About: The thing that sets me apart from most? I'm very active, so I can keep up with a lot. I've had dogs my entire life. From saint Bernard's and my current Newfoundland, to teacup chihuahuas. My animals get the best care, and so will yours if you give me the pleasure of taking care of them❤️ I work full time (Friday-Monday) at the kentucky truck plant in louisville but have the rest of the week off. Usually I'm really active on my days off. So my dogs always go on runs on my off days. Your animals will get the best care possible. About: Growing up with dogs of all sizes taught me how to adapt to their unique needs, training styles, and energy levels. I currently care for two energetic, 45-pound dogs, which requires daily structured exercise, interactive mental stimulation, and consistent behavioral management. We all savor ending the night with cuddles and love. I currently work weekdays and get off around 2:30pm so I would be available after then and on some weekends. Due to my job, i'm often available when there are seasonal/holiday breaks. I also live on the base at fort knox! I have 2 dogs that are very shy around newcomers, but love to play when they are warmed up. Since I understand that going into someone's home it's scary for the new comer. I will be extra careful and make sure that they feel comfortable and safe. I do have a fenced yard. I am always around the dogs, so there are almost no times when they are left alone.

“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! Be there throughout the day. I normally wake up and let my pets out between 5-6am. I fill their water bowels. They nap, we play, give lots of cuddles. And then my gentle giant, my chocolate Labrador retriever. They play together all day long. We’ll go potty at 6am get fresh water after and it will stay maintained all day. Followed by lots of playing and cuddles with nap time. Dinner for my dogs is at 5pm but your pet will be fed according to your directions. I generally have typical running around to include but not limited to : driving children, quick shopping errands, doctor’s appointments, etc. I do not have a fenced in yard but I do have 2 fur babies to keep your fur babies company or can be totally focused on your pet at your residence. About: I have been raised with dogs my whole life. I've been taught to treat them like family. Animals are my weakness. I go out of my way to make them happy. I love playing with dogs. Walking them. Teaching them. Most importantly loving them. My house will be your dogs home away from home. They will get so much love here from me and my kids. About: My animal experience goes way back to childhood. At the age of 7 I started in 4h, learning about animal husbandry. By the age of 13 I was volunteering at the local riding stables. By high school, I was working at the local animal shelter, volunteering with local rescues and advancing my education in dog training, with hopes of getting into service dogs. They all have extensive training and are completely safe with others. They know just how to make our new guest feel right at home! All my boarder dogs are treated as family, allowed on beds and furniture and cage free unless otherwise requested. Bath or grooming add ons are always available! All baths/ grooms come complete with a cute Pic! Please feel free to reach out with any questions ❤️ I work from home in my at home grooming salon, so your pet will never be alone. Should I need to leave the house for small errands, there is still someone left at home, or the animal will have a safe enclosed room to themselves. “We had an absolutely delightful experience with JULIE! Our dog is a Covid dog, meaning he spent way too much time with us as a puppy, and he can be very anxious about leaving us. The first time we left him with JULIE, he seemed anxious, but he quickly warmed to her and her home. We booked JULIE for two days, and the second day he was jumping on her and excited to see her. That same love and dedication is what I bring to caring for your pets. ⸻ My Care Style • I treat pets like family, making sure they get plenty of love, attention, and activity. • I follow your pet’s routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. • Walks, playtime, and enrichment are always part of the day. • I can take pets on fun outings like park walks, trips to Lowe’s/Home Depot, or pet stores if requested. • Safety is a top priority—I drive a mid-sized SUV with a hammock in the back seat to protect pets during travel. ⸻ Availability • I work on Ft.Knox, I can walk and/or do check-ins on weekdays if you live on post (weekends also of course) • I live in Elizabethtown, I can assist in the surrounding areas before or after work hours, on my way to and from work • Weekends not limited and can accommodate anything including house sitting. ⸻ Helpful Info I’d Like to Know To provide the best care, I ask pet parents to share: • Any food or toy aggression triggers • If your pet dislikes being touched in certain areas • How they behave with kids, loud noises, or other pets • Whether they’re comfortable in new environments or around stairs • Any allergies, health issues, or special routines The more I know, the better I can make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. My daily schedule can be modified to fit your pets needs. During my work hours, typically 8-4, I can check in and/or walk your pet multiple times per day if you’re located on Fort Knox or right outside of the gate. I’m available for services early in the morning and late in the evening, and no limit or extend on the weekends. I don’t care for my dog, or any pet, like typical “normal” people do. I treat all animals as if they’re my own. I’m super flexible and can accommodate any need or request, even if you think it’s sounds crazy, super odd or outlandish. I have a mid sized SUV and I use a hammock in my back seat to prevent injuries in the event of any accidents.

About: Hey there! I’ve had animals and pets all throughout my childhood. I have always been passionate about animals. Our fur baby’s really are a huge part of our family. We are an active family so being outside a lot is important and we love to share that with animals. We go on walks and hikes a lot we even bring them on lake day adventures and my favorite… camping trips! I can clip nails, give baths, brush coats throughou and I have experience with giving injections and medications. My son is 2 years old and will be accompanying me with drop ins and dog walking, he will be under my supervision at all time while providing animal care. I take full responsibility for my son while we care for your furry friends. He is comfortable around animals, we’ve had dogs and cats in our family since he was born! We live a very active lifestyle where we are always on the go. We go for walks and hikes a lot. We also enjoy swimming, and we always bring our fur baby along for the adventure. Pet care would fit perfectly with our schedule and lifestyle, with the love of being outdoors it’s so nice to share that time with our 4 legged friends! I do not have a fenced yard at my house, I always stay with my puppy weather on leads or ecollar. We have an electric fence but I ensure nothing can come into our yard(other animals, people etc). If we do not use the electric fence we use a long lead. At a clients home if they have a fenced yard I would still never leave an animal unattended, that’s just me personally. I would love to spend time with your pets outside, maybe we can play a little or if your fur babies just wanna soak up some sun and relax, I’m here for it all! If the client does not have a fenced yard I would use a long lead or regular leash and never leave the pup pup unattended. For safety both in my own home or clients I utilize a crate if necessary, and positive reinforcement for good behavior! I also have experience with muzzles and other tools(collars, leads, head leads, etc) Its not only about protecting me and others but to ensure the safety of the animal as well. I want to do what you need me to do to ensure the safety of your pets. I want peace of mind and communication for everyone! Don’t be afraid to advocate for your pet, let’s talk!
About: I love taking care of animals & showing them that they are safe with me. I have taken care of all different breeds & love to meet new ones as they come! I am home full-time so they will be with someone the whole time you are gone!! There will be no crating unless you specifically ask & no time that they will be away from us. “I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet!
