn’t mind. Overall if I could give 6 stars I would and if I need a dog sitter in New Orleans again I know who to ask. Thanks so much Kenneth!”
