I've been walking dogs in my neighborhood for 9 years and have two dogs of my own, so I know that every dog has a different personality. About: Hello! I am a senior at the University of Kentucky. I have grown up around animals my entire life, and I would love the opportunity to take care of your pets! I am currently working part time, and my schedule is flexible. I have the most availability in the evenings, and I am willing to accommodate your schedule. About: I’ve worked with dogs for over 20 years, with much of that time spent walking and handling shelter dogs—especially those that are anxious or unsure. That experience taught me how important calm, structure, and consistency are in helping dogs feel more confident. I run Trail & Heel, a dog training and adventure-based care service in Louisville. I focus on practical, real-world training—whether that’s working with puppies, improving leash manners, or helping nervous dogs build confidence. Every walk and interaction is handled with intention. For me, care and training go hand in hand, with the goal of helping dogs become calmer, more reliable, and easier to live with. Caring for dogs is already part of my everyday life, so it fits naturally into my routine. I plan my schedule around the dogs I’m working with so I’m not rushing between visits. That means each dog gets calm, consistent attention and a much better experience overall. Care is always tailored to the dog and the service, but the approach stays consistent: calm, structured, and intentional. In a client’s home, I stick closely to their routine—feeding, potty breaks, exercise, and any specific instructions—while also reinforcing good habits like leash manners, calm greetings, and settling. In my home, I keep the environment structured and low-stress. Dogs get supervised time, appropriate exercise (including trail walks when it’s a good fit), and clear boundaries so they can relax and succeed. I only take on a small number of dogs at a time to make sure each one gets the attention they need.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was about 10 years old, I’ve been trusted with families as well as family, friends, and family to watch dogs. Ever since I was born, I’ve grown up with a yellow lab, and a Labradoodle, who I currently have still I’ve cared for dogs, my whole life, and understand the importance of finding someone who is reliable and trustworthy to watch your dog. I am a sophomore at the University of Kentucky and home for the summer. I have a Summer job that I work three times a week but I do not work all day, so watching your dog would be a simple task. I understand the importance of making sure your dog is safe and with someone who is trusted, which is why I will ensure to send pictures and give my full attention to your dog whether it’s helping with medicine, which I have to do with my current dog understanding its behaviors.
About: I’ve had dogs my whole life but within the last 2 years I worked at WMK9 out of Covington. Which is a dog training and boarding company. I’ve learned to properly train and take care of other peoples dogs. But my previous dog was a diabetic, so I constantly gave him vetsulin (dog insulin) twice a day. I work at Kroger and usually work 1-9, I do it about 5 days a week during the summer. I get my schedule for the next week Sunday-Saturday on the current weeks Friday. But with that said I don’t mind staying at someone else’s house. I am a very big believer in karma, so you don’t have to worry about not trusting me. I promise I will do my best to make sure your animal is comfortable with the circumstances given.

About: I've personally had dogs for over 20+ years. My pack has been as small as 1, but as large as 5. I've been active in rescue groups and truly feel like dogs are the answer for any sadness. I've recently lost my soul dog after a 2 year struggle with cancer. My heart isn't ready for another dog, so I am hoping I can still get my cuddles in and help people out in the meantime. I've become a pro at giving medicine, so if you need a midday dose giver, Im your gal! I'm a realtor, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I can make most days or evenings work. Whatever your pup needs, I can make it happen! I follow orders, so I won't put your dog into a situation they aren't familiar with. About: Every companion has their own individual personality, and I'm here to adapt to whatever your pet's wants and needs may be! Myself and my two dogs, Richardt and Darryl, live in a quiet, kid-free house on four acres of fenced in land. The property is also located near multiple parks for added exploration and walks, if desired. Both of my dogs love other dogs of all breeds and sizes. Richardt is an 11 year old senior Boston Terrier with an incredibly laidback personality, and Darryl is a 2 year old Boston Terrier pup with a playful, curious energy about him. Whatever your pet's desires may be, you can expect for them to be met by my two dogs and myself. If they want to play, we can play! If they want to nap, we can nap! It's your dog's world, we will merely just be living in it. I have two additional crates your pet(s) can use, if needed. In addition to crating, I also have a baby gate if you think your pet might prefer some time away from others at any point during their stay.
