“Once again Steve took care of our fur baby. Truffles was so happy to go back to Steve’s he didn’t even turn around to look at us. He walked right in Steve’s house like he lived there. We will continue to reach out to Steve to watch our baby boy.”

“We can’t recommend Colter enough! He took wonderful care of our Corgi Saffron for two stays recently. One overnight and one 6 night stay. He communicates promptly and his home has been very clean each time we’ve been there. Saffron had never been anywhere overnight and she was excited to see him when we took her the second time and we’ve already booked another stay with him. His dog Rumi is very calm and sweet.”

“My puppy, Fancy, was very well taken care of. I’m so happy to have found Courtney, and Rover. I will never board again. Fancy was with a family, getting 24/7 care and love. I was given updates and funny stories about my wild girl. Such a great experience!!!!”

“Lauren took great care of my puppy she was very attentive to everything with her and provided consistent pictures of her throughout her stay. She would update me daily to ensure I knew how my puppy was doing and kept her active which she needs at this stage in her life. I would 100% recommend Lauren to other pet owners and will definitely be booking with her again.”

“Natalia and very family were very welcoming to Oscar. She sent pictures to keep me updated and he looked like he was having a great time! Will definitely use Natalia again if we need a sitter in the GF area!”

Miles means so much to me and I appreciated her photos and updates, and I could also tell they gave him so much love that I felt a lot less guilty leaving him!!! She was absolutely great and I would wholeheartedly recommend Cheryl!!”

“Brandin and his spine are ALWAYS available for our Cocoa girl! She loves coming here. We recently started booking overnights as well and it's been splendid. We trust Brandin and his spouse to the care of our daughter when we need. They've allowed us to book last minute with no extra charge. We will always come back!”

“I felt so happy and comfortable leaving Mullie in Daniel’s care! He sent me “pupdates” every day to let me know how Mullie was doing and took her on all sorts of fun adventures. He is patient, easy-going, and provides lots of love for your pups while you’re out of town. If you’re thinking about boarding your pet with Daniel, just do it! ?”

“Magen was able to fit us in last minute, sent regular updates and pictures, and took such great care of our Ralphie when he was away. We will definitely be back! Thank you!”

“Made me feel a lot better leaving my dog by receiving pictures and updates from petra regularly. My dog is elderly but hyper, and I can tell he had a extremely fun weekend because he slept for a few hours when he got home. He is a very happy puppy and I will definitely be back for our next trip! Thank you petra!”

“Daisy stayed with Kelsey and family for 12 days. She bonded with their dogs and cats and Kelsey shared several photos of them together. Daisy is 13 and has arthritis and anxiety and takes several medications. She requires extra attention and the family went above expectations to care for her needs. I hope she can stay with them again.”

“Amelia and Matthew are very nice and patient with Mica during daycare and boarding and even gave him a bath! I received frequent update pics and videos of Mica. He obviously had such a fun vacation at Amelia’s home and made furriends too! Thank you for taking care of Mica, will bring him back again for sure!! Highly recommend ♥️♥️”

“Brittany was very friendly and allowed a 'meet and greet' before we formally agreed to boarding our dogs with her. We felt like she and her family understood golden retriever personality and activity level. She was great about sending pictures and updates. I was able to relax on vacation knowing that they were in good hands and having fun playing! Will definitely book again!”

“Terra was amazing! We found her on Rover somewhat last minute after some issues with our other sitter, and I am so glad we did! Terra was so flexible when we had to make some last minute changes to her care schedule due to our kitty, Nickel, coming down with a UTI the morning we were leaving for vacation. Terra proceeded to take such great care of Nickel. She kept us regularly updated about how Nickel was doing, and sent pictures, which were so comforting to see. Nickel was not so sure about taking his meds from a new person, but Terra did a great job working with him and trying different strategies to help him. All-in-all, Terra went above and beyond in so many ways, and we feel so fortunate that our little guy was in her care. We definitely highly recommend, Terra!”

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 13 and house sat since I was 15!! I was also a kennel tech for a year! This included giving medication, bathing, feeding, and just plain old watching the pets! I know CPR for our fury friends too! I have two dogs of my own as well as four cats so I am completely comfortable with a variety. I am a college student working on my masters online while working another job as well. My schedule is pretty straight forward for me so pet care will fit well as long as I keep my calendar balanced. I am comfortable house sitting for both dogs and cats. I am more than capable of crating or letting pets out to potty. I usually keep treats on me anytime I care for a furry friend. When I walk animals, I usually go for 30 minutes to an hour so that they get the excercise needed. I also have bags for when they do their business on a walk.

About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 years old and have been passionate about animals my entire life. Growing up with both dogs and cats, and currently owning four dogs of my own, I’ve developed a strong understanding of different personalities, routines, and care needs. I currently work at a local dog daycare in Lawrence, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. My experience includes supervising group play, feeding, administering medications, monitoring behavior, and providing individualized care. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or requires extra attention, I’m confident in providing safe, compassionate care tailored to their needs. I’m also an experienced cat caregiver and understand that every cat has a unique personality. From social and affectionate cats to more independent or timid ones, I take the time to help each pet feel comfortable and secure. I recently graduated high school and will be attending JCCC this fall to pursue a pre-veterinary track. My goal is to build a lifelong career working with animals, and I genuinely love every opportunity to care for them. My boyfriend, Cameron, accompanies me during pet-sitting visits. If you would prefer that I come alone, just let me know. You’re always welcome to meet both of us beforehand so you can feel completely comfortable. When caring for your pets, I treat them as if they were my own. Their safety, comfort, happiness, and well-being are always my top priorities, and I’ll make sure you receive regular updates while you’re away.
About: Loving and caring for animals is truly what I enjoy and love. I am very comfortable around all animals considering I grew up around dogs, cats, cows, horses my entire life while currently owning three dogs, three cats, and a horse. I have been pet sitting for people in my home town for many years. *This is my full time job while being here at KSU for college so other than classes here and there I am free during the day and almost always at night so animals will rarely ever be left alone. I am almost always available and am always around Manhattan. Feel free to message me for last minute bookings if during the week days only! My name is Addy and I am from the Lawrence KS area. I am currently attending KSU as a freshman. I have worked at multiple horse boarding facilities and almost on all holidays have taking care of pets for people in my hometown, which I am now wanting to continue doing here during the school year. I am also currently majoring in animal science production management side. Loving and caring for animals is truly my life and I do not take anything about it lightly the trust that somebody puts into me to provide a safe and loving enviorment for there pets is super important to me because I myself have fur babies that I am very particular with and always want to make sure they will be taken care of correctly when I am away. I am a freshman in college this year at ksu and have plenty of free time during the day and night to come over and watch your animals! I have two classes sometimes three during the day but all of my days are pretty flexible except Monday when I have two classes and a lab. While being up here at KSU and not being able to see all of my fur babies I would love to come and see yours and provide all the care they need to them! I have two puppies, one old dog, three cats, and a horse back at home. I am very good with animals. I would love to come hangout with your fur babies while you are gone or busy at work! I have worked at three horse boarding facilities so I know what it is like to make sure the care is perfect for peoples animals. I enjoy taking care of animals and making them feel loved and safe, I would love to provide that for your pet.
About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life— walking neighbors’ dogs, pet sitting (both cats and dogs), and looking after my own two dogs and two birds. As I got older, I began staying in clients’ homes for overnight and week-long dog sitting, which helped me gain experience with pets of all kind. I am experienced, reliable, and genuinely love animals. I always treat every animal with the same love and attention that I give my own. Plus, I love sending pictures to the family :) Pet care fits easily into my schedule because I am a college student that will be home for breaks and fully available. I have plenty of flexible time, and I’m always happy to adjust my routine to give pets the attention, care, and companionship they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always prioritize safety and trust. I keep doors securely closed until the pet is safely leashed or in the yard, depending on the home setup. I follow all family instructions and safety precautions. During walks, I choose the safest route and give my full attention to the pet’s comfort and well-being.

Love to go on more involved adventures - just let me know what you’re looking for and we can see if it is a good fit!

“Hi guys. I feel like you all did a great job. You took O' Malley for 10 days and let him do his thing and be comfortable in his own way. Thank you! The only thing I would have liked more of is communication. Both times I had to reach out to you for check ins. Good luck with your pet sitting!!!”
“Olivia did an AMAZING job taking care of our dog. She was great at communicating with us and sending us daily updates with photos. You could tell Sasquatch was really loving staying with her! We definitely will be using Olivia in the future and we highly recommend her! Thanks, Olivia!”

About: I have had cats my whole life, and if there is one thing I have learned is they require boundaries and respect. I am extremely empathetic and fully equipped to deal with any cat, regardless of demeanor. I am probably one of the biggest cat lovers you will find. I always love getting to know each animal by observing their likes, dislikes, hobbies, & habits. I have a calm presence that will provide your kitty with comfort, playtime, and emotional support while you are away. I am extremely communicative, and I love to keep clients updated on their fur babies!
About: My family has had dogs, cats and fish my whole life. I often watch them when my parents are out of town and I have dog and cat sat for family & friends for years. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. I’m currently available 7 days/wk I work as a server in my pleasant so whoever I’m staying with ideally should be able to go 6-8hrs between potty breaks! If I have 2 weeks or more advanced notice I can make arrangements to be able to check in more frequently. o o o o o o o o o o I love interacting with the pets and getting to see them get more comfortable with me. I am very comunicative and willing to ask questions.

“Bailee was fantastic to work with, and took great care of our needy cat. She was reliable, warm, and professional. She kept us updated, dealt with our cat’s quirks without complaint, and left the house in impeccable condition. I would book her again with zero reservations.”

About: "If you can look at a dog and not feel vicarious excitement and affection, you must be a cat." ~Terri Guillemets Love dogs (and animals in general, but dogs especially.) I have been around them my whole life and wouldn't want it any other way. I come from a large, mostly rural dwelling family, my grandma had 11 kids 2/3 of which have at least 1 or more dog(s) including my mom. I've always had my own and/or lived with roommates/friends/family, that have/had dog(s) in every house I've lived from day 1 to the present. Although I can't say I've taken care of every breed out there (doubt that many people can) I have definitely seen my fair share of mutts and purebreds alike; from Corgis to Chihuahuas, Danes to Dobermans, Lhasa Apsos to Shar Peis, and even a couple of wolves (3/4 mixes) as well as a few rodents, cats, reptiles, arachnid and birds. Big or small I love "em all, but if you forced me to pick a favorite I'd have to go with the affectionate yet intimidating Perro de Presa Canario. In short, if either by choice or necessity you find yourself in need of a caretaker for your 4-legged (or more) companion(s), know that I would be elated for the opportunity and you can be assured that their health and well-being will invariably be at the forefront of my mind in all that I do while they're in my care. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to hearing from you soon. "Lots of people talk to animals.... Not very many listen, though.... That's the problem." ~Benjamin Hoff, The Tao of Pooh

About: I work as a vet clinic and I’ve taken care of cats that are borders there and make sure their get the meds they need (if they need any) and the love they need to be comfortable. I am also a proud cat mom.
About: Hi! I’m a reliable, experienced pet care provider with a flexible schedule and hands-on experience with dogs of all personalities, including those who are shy or slow to warm up. I’ve worked closely with behavioral specialists, so I’m comfortable reading dog body language, following care instructions, and managing different routines or environments. Whether your pup needs a friendly face for walks, check-ins, or companionship while you’re away, I take pride in providing thoughtful, stress-free care. I’m organized, attentive to details, and always prioritize safety and comfort—wherever your dog is happiest. Remote job, flexible schedule. Monday-Friday only, weekends are generally open outside of planned events and activities. I finish work at 5pm daily, but it's a very adaptable work routine. When it comes to care routines, I'm consistent and structured. I typically do potty breaks at minimum every two hours and provide walks one to two times daily, adjusting the length based on each dog's energy level and preferences. Fresh water and food are always available unless you specify otherwise. I keep my own dog separate from visiting dogs unless they've had time to become familiar with each other, which helps everyone feel more secure.

“Emily was fantastic and I would definitely use her again for both pet and house sitting. She had to deal with a few difficult things that popped up with my cat and handled it like a pro. She’s also a great communicator.”

“Steve is wonderful with my little guy Fitz! He texts me updates and pictures throughout the day and is super flexible and willing to go the extra mile (especially when work emergencies come up).”

About: I have had dogs in my home for almost my whole life. I have a pug, golden retriever, and a mutt that are all a couple years apart in age. For two years, I volunteered at a humane society where I walked and cared for dogs of all kinds. Senior, puppy, sick, I have a lot of experience and I would love to get more! I’m currently working at a golf course near Forest Lake. My schedule for work comes out weekly, so I’m unaware what my weeks look like well in advance. I don’t like to do this, but if your pups are able to be home for about 6-8, then this would be a great fit! Obviously I wouldn’t work every day of the week, so I will be available to give them my full attention. Your pups are my priority and I wouldn’t want them to feel uncomfortable with my wack work schedule in any way. My shifts will either be 6-2 or 2-9, or shorter. I prioritize respect for your space and routines. Whether your pet prefers potty breaks in a fenced yard or leashed walks, I’ll follow your preferences to keep them comfortable and safe.
About: I've been taking care of all kinds of babies since I was a little girl. From bottle feeding bunnies and kittens to reptiles and horses. I usually always have some kind of a rescue at my house whether it be a foster dog or a some off the wall duck someone brought to me. I take care of them all as they were my own. My true passion is training though! My father has always trained his bird dogs as well as others and I've just always enjoyed seeing what different breeds can do/pick up on. I work remote and part-time at that, so I have plenty of time to tend to your fur baby. I have a fairly open schedule so I can be pretty flexible to fit your needs! I have a large yard (it's being fenced but is not currently) my 2 dogs and cat would love to play with your baby. We enjoy long walks or just snuggling on the couch. I'll treat yours as my own.
“Regan was amazing with my puppy. She sent me multiple updates throughout the days, fed my dog, took her potty, played, etc.. while I was at work. I plan on using her again :)”

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, took care of them and have a great passion for animals. I’ve had my own pets since 2007 (2 cats and a dog). Since 2020 I have fostered animals for a local shelter including dogs, puppies as young as 6 months, and kittens as young as 5 weeks. I have basic experience in dog training. I’m currently working on a part-time contract basis so my schedule is very flexible and I would love to help you care for your pet(s). I am available daily with a set schedule to accommodate your needs. I am an experienced foster of dogs and kittens. I have a dedicated space (spare bedroom) to keep any animals separate from mine, but if they are dog and cat friendly they could be free roaming in the house when I am home. I have a cable for supervised potty time in the yard. I am experienced with crate training. I am clean and professional, respecting your space and routines in your home.
About: I have worked with and had animals my entire life. From reptiles to cats and dogs I have worked with many different kinds of animals old and young. I adore training puppies and have had a lot of experience with senior dogs, dogs with incontinence, and other health issues. Your pets safety and well being is of upmost importance to me. My current work schedule is 6am-2pm Mon-Fri with a short break around 9am where I have time to run home and let my dog out. Your pets safety and well being is my main priority. I try to stick to a strict schedule of feeding times and walkies. I have a spacious home with a fenced in back yard. I have a kennel that can be put up for any pups that require a kennel as well as a spare room that can be a safe space for any animal that doesn’t care to socialize with the rest of my animals.
“Lauren really loves animals and it shows. I’ve never met anyone so kind and caring with their pets. This is the best pet sitting experience I’ve ever had by far and my dog seemed really happy. I’ll be using Lauren exclusively from now on. Thank you so much Lauren 🩷”

I am a big dog lover and have 25 years of experience raising, feeding, house training, caring for, and loving on my pups (and every dog I encounter!!!) I am currently about to graduate law school in May and then will be studying for the bar exam Monday-Friday full time. I would prefer the pup to be potty trained and gets along with other dogs also. Other than that, I am pretty flexible as long as the dog is friendly!!

I would prefer the pup to be potty trained and gets along with other dogs also. Other than that, I am pretty flexible as long as the dog is friendly!!
About: Hi there! I’m a high school physical educator with a passion for staying active and healthy. While I don’t have a furry friend of my own right now, I’ve grown up surrounded by pets and absolutely love spending time with them! I have a very wide experience of taking care of pups! I currently working full-time as a physical educator, as well as a volleyball coach. I am available evenings and weekends all day! If I board your pups, I live right by my work place which allows me to stop in and let them out through out the day and give them attention! Whether it's a walk, playtime, feeding, or just some extra TLC, I strive to make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved in every environment. In your home, I maintain your pet's daily routine, ensuring they feel secure and at ease. I provide familiar surroundings and consistent care, reducing the stress of your absence. About: I have always been known to my parents friends and neighbors and the person to call if you need help watching your animal. I’ve been pet sitting dogs specifically for just over 4 years but before that I watched everything from cats, to fish, and hamsters. I’ve dealt with numerous dogs suffering from seizures along with many recovering from surgery’s so I know how to handle almost everything. I’m currently a college student. I have some Morning commitments however I can be home with your pet for most of the day, or stop by at any point during the day to walk or let them out. I have an english golden retriever myself so there is another dog within my house, however he’s very friendly with other dogs. We don’t use a crate in our house and the dogs are allowed on the furniture but I’m happy to follow whatever you prefer for your own animal.

I also grew up with dogs so there is not a day that goes by in 25 years I have not taken care of a furry friend I currently work monday through friday 730am to 330 pm so afternoons and weekends are when I am most avaliable, and over nights as needed. I have vast knowledge of walking safety, leash control/safety, environmental triggers, and the importance of hydration and rest. When pet setting, I like to have a secure outdoor/ yard area, i stick to the owner and dogs set routine, and I like to respect that I am a guest in the animals home
About: I grew up taking care of puppies and rescues with my mom, and then moved into helping at a shelter while I was in college. As a grad student and current renter, I can’t have pets of my own so am glad to have the chance to get some cuddles in with yours. I'm happy to work with dogs of all ages and sizes and follow direction well if you are working with any training techniques. I have a soft spot for older dogs in particular and am also happy to look after any plants. I currently attend KU as a grad student where I teach two days a week and am focused on finishing my thesis this semester. I have a fairly flexible schedule and so can maintain a consistent routine for most pets while you’re gone. I’ve traveled a lot and been fortunate to be a guest in many people’s home. I pride myself on being respectful and leaving a house at least as good as I found it. I also try to prioritize pet comfort since I'm a guest in their home too. I try to let them lead interactions so they have a chance to warm up on their own level. I'm also happy to respect household rules and uphold the boundaries the pets are used to (ie., if they're not allowed on certain furniture). If you have any plants that need care while you're away, I love leaning into my green thumb too.

About: I have been lucky enough to take care of my friends' and families' pets for over 15 years. It can be hard on pets when their people are away. I appreciate that, and take extra care in making sure their schedules are kept and they get the love and attention they need to make them feel secure and happy. I often take care of my brother's 11 year old german shepherd, three cats, 6 chickens, and my nephew's beta fish while my brother and his family are away. I have watched many of my friends' dogs and cats (some with medical needs) as well as a sweet blue-cheeked conure. I am almost always available, and I feel comfortable giving medication in any form if necessary. I am lucky enough to have a pretty flexible work schedule. I have the ability to cater my schedule around your animals’ needs and schedules. I respect your pets daily routine. If your animals need extra care, such as medication, I have experience administering them. I’m able to give as many potty breaks as your pups need and make sure they get a lot of attention.
About: I have taken care of dogs within my family, friends of the family. I take daily walks with all 3 of mine each day, make sure to keep track of their health. I enjoy taking dogs places like the park, I have realized a dogs best therapy is being outdoors where they truly can be themselves. I am currently a student at the University of Kansas and summer is here. It will definitely fit into my schedule now since I have a lot more availability and flexibility. I make sure that they are on a schedule, fed certain times a day, with certain measurements, make sure that they have what they need at all times. Whether that be taking them for a walk, having a good belly rub, or even getting them their favorite treat!
About: I’ve had dogs since I was an infant and grew to love to train dogs and have been actively caring for/training dogs for 15 years. My family has always asked me when leaving town to care for their animals and have always been happy with the care given while they were gone. Currently working part-time so I’m very free to check on/exercise your pups! I have a lot of experience with a lot of different tools used with dogs; from a flat collar to an e-collar to a prong collar. My three dogs are very well-behaved and are dog, cat, and kid friendly. I currently work through a local animal shelter so my hours tend to change from week to week, but I tend to be extremely flexible! Let me know your needs and I can plan accordingly! I see my clients animals just as my own, I would want my babies to be extremely well taken care of and all of my boxes checked, ducks in a row! So I understand clients wanting the same. I will be just as diligent with your fur babies as I am with my own, because I wouldn’t expect anything less.
About: Growing up with a personal nurse parent, I’ve always been the one to help with pets around the house! Walking, grooming, and sitting with all kinds of animals! I love to work out so whenever I go on a run, so can your pet! Loving and patient towards all animals, and excited to work with you. I am more than happy to pick up poop on walks if I must, and can match your dogs pace in whatever that may be!
