About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life—there has literally never been a time growing up when I didn't have a pet at home! About: I (Amelia) have taken care of my own dogs since I was seven and consider it a privilege and an honor to care for your pets when you need to be away. As a huge animal lover, I have a bachelor's degree in Animal Science and have previously worked at a kennel bathing and grooming dogs and at a veterinarian as a technician/assistant. I also have some experience with dog training and have trained my own dog from being an unruly rescue to a well-behaved house dog. About: I’ve always had a special connection with pets. I believe in giving my pets the best life I can give. I love to train animals with positive reinforcement, love, and plenty of patience. My dog and I spend a lot of time together, and she gets love from the whole family. She is my world and my best friend. I also have some small critters that all get along with her. I also have four rescue cats! They’re all loved and cuddled often. Many people call my place “the zoo” because I have such an affinity for animals. All my animals are socialized so that they feel comfortable with people and other animals. At the moment, I am between employment, so I am taking the time to spend with my animals at home! It’s brings me great joy to give them the attention they deserve, and I thought that I would extend help to anyone else needing support for their pets while they are away. At my house we have a dog who need an introduction to other dogs, but easily get along if done properly. Most importantly we have a large backyard that is fenced in.

I currently deliver packages for Amazon Flex and schedule my blocks day-of (usually only 2 hours or less before they start) so I’m always able to be available if need be. If in your home I can feed, water, walk, snuggle with, give medication, do basic training or exercise your dog and will do so in the most professional manner possible. If your dog is coming over to my home, I have a large, clear fenced in yard where my 11.5 month old Irish Setter has plenty of room to get her energy out daily so you can feel comfortable that your dogs would have ample space to wear themselves out and a super-friendly (and gentle) playmate to help in that endeavor. Afterwards I have a spare XL hard plastic crate if they need time and space to rest or if they are spending the night, along with plenty of fuzzy blankets and toys they can snuggle up with. As I grew older I would stay at family or friend's homes if they went out of town. I'm in search of a similar situation in South Bend - dog walking and light housework included! Weekdays I can stop in and let the dog(s) out for bathroom breaks. On weekends/evenings I can stay at your home so that the dog is familiar and will make myself available 100% during that time. I prefer to stay or drop in to my client's home. I find that the dog is more familiar/comfortable this way too. I am happy to do a test run so that everyone feels comfortable/familiar!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life. I’ve potty trained them, taught them how to walk with a leash, taught them tricks like sit stay and say your prayers, and too many to say. I will spoil your fur babies like I do mine. You would never have any worries while you’re away they will be in good hands. I love and enjoy being around dogs and or cats. I’d send you videos and or pictures of your fur baby. Some owners have their fur babies on a schedule if so I will do the same. if there is a park nearby I’d probably take them there. But first I would ask the owner what they would like me to do sense it is their pet. I'm retired so I'm flexible. My routine is the fur babies routine. I'd like to keep it that way for them, so I would need to know. I have a fenced in yard, not big for big dogs tho. They will be fed, played with and cuddled. If they need to be caged I have a large one for their comfort.
About: Ive always known my love for animals since I was very little, especially dogs. I’ve volunteered at a dog shelter a few years ago and loved every minute of it. Animals are misunderstood and some haven’t experienced real love from a human. I’ve worked with puppies to older dogs, big and small. Anything from walking, bathing and some commands I was able to teach. I’m no expert though. I do have one dog of my own and I’m currently fostering for Heartland Rescue to get more hands on. I want to take this to the next level and now care for dogs full time if possible. As I continue this, I will open up more services. You’re pet will feel loved by me even when you're away, as if you never left. I do have a third shift job as well so my schedule at the moment is limited but I make sure to keep it up to date every week. If you are unsure, feel free to ask! About: Hi, I've had pets of my own. I currently own a cat, we did have snake. I would love a large sibirien husky. But can't do that right now. I want to enjoy other peoples fur babies for now. I'm in great shape so it's a definite that your fur babies will get a good walk or run. I do take trips out to Warren dunes at least twice a week. About: I have a Belgian Malanois who’s name is Beau. He is an Extremely passionate and caring dog with a high drive to learn. I have put In the time and effort to train and build our relationship as a family. I also have a Golden retriever and she couldn’t care less about anything other than love haha. I have a full time job, which ends at 2:00pm. From 2:00pm until bed I spend with my dog whether it be training, or walking. I spend a minimum of 2 hours a day training with Beau. I believe that your dog can fit right in and be in a comfortable, safe, home away from home. I do not have a fenced in yard yet but I’m outside every time my pups go out. If need be, I have leashes I can use to let your pup outside as well.
About: I worked as a pet-sitter in the Goshen area during college. I have experience with older dogs and multi-pet households. I’m happy to keep as close to your regular schedule as possible. I’ve just graduated from UND with my MFA and I am looking for a little extra income as I adjust to life post graduate school. About: Animals have always been apart of my life. I have owned and cared for dogs, cats, bunnies, and hamsters. Animals bring out so much love and joy in my life and I give them all the love and care that I can! I make it a point to be well experienced and researched in their individual needs and behaviors to best care for them. I am a stay-at-home mom so my schedule is open and flexible. Weekdays and Weekends are both open in my schedule and I can be accommodating. I am comfortable walking and playing with dogs/cats of all sizes, I am strong and know how to lead and divert unwanted behavior. I make sure water and bathroom breaks are a priority. I am comfortable crating if that is requested. I will always respect your pet and your home.
