About: I’ve had dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember. When I was about 10, I became obsessed with reading about different dog breeds and their needs. My first job actually working with pets was a dog daycare. I loved building connections with the pups and their parents. At this job, I learned defensive handling skills (how to avoid or break up fights or attacks) and how to handle reactive, scared, and stubborn dogs. I work shorter hours on weekends so I’m able to make plenty of time for your baby, plus my wife is always home and will occasionally help care for your pet when I’m not around. I like to have group play or just time outside when it’s cool in the mornings and evenings. I have a fenced backyard that I check for holes daily and an open front yard (leashes at all times out front). My dogs and I often spend a lot of time at the horse barn. They hang with me during my shifts and after we go out for runs with an ATV on their trails! We are Blessed to be able to do this! We often go for walks (weather appropriate) at the park around the corner from our home! Caring for your pet(s) in your home provides the most comfort during your absence! I try to ask to be shown during a meet and greet your usual routine to try to follow what a day to day would be like if you were at home with them for maximum comfort! I enjoy walks and do not mind going for daily exercise (weather appropriate) or hang in your back yard and play fetch!

About: I have had dogs since I was a child and have over 35 years experience of caring for my own pets and even helped in rescuing and rehoming dogs who have been dumped and left in wanted. I have an unfenced yard but I can place on a lead for your baby to do their business and a 3 year old lab who is a huge baby, I also am married with a son who will definitely help your fur baby burn off some energy. My dog does stay in a crate when we are gone for a period and only then, but crating is always your choice if you crate yours that’s fine if not he/she is free to run the house and even lay on any of the furniture.
