About: I’ve been around animals all my life and feel very comfortable with them. Growing up, I would help with caring for the family pets. I would clean up after them, walk them, feed/water them, kennel train/potty train, and play with them. I’ve grown up with mostly cats and dogs, but I am not opposed to caring for other pets. I am very much of an animal lover but currently don’t have a pet of my own, so I would love to be the caretaker of one of your sweet pets! I am a full-time stay at home mom. My schedule can be very flexible. I have a 1 year old who takes two naps a day which allows me to give appropriate care and attention to the pets that are in my care. Terra was so flexible when we had to make some last minute changes to her care schedule due to our kitty, Nickel, coming down with a UTI the morning we were leaving for vacation. Terra proceeded to take such great care of Nickel. She kept us regularly updated about how Nickel was doing, and sent pictures, which were so comforting to see. Nickel was not so sure about taking his meds from a new person, but Terra did a great job working with him and trying different strategies to help him. About: I come from a farm happy family and managed a doggy daycare, with extensive work in animal rescue. I have dealt with just about any animal you can imagine. Dogs, cats, horses, goats, guinea pigs, fish, snakes, birds, etc. Both of my pets have passed away but I have more love to give. I love animals and am just looking to fill some of my free time and earn a little extra cash. My lab has since passed due to old age in 2019 and I said goodbye to my golden in July 2025. I do work M-F and would be out of the home from roughly 7:15-5:00pm depending on your location, my office is near the state capitol. I work full time for a nonprofit in Topeka, so I am out of the house from 715am-5pm. I love going on walks and being outside before and after work! On the weekends aside from some errands I would be around. I do have the ability to work remotely as needed, so this is an option if your pet(s) need more time and attention. I take animal safety very seriously, especially after managing a doggy daycare, things can be unpredictable. I take extreme caution, and pay attention to all the signs your pet is giving me along with your requests to ensure they have a fun, safe time while in my care.

About: Hello!! My name is Maisy. I have worked in various different animal related jobs for the last 5 years, I worked at a doggie daycare/boarding facility and I currently am a dog trainer. I have experience with both puppies and elderly dog as well as cats, reptiles, birds, and farm animals. I also am open to limited contact boarding for people reacting dogs and can do crate rotation for dog reactive dogs away from mine. I work in the evenings 4 days a week so I spend the mornings/afternoons out playing with the pups then they take naps in kennels while I’m at work and we play some more when I get home. I also can move my dogs kennels out of the “dog room” and your dog can just stay in there instead of a kennel if they are more comfortable that way. I have 5 dogs that are very active and friendly. I have a fenced in yard the dogs love to run around in and inside we have lots of toys and comfy places to take naps (which will be put up if there are problems). If I’m not at home or at night all dogs will be kenneled for safety.

For two years, I volunteered at a humane society where I walked and cared for dogs of all kinds. Senior, puppy, sick, I have a lot of experience and I would love to get more! I’m currently working at a golf course near Forest Lake. My schedule for work comes out weekly, so I’m unaware what my weeks look like well in advance. I don’t like to do this, but if your pups are able to be home for about 6-8, then this would be a great fit! Obviously I wouldn’t work every day of the week, so I will be available to give them my full attention. Your pups are my priority and I wouldn’t want them to feel uncomfortable with my wack work schedule in any way. My shifts will either be 6-2 or 2-9, or shorter. “Daisy stayed with Kelsey and family for 12 days. She bonded with their dogs and cats and Kelsey shared several photos of them together. Daisy is 13 and has arthritis and anxiety and takes several medications. She requires extra attention and the family went above expectations to care for her needs. I hope she can stay with them again.”

She said Ruby was glad to see her but would also have gone back to play with the other dogs if she had been allowed to : ) I will happily ask Maisy to look after her again when the need arises. Sorry this is so long in coming, but I only returned from my trip yesterday.”
About: I’ve been around animals all my life and feel very comfortable with them. Growing up, I would help with caring for the family pets. I would clean up after them, walk them, feed/water them, kennel train/potty train, and play with them. I’ve grown up with mostly cats and dogs, but I am not opposed to caring for other pets. I am very much of an animal lover but currently don’t have a pet of my own, so I would love to be the caretaker of one of your sweet pets! I am a full-time stay at home mom. My schedule can be very flexible. I have a 1 year old who takes two naps a day which allows me to give appropriate care and attention to the pets that are in my care. I live in two story home with a fenced in backyard. A park is right down the street as well were people walk their dogs all the time. I live in a very pet friendly neighborhood. :)
