About: I’ll admit it — I’m a relatively new member of the cat-obsessed club. Last year, we decided to foster kittens for the first time, and we quickly discovered that we are not very good at the whole “give them back” part. Two foster kittens later, we officially became cat parents. One of our kittens came to us as a medical foster when she was sick and needed some extra TLC. Caring for her through that experience taught me a lot about cats very quickly — from administering medications and monitoring how she was doing to learning that a tiny kitten can somehow take over an entire household. Watching her get healthy, come out of her shell, and eventually become part of our family was pretty special. Since then, I’ve learned that cats definitely have their own rules. Some will greet you at the door demanding attention, some want to play nonstop, and others need to conduct a thorough background check from underneath the bed before deciding whether you’re worthy. I’m comfortable administering medications, feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, playing with energetic cats and kittens, and, of course, providing plenty of scratches and cuddles when requested by management. I’m also a pediatric ICU nurse, so following detailed instructions, paying attention to small changes, and staying calm when something doesn’t seem quite right comes naturally to me. About: I have had dogs all my life. I currently have two golden retrievers who run my world! One is 4 and the other is 8 months old. I am available to stay at your house overnight and during long periods of time. I am a full time ultrasound student in Louisville but my school schedule is very flexible so I can come home to let the pups out multiple times per day! About: My love for animals came very young with two family cats, and later also a dog, and has continued into my adulthood, now with my three cats Opal, Basil, and Juniper. I have experience with both puppies and kittens, having helped raised both from just a couple weeks old. I enjoy being a part of your pets routine and love when they are excited for my arrival. I want to make sure they feel loved and safe with me, and know that it will always be a fun time with me around. About: I have been a lifelong lover of all animals in every shape, size, and species! I grew up with a dog and cat and now I have my own dog and 3 cats! “This was my trip where I needed to find a sitter for Copper. When we lived in Illinois, we always had a known friend come and care for him in his own space.
