About: I'm willing to go above and beyond to make sure your pet is being taken care of my someone who is going to treat them like they are their own. Right now I'm more then willing to work with any schedule that helps benefit us both. I'm willing to make a drive if that's what's needed. I treat the pet and the owners stuff as if it's everything. About: My family always had a pet dog. As a kid I would feed and walk dogs in the neighborhood while they were out of town. As I grew older I would stay at family or friend's homes if they went out of town. I'm in search of a similar situation in South Bend - dog walking and light housework included! Weekdays I can stop in and let the dog(s) out for bathroom breaks. On weekends/evenings I can stay at your home so that the dog is familiar and will make myself available 100% during that time. I prefer to stay or drop in to my client's home. I find that the dog is more familiar/comfortable this way too. I am happy to do a test run so that everyone feels comfortable/familiar!

About: I’ve always had a special connection with pets. I believe in giving my pets the best life I can give. I love to train animals with positive reinforcement, love, and plenty of patience. My dog and I spend a lot of time together, and she gets love from the whole family. She is my world and my best friend. I also have some small critters that all get along with her. I also have four rescue cats! They’re all loved and cuddled often. Many people call my place “the zoo” because I have such an affinity for animals. All my animals are socialized so that they feel comfortable with people and other animals. At the moment, I am between employment, so I am taking the time to spend with my animals at home! It’s brings me great joy to give them the attention they deserve, and I thought that I would extend help to anyone else needing support for their pets while they are away. At my house we have a dog who need an introduction to other dogs, but easily get along if done properly. Most importantly we have a large backyard that is fenced in.

About: New to Rover.com but 10+ years of fostering over 400 babies for local shelters. They were all spoiled by the time they were ready for adoption. (No apologies for that 🙃) Your pet will be well cared for/spoiled while they visit! I can take two dogs, for the safety of your pet(s) and mine, only if they are from the same household. Love animals and miss fostering I did while in California. Your family member will be in caring hands who has years of experience with puppies and kittens who needed medication. I’m retired and have all the time in the world. 🤭 I still foster and mark my calendar as unavailable when I have foster babies. You can always ask if there is room for one more. 😉 New home with half acre fenced yard. Have a very active border collie who wants a playmate. My animals have always had the run of the house but I can provide a crate if need be. If you need an extended period of time, let me know. My last foster was 6 months old, from a local shelter and was here for over 2 months.

About: I’ve owned dogs & cats all my life. I absolutely adore fur babies and can’t get enough of them. I have 2 cats of my own as well! I currently am working full time . With Wednesday and Saturdays off. I am available to stay at pet owners home if dog sitting . I am also able to check in on cats everyday as well. If pet owner lives close (within 5-10min) to my work I am able to let dogs out during my work lunch hour. I am also willing to be flexible as well if I have time in advance to try and work something out with my schedule at work! When I pet sit, I make sure dogs/cats have enough food water and toys. I enjoy playing with the animals as well as making sure I am doing the required tasks the owner has asked. I clean my cats litter box daily and when sitting for dogs I make sure I take dogs out multiple times or when Owener ask. I also love going on walks with dogs!

About: Ive always known my love for animals since I was very little, especially dogs. I’ve volunteered at a dog shelter a few years ago and loved every minute of it. Animals are misunderstood and some haven’t experienced real love from a human. I’ve worked with puppies to older dogs, big and small. Anything from walking, bathing and some commands I was able to teach. I’m no expert though. I do have one dog of my own and I’m currently fostering for Heartland Rescue to get more hands on. I want to take this to the next level and now care for dogs full time if possible. As I continue this, I will open up more services. When I am home sitting for a pet parent, I’d like to know if the pets is on a specific schedule and if they are in need any medications. I spend time with the animals sitting outside in the yard or inside the home for pets who cannot handle outside weather conditions. If you have cats, I’ll make sure their litter box is clean when I leave and that all water and food bowls are filled.

But first I would ask the owner what they would like me to do sense it is their pet. I'm retired so I'm flexible. My routine is the fur babies routine. I'd like to keep it that way for them, so I would need to know. I have a fenced in yard, not big for big dogs tho. They will be fed, played with and cuddled. If they need to be caged I have a large one for their comfort.
